  • As development of IT technology, Interest of Green building has been increasing rapidly. Because the construction industry is on the center of Green development, Green construction management is demanded for efficient analysis solution of building performance. BIM has a object-oriented parametric modeling technology. IT, which green building's performance management and analysis, is very useful. A green building certification is essential course in the green building construction. So this Paper suggest him based green building simulation system. The him based green building simulation system will support resonable decision making on the early construction phase.

  • 위암은 국내 암발생 및 사망률의 상당 부분을 차지하고 있으며, 이러한 조기 위암의 발견은 치료 및 예후에 있어서 아주 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 조기 위암의 진단을 위해 위 내시경 영상에서 색상 변화를 이용해 이상 부위를 검출하여 검사자에게 조직적인 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 어느 정도의 진행이 이루어진 염증과 암은 쉽게 판단할 수 있지만, 조기의 염증이나 암의 경우에는 주의 깊게 보지 않는 경우에는 병변의 진단이 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 위 내시경 영상을 IHB 채널로 변환시키고 조명에 의해 발생하는 잡음을 제거하며 자동으로 암 의심 영역을 검출하여 검사자에게 제공하거나 검사자에 의해 설정된 영역에 대한 조직적인 표면 정보를 제공한다. 본 논문의 연구는 추출된 이상 부위가 암을 확진할 수 없지만, 인간이 쉽게 인지하기 어려운 이상부위(암 의심 영역)를 추출하여 검사자에게 주의를 요구함으로써 일 처리를 줄이고 부과적인 정보를 제공한다. 그리고 검사추가 지정한 영역에 대해서도 조직적인 정보를 제공한다. 제안된 위 내시경 영상 분석 방법의 효율성을 확인하기 위해서 실제 내시경 영상들을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법이 위 내시경 영상 분석에 효율적임을 확인하였다.

Navigational Path Detection Using Fuzzy Binarization and Hough Transform (퍼지 이진화와 허프 변환을 이용한 주행 경로 검출)

  • In conventional methods for car navigational path detection using Hough transform, navigational path deviation of a car is decided in car navigational images with simple background. But in case of car navigational images having complex background with obstacles on the road, shadows, other cars, and so on, it is very difficult to detect navigational path because these obstacles obstruct correct detection of car navigational path. In this paper, I proposed an effective navigational path detection method having better performance than conventional navigational path detection methods using Hough transform only, and fuzzy binarization method and Canny mask are applied in the proposed method for the better performance. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, I experimented with 20 car navigational images and verified the proposed method is more effective for detection of navigational path.

  • In this paper we implemented a field-sequential stereoscopic endoscope system that can generate stereoscopic images with different perspective depth using LCD shutter. The stereoscopic image is generated form stereoscopic adapter that has LCD shutter. We have compared the stereoscopic depth of a field-sequential stereoscopic endoscope system with that of the conventional endoscope system. And the implemented system is verified by evaluation the field-sequential stereoscopic image on a Monitor. This system will be use to medical instruments in time.

Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Influx Pollution Sources in Gyeongin Ara Waterway (경인 아라뱃길의 유입오염원 분석 및 수질예측)

  • 경인 아라뱃길은 국내에서 운영된 사례가 없는 기수역 운하로서 유량 및 수환경 관리 등을 포함한 수질관리 상황을 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 대책이 필요하다. 또한 경인 아라뱃길로 유입되는 오염원에 대한 현황 및 현장조사를 실시하고, 유입 오염원인을 정확히 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 경인 아라뱃길 유역의 수질조사 및 분석, 수질예측을 통해 수질관리 방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 홍수시 경인 아라뱃길로 유입되는 굴포천의 DO, BOD, SS는 삼정천의 영향으로 상승하였다. 삼정천은 굴포천 상류에서 부천시와 인천시의 관할 행정구역 면적에 비해 인구밀도가 높고 축산 농가 및 산업계로 인한 미처리 유출수에 의해 굴포천에 직 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 굴포천 하수처리장 방류 이후 BOD, T-N, T-P의 경우 급상승하였다. 따라서 굴포천 중류의 부천시 삼정동과 인천시 계양구 내 하수 및 폐수를 하수처리장을 통해 배출할 수 있는 공동처리장 운영 등의 처리 방안이 필요하다. 또한 EFDC 모형을 이용한 해수와 담수의 성분비 변화에 대한 경인 아라뱃길의 수질을 예측한 결과, 해수가 많을수록 수질이 BOD, COD 등이 양호 한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 염분에 의한 지하수 및 주변환경 변화에 대한 영향을 고려하였을 때, 해수와 담수비를 조절하는 것보다 성분비를 유지하고 유입되는 양을 확대한다면, 경인 아라뱃길의 수질관리는 효과적일 것으로 판단한다.

