One of the main objectives of researches for the chemical grouting is to assess the changes in soil properties caused by injection of chemical grout. Especially the changes in the strength properties of soils, such as elastic modulus, shear modulus of ground due to injection of chemical grout has drawn our attention. Since the specific surface changes with variation in the grain size of sandy soil, the influence of grain size of sandy toil on the strength and stiffness of silicate-grouted soil was investicated in this study by earring out uniaxial and triaxial compression tests. It was found that the strength and stiffness of grouted soil increased as the grain size of sandy soil decreases, the possibility of estimating the strength of grouted soil was confirmed through the study of relationship between specific surface of sandy soil and the strength of chemical gel.

The MCS(Micro-coplanar strip) line has been analyzed. The conformal mapping method is used to calculate the quasi-static effective permittivity and characteristic impedance of this MCS line. The computed results of the present work are found to be in good agreement when compared with the results obtained using commercial S/W, IE3D. And in this paper, the stepped-impedance low pass microstrip filter is designed and fabricated with MCS lines for improving the frequency responses. The LPF proposed structure has been also designed and implemented to have the sharp attenuation characteristics in stop band. The agreement between simulation and measurement results verify the implemented LPF.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the preference for direct marketing according to the characteristics of policyholders and suggest implications for marketing strategies with regard to direct marketing. A marked characteristic of this paper is a good quality of data and the results gained from analysing the data can be trusted very much. Binary logistic regression is employed. A statistically significant preference is shown in the group such as male, a younger generation, a hazardous occupation, the metropolitan area, and the customer of foreign company. The results suggest that promotion for female is needed to revitalize direct marketing. A tight underwriting for a hazardous occupation is also required.

오늘날 세계는 물질적으로 풍요롭게 되었지만, 생태위기의 발생과 더불어 환경문데를 둘러싼 불평등이 감소하기 보다는 오히려 증대하고 있다. 21세기를 위한 새로운 패러다임으로서 생태학은 이러한 불평등을 극복하기 위한 지식 및 실천으로서 '환경정의'의 개념 또는 이론을 필요로 한다. 진정한 환경정의론은 한편으로 생태학의 규범적 측면들을 발전시키면서 다른 한편으로 이의 이데올로기의 동원을 막을 수 있는 이론적 및 실천적 토대가 될 것으로 기대된다. 환경정의에 관한 개념적 연구는 주로 사회정의에 관한 철학적 전통, 특히 자유론, 공리주의, 계약론을 포괄하는 자유주의적 정의론, 맑스주의적 정의론 및 포스트모던 정의론 등에서 도출된 주요 개념들을 자연환경에 확대시키고자 한다. 환경정의에 관한 몇몇 학자들, 대표적으로 벤쯔(Wenz), 하비(Harvey), 로와 그리슨 (Low and Gleeson) 등은 다양한 전통을 위에서 제시한 (환경)정의론들을 면밀히 고찰하여, 이들 각각의 한계를 제시하거나 문제점들을 지적하고, 나아가 이들을 종합하고자 했다. 이들의 연구는 환경정의에 관한 다양한 이론들의 특성을 이해하는데 많은 도움을 주지만, 그 자체로 일관성 있는 이론으로 발전하지는 못했다. 이 글에서 제시되는 환경정의론은 인간들 간의 관계, 자연과 인간들 간의 물질적 관계, 그리고 상징적 관계 등에 상응하도록 정의를 3가지 차원, 즉 분배적 정의, 생산적 정의, 승인적 정의로 구분하고자 한다. 이들은 각각 필요의 원칙, 노동의 원칙, 그리고 의사소통의 원칙에 기초하며, 또한 각각 자유주의적, 특히 롤즈의 정의론, 맑스주의 정의론, 그리고 비판이론이나 포스트모던 정의론에서 많은 시사점들을 얻을 수 있다.

This paper shows a reasonable power density, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated power consumption capacity for the year and peak power, contract power for the last 5 years of each customer for 23 general customers all data obtained by AMR. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and load factor.

