Objectives This study was perfomed to assess the adherance to CARE (CAse REport) guideline of case reports in the Journal of Korean Medicine Rehabilitation Methods We searched the case reports published in the Journal of Korean Medicine Rehabilitation from January 2016 to April 2019 in the database of oriental medicine advanced searching integrated system (OASIS). Then we evaluated the quality of the searched case reports based on the CARE guideline. Results Totally 31 papers were selected after the screening the case reports by the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The report rate of the sub-items of the CARE guideline was 78.26% at the maximum, 60.87% at the maximum, and 70.97% on the average. The following items were reported only in less than 50% of them; 'Timeline', 'Diagnostic challenges', 'Diagnostic reasoning including other diagnoses considered' 'Prognostic characteristics', 'Follow-up and Outcomes', 'Patient Perspective', 'Informed Consent' Conclusions This study is expected to contribute to the overall improvement of the level of case reports in the Journal of Korean Medicine Rehabilitation.

Objectives This study aims to report current status and strategies of thread embedding acupuncture (TEA) on face through survey of Korean medicine doctors. Methods The survey was conducted online via e-mail to certified Korean medicine doctors. The questionnaire is developed by Korean medicine doctors in Kyung-Hee Korean Medicine Hospital at Gangdong. The survey mainly consisted with multiple-choice questions on the current status, cost, and adverse reactions. Results TEA was predominantly utilized for cosmetic purposes, and the billing cost was commonly determined based on the number of threads used. The reported incidence of adverse reactions during TEA was 69.9%. The most frequent self-resolving adverse reaction was bruising, while the most common adverse reaction requiring medical intervention or resulting in sequelae was the 'dimple phenomenon'. According to the questionnaire, the primary factor associated with adverse reactions was the treatment area. Conclusions This study provided insights into the practical use of TEA on face in Korean medical clinic.

포인트 클라우드는 3 차원 물체를 표현하기 위한 점들의 집합으로, 동적인 3 차원 데이터를 정밀하게 획득할 수 있기에 이의 효율적인 압축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 기존 3D DCT(3D Discrete Cosine Transform)를 이용한 동적 객체의 포인트 클라우드 압축 방식은 Inter 프레임 압축을 고려하지 않아 압축시의 데이터 압축률에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 3D DCT 를 이용한 움직임 예측을 통하여 포인트 클라우드 영상의 I 프레임 및 P 프레임을 압축하는 방식을 제안한다.

■ Objectives The purpose of this case report is to show the effect of Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) on a patient with Cluster Headache. ■ Methods A patient diagnosed as Cluster Headache was treated with herbal medication(Sihogyejitang plus Oryungsan), acupuncture, electro-acupuncture. Then we evaluated the improvement with NRS(Numeral Rating Scale) of headache, number of headache attack and O2 inhalation. ■ Results We could observe decrease NRS of headache and number of headache and O2 inhalation after 10 days of the TKM treatment and there was no reattack after treatment for 43days follow up period. ■ Conclusion This case showed the effect of TKM treatment on Cluster headache.

최근 사람형(Anthropomorphic)로봇손의 사물조작 지능을 개발하기 위하여 행동복제(Behavior Cloning) Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL) 연구가 진행중이다. 자유도(Degree of Freedom, DOF)가 높은 사람형 로봇손의 학습 문제점을 개선하기 위하여, 행동 복제를 통한 Human Demonstration Augmented(DA)강화 학습을 통하여 사람처럼 사물을 조작하는 지능을 학습시킬 수 있다. 그러나 사물 조작에 있어, 의미 있는 파지를 위해서는 사물의 특정 부위를 인식하고 파지하는 방법이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 YOLO기술을 적용하여 사물의 특정 부위를 인식하고, DA-DRL을 적용하여, 사물의 특정 부분을 파지하는 딥러닝 학습 기술을 제안하고, 2 종 사물(망치 및 칼)의 손잡이 부분을 인식하고 파지하여 검증한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 학습방법은 사람과 상호작용하거나 도구를 용도에 맞게 사용해야하는 분야에서 유용할 것이다.

Objectives: This study analyzed laboratory serum data results before and after patients took herbal medicine to confirm the clinical safety of herbal medicine. In addition, in the event of liver damage, the case was analyzed to confirm the characteristics of liver damage and the possibility of liver damage caused by herbal medicine. Methods: A retrospective chart review of the effects of herbal medicine on liver function in patients diagnosed with functional dyspepsia was conducted. The electronic medical records of 128 patients in a single hospital were reviewed. Results: The statistical analysis revealed a statistically significant decrease in liver function-related laboratory serum data after taking herbal medicine (p<0.05). In addition, among 128 patients, there were two cases of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) (1.56%). Conclusion: Taking herbal medicine prescribed by experts does not significantly affect liver function in patients with functional dyspepsia. Rather, the liver levels of the subjects showed a significant decrease after taking herbal medicine. To support these results, further large-scale multicenter prospective studies are necessary.

■Objective The aim of this study is to report the effects of Korean medicine treatment on patients complaining of sensory disorder of Lateral medullary syndrome caused by lateral medullary infarction. ■Method The patient received Sogyeonghwalhyeoltang, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, TENS and Jungsongouhyul pharmacopuncture treatment for 18 days. Abnormal sensation was evaluated using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), and sensory ataxia was evaluated using quantitative sensory evaluation for light touch, pain, and temperature, and then the sensation was evaluated using % compared with sensation felt when normal was 100%. Symptoms were evaluated over a total of 3 weeks on 2/7, 2/14, and 2/21. ■Results After treatment, NRS scores decreased both when the abnormal sensation was stable and when stimulated. The recovery score for sensory ataxia increased, with more pronounced recovery in the trunk area and slower recovery in the peripheral area. ■Conclusion This case shows that combined Oriental medicine treatment helps recover from sensory disorder in Lateral medullary syndrome.
