This study is intended to grope for a way of strengthening the independent competitiveness of Korean design industry by deducing objective value evaluation factors in design and by closely examining what relation these factors have with the competitiveness of design-specialized company in global markets in order to reinforce the qualitative value system of design, and in order to strengthen the industrial competitiveness of design. First of all, this study defined the objective evaluation factors in design as the quantification of measurement evaluation, the consistency of process, the compatibility of project, and logical persuasiveness, and defined the competitiveness factor in design-specialized company as the reliability and service quality of company, and established a research model. According to the results of test, most of hypotheses were accepted. However, it was understood that the quantification of evaluation didn't have direction effect on the service quality of design-specialized company.

The aim of this paper is to make projection of the demand for export loaded container throughput originating at Incheon port in Korea over the period in question. Systematic analysis is used as a forecasting method instead of quantitative analysis. First of all, the method explores coincident indicators which may reflect the square measure of neighboring industrial complexes which originate/destinate general cargo in export traffic trends. It is noted that in terms of the export loaded container throughput, per unit production scale is intermediated transforming from square measure of production facilities to freight weight in Korea. Consequently, the future progress of the volume can be anticipated relying on the development schemes for developing square measure out of the total square of the industrial complexes. Thus, moving-into percentage of the industrial complexes, percentage of business categories, percentage of capacity and percentage of passing through via Incheon port are adopted and the future traffic demand is projected taking advantage of them.

In this paper we propose three nonparametric tests such as Wilcoxon test, Median test and Van der Waerden test, based on linear rank statistics for detecting edges in images. The methods used herein are based on detecting changes in gray-levels obtained using an edge-height parameter between two sub-regions in a 5$\times$5 window We compare and analysis the performance of three statistical edge detectors in terms of qualitative measures with the edge maps and objective, quantitative measures.

본 논문에서는 정보기술을 활용하고자 하는 정부 관리자들의 보다 전술적인 문제로써 정보 기술사업의 선정방안에 대해서 미국 뉴욕주의 사례를 중심으로 논하였다. 뉴욕주의 정보기술사업 선정에 대한 분석은 선정절차, 선정기준, 평점방법, 그리고 선정조직의 측면에서 이루어졌다. 뉴욕주 기술사업 선정은 평가절차가 정확성에 보다 치중하고 있으며, 평가기준도 제안조직의 능력보다는 제안된 사업의 개발로 인한 영향 평가에 초점을 두고 있다. 평점모형에서는 구체적인 가중치를 부여하여 계량화하기보다는 영향의 (+)와 (-)를 밝히고 있다. 평가조직은 내ㆍ외부 전문가를 충분히 혼합하여 활용하고 있다. 이러한 특징은 의사결정의 문화성, 합리성, 그리고 합법성의 측면에서 다시 논의되었다. 뉴욕주정부의 정보 기술 사업 선정과정에서의 특징이 정보정책에 갖는 함의 또한 논의되었다.

In this paper, a model to classify the method using the fuzzy TAM with preprocessing of data was developed. The preprocessing method can be divide the problem using the characteristics in the case of category type factor. In case of continuous type factor, if there was exist factor's range which is not overlapping by class, the data belong to the range was fixed and eliminated in classification. After these preprocessing of data, classified operation of Fuzzy TAM is performed.

Since the first oil embargo (1973), there have been developed many different types of energy-economy interaction models based upon various aspects of energy impact mechanism. We will propose to develop an integrated energy-economy interaction analysis system for less developed countries' energy policy analysis, especially for investment analysis toward constructing energy-saving industry infrastructure ; which is based on the motivation of combined energy models by John P. Weyant. This modeling system can cover the economic growth, inter-industry transactions including production features, and process analysis of energy sector in the total network scheme of general equilibrium, so that it can give many political implications as well as the modeling concept to be used for analyzing various political issues and making decisions related to national energy environment.

There have been two streams of the studies on development structure : conceptual model approach and statistical analysis approach. But In these days, the latter has been becoming the main approach owing to the development of multivariate statistical methods and statistical packages. In this study, we examine methodologies and results of the leading researches related to development structure based on statistical analysis and propose the future research directions. This analysis would be expected to contribute toward the construction of long-range development policies on each country.

Seoul/Kyungki-born workers have higher wages than other regions-born workers. In order to determine whether this difference is due to taste or statistical discrimination, an econometric model is suggested and a test is done with it. According to the test, the hypothesis that the difference is wholly due to taste discrimination is rejected: a part of the difference is due to statistical discrimination. Since statistical discrimination in this paper comes out in the process of a worker's wage being determined according to his productivity, it is no problem for the government to intervene in.

인터넷에 대한 많은 관심만큼 교육용 웹 사이트를 신뢰성 있고 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가모델의 개발이 활발히 연구되어 지고 있다. 본 논문은 지금까지 여러 분야에서 제시되어 사용되고 있는 다양한 웹 문서 평가기준 기준에 관한 기존 연구를 바탕으로 평가 항목을 제시하였다. 그리고, 교육용 웹 사이트 평가 수준을 계량적으로 표현할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 교육용 웹 사이트 평가 모델의 평가단계 평가 영역별 가증치를 설정하여 평가 모형이 교육용 웹 사이트에서 고유의 특성을 잘 반영할 수 있도록 하였다.

본(本) 연구(硏究)는 Tobin의 q-이론(理論)에 입각하여 투자(投資)를 결정하고 동태적(動態的) 예산제약하(豫算制約下)에서의 외채지불능력(外債支拂能力)만을 감안한 적정소비결정(滴定消費決定)의 문제점을 논의하는 동시에 우리나라에 있어서 자본(資本)의 시장가치(市場價値), 자본(資本)의 한계생산력(限界生産力) 및 이자율간(利資率間)의 관계를 살펴보고자 함에 목적(目的)이 있다. Balassa and Williamson(1987)은 우리나라의 자본수익률(資本收益率)이 해외차입금리(海外借入金利)보다 높으므로 투자(投資)를 확대시키는 한편, 지금과 같이 호전(好轉)된 해외여건(海外與件)이 상당기간 지속(持續)될 것이며 우리나라의 신인도(信認度)가 높다는 점을 들어 소비(消費)를 확대하고 장기적으로 10억(億)~20억(億)달러의 경상수지적자(經常收支赤子)를 유지하는 것이 바람직하다고 주장하였다. 본고(本稿)는 그들의 주장(主張)을 수용(受容)하는 소비(消費)와 투자(投資)의 동태적(動態的) 최적배분(最適配分)에 관한 단순모형(單純模型)을 구축하여 그들의 주장(主張)을 계량적(計量的)으로 보다 엄밀하게 점검하는 한편, 1990년대 초에 순채권국(純債權國)이 되려는 6차계획(次計劃)의 기본방향(基本方向)이 우리나라의 과거경험(過去經驗) 및 대내외여건전망(對內外與件展望)에 비추어 타당함을 보이려고 하였다.