Optimal Path Planning Algorithm for Visiting Multiple Mission Points in Dynamic Environments (동적 변화 환경에서 다중 임무점 방문을 위한 최적 경로 계획 알고리즘)

  • The complexity of path planning for visiting multiple mission points is even larger than that of single pair path planning. Deciding a path for visiting n mission points requires conducting $n^2+n$ times of single pair path planning. We propose Multiple Mission $D^*$ Lite($MMD^*L$) which is an optimal path planning algorithm for visiting multiple mission points in dynamic environments. $MMD^*L$ reduces the complexity by reusing the computational data of preceding single pair path planning. Simulation results show that the complexity reduction is significant while its path optimality is not compromised.

Effect of Solution Culture System on Growth and Mini-tuber Yield of Hydroponically Grown Potato(Solanum tuberosum L. cv. Dejima) (양액재배방식이 '대지' 감자(Solanum tuberosum L.)의 생육 형 소괴경 형성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of solution culture systems on growth and mini-tuber yields of hydroponlcally grown potato (Solanum tuberosun L. cv. Dejima). The growth of stem and foliage at 40 and 60 days after planting were better in aeroponics system than the other systems, and stem length and number of stems per plant at 90 days after planting were the greatest as of 65.4 cm, 7.3 in aeroponics and the lowest as of 49.5 cm, 3.2 in scoria media system. Stolon length was the longest as of 30.4 cm in aeroponics at 90 days after planting, and number of stolons was the greatest as of 10.5 in NFT. Number of mini-tubers per plant at 90 days after planting was 67.1, 62. 5, 20.1 and 18.0 in aeroponics, NFT, perlite and scoria media, respectively. The perlite media system made the fewest enlargement of lenticels of mini-tubers. The results indicate that aeroponic system can be used effectively for mini-tuber potato production.

Changes in the Spatial Patterns of Organic Farming and the Women's Roles in the Agricultural Production in Korea (한국 친환경농업 생산공간의 변화와 여성노동력의 영향)

  • This study attempts to analyze the spatial characteristics of organic agriculture in Korea during the period of 2000~2010, focusing on women's labor contribution to agricultural operations. Spatial distribution and concentration of organic farming have been investigated using Location Quotient(LQ) and Local Indicator of Spatial Association(LISA), it was found that the specialized organic farmland in the Seoul Metropolitan area has decreased significantly over the past decade, while in Chungnam and Kyungpook province it has been rapid growth in the same period. Multilinear regression analysis was also carried out to find out whether the spatial clusters in organic farming depends on women farmers. Results describing the correlation between organic farming and women farmers within identified clusters suggest that the possibility of the transition towards sustainable agriculture and farmland restructuring in Korea, by women.

  • In metabolomics, metabolic pathway is represented by well-displayed graph. Metabolic pathways, especially, have a complex binding structure, which makes the graphical representation hard to visualize. There is a problem that edge crossings exponentially increase as the number of nodes grows. To apply automatic graph layout techniques to the genome-scale metabolic flow of metabolism domains, it is very important to reduce unnecessary edge crossing on a metabolic pathway layout. we proposed a metabolic pathway layout algorithm based on 2-layer layout. Our algorithm searches any meaningful component existing in a pathway, such as circular components, highly connected nodes, and the components are drawn in upper layer. Then the remaining subgraphs except meaningful components are drawn in lower layer by utilizing a new radial layout algorithm. It reduces ultimately reduced the number of edge crossings. This algorithm is the basis of flexible analysis for metabolic pathways.

  • Among the path planning methods used to generate the ship's path, the graph search-based method is widely used because it has the advantage of its completeness, optimality. In order to apply the graph-based search method to the berthing path plan, the deviation from the path must be minimized. Path following suitability should be considered essential, since path deviation during berthing can lead to collisions with berthing facilities. However, existing studies of graph search-based berthing path planning are dangerous for application to real-world navigation environments because they produce results with a course change just before berthing. Therefore, in this paper, we develop a cost function suitable for path following, and propose a 3D A* algorithm that applies it. In addition, in order to evaluate the suitability for the actual operating environment, the results of the path generation of the algorithm are compared with the trajectory of the data collected by manned operations.
