  • 개인의 감성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인적, 사회적, 문화적 요인이 중요한 비중을 차지한다. 여러 자료를 추적해보면 하나의 개체로서의 인간은 다른 개체와 마찬가지로 종족유지 본능이 가장 우선하며 생활경험을 통하여 그 종족유지의 극대화를 위하여 그 구성요소로서의 유전인자들이 최적화되는 방향으로 진화하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 즉, 우리의 생체는 무엇이 우리의 종족유지를 위한 환경인지 경험을 통하여 터득하게 되고 새로운 내적, 외적 환경자극에 무의식적으로 직관적으로 대처하며, 감성이란 이러한 대처 양상의 하나라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관점에서 개인적, 사회적, 문화적 요인, 생애초기특정기간(critical period)의 경험, 감성유발 직전의 기분상태 등이 어떻게 감성에 영향을 미치는가를 고찰해보고자 한다.

Pre-visualization of Interaction on Game Character's Quest Play : Towards of Narrative Structure (내러티브 구조 관점에서 본 게임 캐릭터의 퀘스트 플레이에 대한 인터랙션 사전 시각화)

  • A game designer is the initial design of the quest based on narrative. It is important that to predict game character of play experience to establish these static content. This paper deal with player's affective interaction distinguishing among game characters are perform quest-play based on their characteristic status. To achieve this, First of all, previous studies regarding pre-visualization of narrative structure for other visual media are reviewed. Secondly, it is specified that quest-play experience and player's cognitive behavior. At last, these features of status by character were pre-visualized with QUG(Quest Unit Graph), which could be represented differences in precess of quest-play through analysis on world of warcarft game. Previous research is about of numerical balance in terms of character's achievement, whereas this study is meaningful that is proposed that visual model of quest-play interaction focused on narrative structure to predict game designer's architecture of quest experience.

Mutual Maturity Process between Client-Therapist in Music and Imagery Session: Therapist's Point of View (음악과 심상 세션에서 내담자-치료사간 상호 성장의 과정: 치료사의 관점에서)

  • The purpose of the study was to prospect for mutual maturity between therapist-client in Music and Imagery music therapy session from therapists' points of view. Qualitative data has been collected by in-depth interview of therapist-client mutual maturity process, then analysed with grounded theories. The questions of the study were to ask process of mutual maturity experienced by music and imagery therapist and meaning of the experience itself. Therapists ware to answer the moment of mutual maturity, realization and meaning of mutual maturity process through semi-structured in-depth interview. The four therapists who participated in the interview are certified MIT(Music & Imagery Therapist) by Lisa Summer and currently in training GIM. From the in-depth interview, 81 concepts have been collected and have been divided into 20 categories in open coding, then rearranged into 9 categories in axis coding. To explain music and imagery therapists' maturity process through grounded theory paradigm, as a result, the main phenomenon of experience was 'to deal with counter-transference'. When dealing their counter-transference, therapists experienced their maturity process. Supervision and musical/non-musical self-reflection are also used for interactive intervention medium. So, maturity of therapists leads to knowing and accepting herself and mature therapists are able to help clients mature.

  • This study is a study to develop a model for measurement and processing of experience data, which is emerging as a core value in quality management of medical services. In the theoretical background, a literature study was conducted on the importance of experience in medical service, measurement and processing of experience data, and realization of patient-centeredness. Based on these literature and theoretical background research results, operational definitions were performed for the following four research variables, and statistical tests were conducted. Hypothesis 1 is the effect of measuring experience data from the perspective of three factors on persona modeling, Hypothesis 2 is the effect of persona modeling on service blueprint visualization, Hypothesis 3 is the effect of service blueprint visualization on realization of patient-centeredness, and Hypothesis 4 is persona modeling This is the effect that modeling has on the realization of patient-centeredness. After data-based testing of factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, all four hypotheses were adopted as a result of verification using regression analysis. In conclusion, in an era where it is difficult to recognize the value of having only good medical staff and medical equipment in hospitals, it was possible to grasp the meaning that what kind of medical service experience is continuously obtained is more important to patients than the effectiveness of medical staff and medical equipment. In the era of the service economy, the core of hospital service competitiveness is providing attractive experiences, which is the real strength of hospitals, so the measurement and processing of experience data, which is the subject of this study, will have an important meaning in realizing patient-centeredness and realizing smart hospitals.

