The advancement of digital technology and the impact of COVID-19 have brought about changes in corporate innovation and organizational culture, thereby highlighting the significance of Smart Learning in the field of HRD (Human Resource Development). This trend has led to an increased interest in personalized Smart Learning among employees due to the growth of hybrid work and the widespread adoption of smart work practices. This study aimed to illuminate the relative importance of the factors that constitute Smart Learning from the perspective of HRD practitioners. Through a review of prior literature, Smart Learning hierarchy and factors most fitting to the current context were identified, and their relative importance was determined using the AHP method. Consequently, in the first-tier factors, importance was confirmed in the order of 'Learning Activities', 'Teaching Activities', 'Learning Content', 'Assessment and Evaluations', and 'Learning Time and Space'. At the second-tier encompassing all factors, 'Pedagogical Strategy', 'Learning Results', 'Learning Tasks', 'Learning Goal', and 'Learning Support' emerged within the top five factors. These findings are significant in that they redefine the concept of smart learning and propose an academic framework for future research. Additionally, from a practical perspective, it is anticipated that this study will contribute valuable insights for HRD practitioners, aiding them in focusing on which factors to prioritize for enhancing and advancing Smart Learning initiatives.

There are sixteen indicators of "College Information" found on the website of College Information Disclosure Center. Among these indicators, the current study examined an enrollment rate and an employment rate based on health insurance coverage, and focused on twenty-four universities in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. The universities were classified into groups by the enrollment rate and employment rate. This study investigated the characteristics pertaining to those different groups. Hierarchical cluster analysis and support vector cluster analysis were conducted in order to analyze the characteristics of the groups statistically.

Internet traffic has rapidly increased due to the supplying wireless devices and the appearance of various applications and services. By increasing internet traffic rapidly, the need of Internet traffic classification becomes important for the effective use of network resource. However, the traffic classification scheme is not much studied comparing to the study for classification method. This paper proposes novel classification scheme for multilateral and hierarchical traffic identification. The proposed scheme can support multilateral identification with 4 classification criteria such as service, application, protocol, and function. In addition, the proposed scheme can support hierarchical analysis based on roll-up and drill-down operation. We prove the applicability and advantages of the proposed scheme by applying it to real campus network traffic.

Association rule mining is a popular data mining technique with a wide range of application domains, and aims to extract the cause-and-effect relations between the discrete items included in transaction data. However, analysts sometimes have trouble in interpreting and using the plethora of association rules extracted from a large amount of data. To address this problem, this paper aims to propose a novel approach called HTM for extracting the interesting association rules from given transaction data. The HTM approach consists of three main steps, hierarchical clustering, table-view, and mosaic plot, and each step provides the analysts with appropriate visual representation. For illustration, we applied our approach for analyzing the mass health examination data, and the result of this experiment reveals that the HTM approach help the analysts to find the interesting association rules in more effective way.

This study has proposed the balanced scorecard for the development of BSC of school library; this study has thus analyzed the forerunners of similar research on the balanced scorecard. For the hierarchial process analysis of the balanced scorecard, librarians and experts of related fields were polled using the AHP method. Some of the major categories for the balanced scorecard(36 categories total) are disposition of librarians, development of user-demand reflecting system, user education, adequacy of faculty-education aid accommodation, location of library, etc.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the determinants of housing sales agency's role in the sale of apartment housing. For this purpose, a hierarchical decision model was constructed to understand the role and importance of the sales agency. The analytical variable items structured by the research model were set up through literature review, precedent research, and expert brainstorming. The questionnaire consisted of two comparisons for AHP analysis and the importance of absolute importance for fuzzy analysis. Afterwards, the work of correcting the importance was carried out. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the contractor prioritized the sale conditions and the sales agency had priority over the planning for the sale. As a result of analysis, planning of customer pre-sale counseling data, planning of client subscription and contract maximization plan, planning method of advertisement public media method were found to be the most important factors. The results of measurement of absolute importance(fuzzy) & relative importance(,AHP) showed similar tendency. Therefore, it can be seen that the timing of the model house operation is an important period in which the subscription rate depends on the role of the sales agency and the marketing strategy.

This Study aims to thesis the purpose and educational methodology of media education for senior citizens. As background research, current situation and agendas regarding the media education for senior citizens were investigated. In further, quantative focal interview method was deployed to analyze recognition of teaches and education participants in media education for senior citizens. Focal interviews basis on the purpose, problems of education environment, preferred education method and suggestions of media education. The focal interview lead to in-depth opinion relying on experience of teachers and education participants. This study is expected to present the basis data for future theoretical systemization of neglected classes and for seeking educational utilization methods.

The purpose of this study is to derive key success factors' priorities to industrialize can art using AHP methodology and to suggest blue ocean strategy of can art. First, the survey result showed that the most important factor was eco-commercialization(0.227). And cultural value(0.223), distribution(0.217), experience learning(0.202) are presented in order in terms of the importance. Second, it also suggested eco-design(0.118), recycling improvement(0.118), education value increase(0.117), viral marketing(0.113), and various experience learning(0.105) as detailed important factors. Moreover, this study implies that can art needs to focus on intensifying environmental craft education and eco-commercialization as blue ocean strategies.

가뭄은 시간적 지속성이 타 재난에 비해 길고 공간적 피해의 범위와 편차가 크다는 점에서 지역적 특성과 가뭄대응역량에 맞는 적절한 대응과 대책 마련이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시된 바 있는 지역적 가뭄복원력평가 방법론을 기준으로, 가뭄복원력 평가 인자의 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 가뭄복원력평가 인자는 4Rs (Robustness, Redundancy, Resourcefulness, Rapidity)을 기준으로 총 18개의 지표로 구성되어 있으며, 18개 지표를 산출하는 과정에서 활용되는 세부자료는 정량자료 19개와 담당자 설문조사를 통해 산정되는 정성자료 8개를 포함하여 총 28개가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 지자체의 복원력 평가 결과 기준, 등급별 1-2개 지자체를 민감도 분석의 대상으로 설정하고, 19개 정량자료 각각의 비율적 변화에 따른 복원력 결과의 변동성을 정량화하여 도출하였다. 또한 19개 정량자료 중, 연관성 및 계층적 관계성이 존재하는 주요 자료 그룹을 구분하고, 대상 자료의 동시적, 연쇄적 변화에 따른 복원력 평가 결과의 영향도를 정성, 정량적으로 평가하였다. 분석 결과 가뭄 복원력에 기여하는 인자의 변화에 따라 가뭄 복원력의 증감 정도가 지자체 별도 상이하게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 도출된 민감도 분석 결과는 지자체의 현재 가뭄대응역량지표를 기준으로, 가뭄 복원력을 증가시키기 위한 효율적 대책 및 계획 수립을 위한 의사결정에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper proposes a method for line and word segmentation for machine-printed text blocks. To separate a text region into the unit of lines, it analyses the horizontal projection profile and performs a recursive projection profile cut method. In the word segmentation, between-word gaps are identified by a hierarchical clustering method after finding gaps in the text line by using a connected component analysis. In addition, a special symbol detection technique is applied to find two types of special symbols tying between words using their morphologic features. An experiment with 84 text regions from English and Korean documents shows that the proposed method achieves 99.92% accuracy of word segmentation, while a commercial OCR software named Armi 6.0 Pro$^{TM}$ has 97.58% accuracy.y.