Purpose - This study investigates how employee personality traits affect psychological contract breach. Also, our study examines how Guanxi, a unique socio-cultural characteristic of China, moderates the relationship between personality traits and psychological contract breach. Design/methodology/approach - To test our ideas, we constructed a survey questionnaire based on the literatures on personality traits, Guanxi, and psychological breach. The questionnaires were distributed to Chinese employees, and then we conducted a regression analysis using 378 questionnaires. Findings - We found that neuroticism is positively related to perceived psychological contract breach. We also identified support for the prediction that the positive link between neuroticism and psychological contract breach becomes weaker when employees' awareness of Guanxi is high. Research implications or Originality - This study provides several theoretical and practical implications. First, this study elaborates the personality traits-psychological contract breach relationship by incorporating Guanxi, a critical contingency factor of China. Second, given that the relationship between neuroticism and psychological contract breach can be affected by employees' perceptions of Guanxi, managers should administer Guanxi to function as a lubricant within the organization.

오늘날 기업 내 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planing)시스템 도입이 활발해지고 있는 가운데 그 역기능으로 ERP 시스템 도입 실패 사례 또한 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 ERP 시스템이 올바르게 구축되었는가를 판단하는 ERP 시스템에 대한 완성도 혹은 하자여부를 판단하는 감정평가 활동이 증가하고 있다. ERP 시스템은 일반적으로 패키지 형태의 프로그램과는 달리 비즈니스 프로세스 분석 단계에서 계약의 내용이 수정 및 확정되어지며, 업종 및 국가별 비즈니스 프로세스 특성에 따라 일반화된 모듈 프레임 워크를 그대로 적용하기 어려운 점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템 완성도 감정평가를 위해 국내외 ERP 시스템에 대한 기본구조와 함께 세부적인 (공통/상이)모듈에 대해 정리를 수행하고, 이를 대상으로 핵심적인 비즈니스 업무수행을 위한 세부적인 절차를 추출하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시된 ERP 시스템 감정 절차는 ERP 시스템 감정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to review eight researchers on the trust and mistrust of Korean society, and to suggest the tasks of psychological researches in terms of cultural psychological perspective. In traditional Korean culture, feeling of trust is emerged from the family relationship formed by the blood ties based on father-son relation. In this respect, the meaning of trust might be different from that of western culture, which is emerged from the market relationship formed by the contract based on husband-wife relation. Now, the Korean family seems to be disorganized rapidly, so in this sense, it is suggested that recent Korean society might be the trust-absent society rather than the mistrust society. Also, it is suggested that further psychological researches must be performed in the serious consideration of the indigeneous characteristics of Korean culture.

전력 회사의 효율적인 운용과 전력 시장에서의 경쟁을 위하여 고객의 전력 소비 패턴 분석 및 정확한 예측이 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해서 이 논문에서는 원격 검침 시스템에 의한 전국의 고압 고객 데이터를 대상으로 고객의 전력 소비 패턴을 정확히 예측할 수 있는 마이닝 기법을 제안하였다. 먼저, 국내 계약종별 고객 특성에 맞는 부하 패턴의 정확한 구별을 위한 9가지의 특징 벡터를 추출하였고, 기대치-최대화 군집화 알고리즘을 사용하여 고객의 34개 대표 부하프로파일을 생성하였다. 마지막으로 추출된 특징 벡터로부터 각 대표 프로파일에 대한 출현 패턴 기반의 분류 모델을 구성하여 고객의 전력 소비 패턴을 분류하였다. 국내 원격 검침 시스템에 의해 측정된 총 3,895명의 고압 고객 데이터에 대한 실험 결과 약 91%의 분류 정확성을 보였다.

In public project market, design-build projects have been increased because of market trend change which enables technical competition. In this condition, its importance is also getting important. Generally, life cycle of design-build project consists of planning, preliminary design, procurement, contract, detail design, start of construction, construction, end of construction, and evaluation. From contractor's viewpoint, it has problems such as difficulties in project management and information sharing because of frequent change of charged division. To solve these problems, it is desirable to change from function-based management system to process-based management system. The purpose of this study is to develop management process model for design-build project by progress phases. This study analyzed main conflicts and decision making factors of each stage in design-build projects, then systemized management subjects' responsibilities and management points' change. And also this study defined the key information that is the key point by project characteristics and progress phases. Based on this analysis, this study did business process modeling from planning stage to construction design check stage. At last, we proposed the way to manage business process by design-build project progress.