A Study on customer experience centered innovation model for culture and arts organizations - Centered on museum service - (문화예술 기관의 고객경험 중심 혁신모형 연구 - 박물관 서비스를 중심으로 -)

  • This study examined methodologies for establishing a customer experience-focused innovation strategy, which is essential to transforming existing collection and preservation-oriented museum service into a visitor-oriented service. To this end, a review of studies examining good customer experience and bad customer experience was conducted, focusing on change in museum environments and customer experience from the service science and customer experience management perspectives. Research was conducted to present and prove. Implementing a customer experience-oriented innovation strategy in a museum requires exploring the various approaches that can be used to reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and selecting the most appropriate transformation plan. This study found that effective approaches are distinguished by the fact that they generate positive emotions in customers and use customer experience data to make important decisions regarding the establishment of practical resources in museums. This innovation model was developed and validated by analyzing how it differed from existing evaluation methods. Finally, a regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and museum performance as variables revealed a significant causal relationship.

  • This study is a study on the methodology of establishing an innovation strategy centering on the customer experience, which is essential in order to transform the existing collection and preservation-centered mutual aid company service into a visitor-centered service. To this end, we conducted literature research on environmental changes in the funeral industry from the perspective of service science and the significance and value of customer experiences within them, good customer experiences and bad customer experiences from the perspective of customer experience management. A study was conducted to present and prove a specific model. The customer experience-oriented innovation strategy of the funeral industry means to search for various alternatives that can reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and select the most appropriate transformation plan among them. As an effect of application, it was found that it is a source of differentiation by generating positive emotions to customers, and that customer experience data is highly helpful in making important decisions for the actual resource input of the parent company. This innovation model was presented, and its value was firstly proved by analyzing the difference from the existing evaluation method. Finally, as a result of analyzing the causal relationship through regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and cooperative company's performance as variables, the relationship proved to be significant.

An Experiential Approach to the Determinants of Impulse Buying Based on Store Type (유통점포별 충동구매의 결정요인에 대한 경험적 접근)

  • This study, from a temporal standpoint, seeks to validate the relationship between prior shopping experience, a pre-experiential construct, and impulsive/planned purchase intentions, a post-experience construct, based on strategic experiential module advocated by Schmitt (1999) by focusing on three key variables--prior shopping experience, on-site experiences, and emotional response to store atmosphere. Also, from a spatial standpoint, the study aims to valiadate the relationship between emotional response to store atmosphere and impulsive purchase intentions across three retail store types--department store, discount store, and internet store. Specific research purposes and findings are as follows. First, it was found that regardless of the degree of prior shopping, discount store and internet shoppers preferred cognitive shopping experience to emotional experience. Second, emotional shopping experience significantly influenced impulsive purchase intention, whereas cognitive shopping experience influenced planned purchase intention. Third, for discount store shoppers only did the interior colour serve as a positive moderator between emotional shopping experience and impulsive buying intention, while merchandise display served as a negative moderator.

Searching for Korean Perspective on Mathematics Education through Discussion on Mathematical Modeling (모델링 관점에 대한 논의에서 본 한국 수학교육의 관점 탐색)

  • Attention to Korean perspective mathematics education has been increasingly paid m international academic meetings or international comparative studies. Personal or intuitive, vague explanation has been given based on limited literature or observations. This increasing attention and Jack of studies warrant the necessity of systematic researches on it. This article aims at clarifying the research issues in searching for Korean perspective on mathematics education and finding the starting point through discussion on mathematical modeling by teacher on researchers and researchers. Firstly, hypothetical perspective will be described. Secondly, Fourteen teacher educators' and seven researchers' opinion on it will be discussed. Findings imply that strong responsibility for Korean mathematics teachers to reveal theoretical aspects of mathematical knowledge, i.e., structure or essence, as well as to pursue efficiency and effectiveness in mathematics teaching and learning is the main aspect of Korean perspective on mathematics education.

