최근 페이스북 (Facebook), 유투브 (YouTube) 등과 같은 소셜 미디어 서비스가 인기를 얻고 있다. 그러나 기존의 사용자 경험에 대한 이론으로는 사용자간 상호작용에 중점을 둔 소셜 미디어 상의 사용자 경험을 충분히 설명하기에 부족한 면이 있다. 본 연구에서는 경험에 대한 철학적인 고찰을 통해 기존 사용자 경험 개념을 보완하는 개념인 공동경험을 재정의하였다. 촉지적 상호작용을 통해 사용자들간에 향상된 품질의 상호작용이 가능해져, 사용자들의 공동경험 지각이 증가한다는 가설을 검증하기 위해 실험 목적의 소셜 미디어 시스템을 구축하고 그 시스템 상에서 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과에 대한 분석과 연구의 의의가 제시되어 있다.

본 논문에서는 게임 사용자들이 요구하는 게임 경험치에 대하여 제안한다. 게임 경험치는 사용자들이 게임을 처음 접하는 단계에서 게임을 즐기는 동기 부여적인 측면과 게임을 진행함에 따라 게임 내 밸런스를 유지하기 위한 매우 중요한 요소이다. 게임을 즐기는 요소로서 게임의 재미요소에 대한 연구는 다양한 방면으로 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 게임 경험치 획득에 대한 구체적인 연구는 없었다. 게임 사용자들이 요구하는 게임 내 경험치 획득에 관하여 연구하기 위하여 사용자 그룹을 선정하여 사용자들이 각자 자기경험을 바탕으로 캐릭터의 레벨이 상승함에 따라 요구하는 경험치를 시각적으로 확인하면서 구체적인 값을 제시하도록 하였다. 이러한 결과는 향후 게임을 개발하는데 있어 사용자 요구를 반영하여 보다 일반적인 게임 경험치를 부여하는 기준으로 사용될 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 여대생의 미용성형 경험 실태와 중독성향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하였다. 무작위 표집한 여대생 223명을 대상으로 2014년에 자료 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, logistic regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 102명(45.7%)은 최소 1회 이상의 미용성형 경험이 있었고, 비외과적인 미용성형 경험이 외과적인 미용성형 경험의 비율보다 높았다. 여대생의 성형중독 성향에 유의한 영향을 미친 변수는 과거의 성형 경험과 성형수술 수용성, 외모에 대한 사회문화적 태도, 외모평가였다. 이 변수들의 설명력은 52% (Nagelkerke R2=.52) 였다. 본 연구를 통하여 여대생의 미용성형 경험 현황과 성형중독에 영향을 미치는 개인적, 사회적 요인을 파악하였다. 이제 여대생들에 있어 성형중독은 무시할 수 없는 심각한 사회문화적 문제 중의 하나이다. 연구결과는 이러한 사회문화적 문제를 파악하고 예방하기 위한 근거자료로 사용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

Recently, cultural urban regeneration is emerging as a topic of cultural tourism. This study aims to understand the effect of brand experience on integrity, re-visit intention focus on the case of culture-led urban regeneration visitor. Therefore, in this study, we selected GuCheng, which is a representative successful case of cultural tourism in China, and we surveyed people who had visited ancient China's foetus. The results of path coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing determined that sensory experience, affective experience, intellectual experience positively impacted integrity. And the significant effect of affective experience, intellectual experience has been found on re-visit intention. The moderation effect of nostalgia has been investigated and the results revealed that nostalgia has significant moderation effect among brand experience, integrity and re-visit intention. Our research findings offer insights for GuCheng culture-led urban regeneration. And this study investigated Chinese visitor, which could offer theoretical implication for future study.

The purpose of this study is to find out specific measures that can help the management strategy of patient-centered medical institutions by conducting research on patient experience surveys of convergence outpatient medical services using data mining techniques according to changes in patient-centered medical culture. Using the raw data of the 2018 Medical Service Experience Survey, 8,843 people over the age of 15 who had patient experience in outpatient medical services were analyzed. Decision tree analysis was performed. The determinants of satisfaction with outpatient medical services patient experience were the doctor's area and patient's rights protection area, and the determinants of intention to recommend outpatient medical services were the doctor's area and facilities comfort. Women evaluated the experience positively in overall satisfaction as compared to men, and those over the age of 60 positively evaluated the overall satisfaction and intention to recommend. It is significant that the outpatient experience decision-making model is presented, and that the doctor's area, patient's rights protection area, and facility comfort are important factors. Long-term research on the 'Medical Service Experience Survey' is needed, and research on the inpatient medical service experience is needed.

This study attempted to explore the essential meaning of emotional experiences of bereavement of with the mother, the main caregiver of adult women. For this purpose, three adult women who had experienced bereavement with their mother were subjected to an in-depth interview method about their life experiences and their meanings. The collected data were analyzed by applying Colaizzi Phenomenological research method. As a method of deriving the research results, four categories of "Bereavement Experience," "Emotional Experience," "Relationship Experience," "Growth Experience," were derived by conducting a study on the essence of the emotional experience experienced by an adult women who loss her mother and the effect on the life of herself and her family became. This study is meaningful in that it contributed to recovery and growth by healing with positive life changes according to the passage of time and the will to overcome despite the trauma of suffering and loss due to the death of the mother, the attachment target.

This paper investigates the effects of prior entrepreneurial experience on new venture performance. Entrepreneurial experience has significant impacts on the early development processes of new ventures founded by experienced entrepreneurs. There are inconclusive results on the relationships between entrepreneurial experience and new venture performance. Based on the data of Korean new ventures, this paper empirically analyze these relationships of different entrepreneurial experience on new venture performance. Success experience has positive effects on employment but no effect on financial performance. Failure experience has negative relationships with financial performance as well as employment. There are moderating effect of firm age on the relationship of only failure experience with performance. Finally this paper suggests theoretical and practical implications of entrepreneurial experience on new ventures' development and performances.

User experience in web site is beyond Usability, and should be understood in a context. However, the concrete contextual factors of web site experience is not systematically established enough. Therefore, the objective of this research is to establish a framework of mapping experiential context factors with analyzing real web site use cases, and to propose how it is can be applied in the process of web site contents planning. First of all, theoretical framework for the web experience and contextual factors was prepared by secondary research. Second, user experience on music casting sites was collected through web diary method, self-video recording method, and group interview. Then, collected experience was re-constructed with scenarios. Scenarios are analyzed into contextual factors and these factors are categorized, given hierarchies and located into context map. Third, the possibility of applying the context map of web site experience was discussed. The systematical and concrete sample of context map based on practical use cases can be applied in the innovative and cross-genre web contents planning process.

This study attempted to describe the essential structure of lived experience of a students trans ferring into the nursing program. A study on the experience of students who have a major in this of health or who have experience in a medical institution is aimed at identifying the nature of incorporating nursing into each individual. The experiences were analyzed and the meaning of the experiences was understood by applying the phenomenolgical Analysis method of Colaizzi. The total number of people who majored in health care and five experienced medical institutions was nine, which resulted four themes and 14 central beauty. Based on the results of this study, it will provide basic materials for fostering professional nursing personnel at various nursing sites by understanding the nursing departments and experiences of students with experience in the health care system.

Diverse public institutions from Republic of Korea currently hold various policies regarding public design with close attentions. Thus, the primary goal of this study relies on analyzing relation between public design and user experience. In accordance with comprehensive understanding from literature researches, and the evaluation criteria of public design could be identified through diverse pilot researches and existing relative researches. Analysis regarding Shedroff's experiential elements and user-experience factors had been conducted based on an instance mentioned by Korea Association of Public Design. The field test was conducted among experienced users (100 individuals) through survey. The research could detect significant correlation between public design(accessibility, regionalism) and user experience(pleasurable, meaningful). The overall user satisfaction level has been remarked as 2.64 out of 5.0 despite vigorous policies. Even though the importance of esthetic aspects should not be disregarded, the priority of study should rely on identifying 'who' are the actual users and 'the way' they understand.