한국 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 특징과 의사결정 기준에 관한 연구: 창업자의 경험을 중심으로

  • 벤처 기업의 평가와 관련되어 벤처 캐피탈리스트들의 의사결정에 대한 지금까지의 선행 연구들의 주 초점은 벤처 캐피탈의 의사 결정 과정과 이에 관련된 의사 결정 기준이지만, 연구의 또 다른 상호 보완적인 흐름은 의사 결정에 상대적인 가중치와 중요성에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 것이다. 즉, 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사결정에 있어서 인적 자본 요소인 벤처 기업의 창업자 또는 창업팀의 특징이 더 중요하다는 주장과 불확실성을 특징으로 하는 제품/서비스의 특징, 시장/산업의 특징, 재정적 특징이 창업자/창업팀의 특징 보다 더 중요하다는 두 가지 관점이 선행 연구에 존재한다. 그러나 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려진 두 가지 주장은 각각 독립적으로 연구되어 왔기 때문에 창업자의 특징과 불확실성의 요소가 결합된 상호 영향이나 상대적인 중요도가 벤처개피탈의 의사결정에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구는 거의 없다. 이러한 배경에서 본 논문의 목적은 인적 자본 이론을 도입하여 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정에 중요한 의사 결정 기준인 창업자의 특징 중 창업자의 경험(산업 경험, 창업 경험, 경영 경험)과 불확실성으로 발생되는 요인의 상대적인 중요도에 대한 이해를 증진시키는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 창업자의 특성과 불확실성의 특성을 벤처 캐피탈리스트의 의사 결정 과정에 실험적으로 적용할 수 있는 가상의 시나리오를 기반으로 하는 컨조인트 분석법을 적용하여 창업자의 특성과 불확실성을 포함하고 있는 8가지 요인(속성)의 중요도를 연구한다.

A Validation Check of Simulation Model with the Model Transformation (모델변환에 의한 시뮬레이션 모델의 타당성 검사)

  • 시뮬레이션(simulation)은 실 시스템(real system)의 효과적이고 효율적인 운영을 도모하기 위하여 실 시스템의 동작을 이해하고 분석, 예측, 평가하는 과학적인 문제해결 접근방법이다. 시뮬레이션 수행단계는 실 시스템의 행위를 정확히 반영하도록 타당한 모델을 구축하는 모델링 단계와 모델에 의도하는 명령어들을 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 작성하는 구현단계로 나누어진다. 시뮬레이션 모델은 시간, 상태, 확률변수, 상호규칙 등의 여러 관점에 따라 다양하게 존재하는데, DEVS(Descrete EVent system Specification) 모델은 연속적인 시간상에서 이산적으로 발생하는 사건에 따라 시스템의 상태를 분석할 수 있고 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 방법론의 형식화를 위한 견고한 이론적 기반을 제공하고 있다. 또한, DEVS 모델은 모듈적, 계층적 특성을 제공하고 집합론에 근거한 수학적 형식구조를 제공하여 실 시스템에 대한 체계적인 분석과정을 수행하게 되어 보다 현실적인 모델링을 가능하게 한다. 그러나 타당하지 못한 DEVS 모델이 구축되면 시뮬레이션을 통한 분석결과의 신뢰성이 떨어져 아무런 효과가 없고 경제적인 손실만이 따른다. DEVS 모델에 대한 기존의 타당성 검사가 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되고, 반복적인 DEVS 모델링 과정으로 인한 전문적이고 경험적인 지식을 요구한다. 또한, 모델설계자에 의해 설정된 실험 프레임하에서 DEVS 모델의 구성요소에 속하는 상태전이함수, 시간진행함수 및 출력함수에 대하여 commutative 성질의 보전성 검사가 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사를 SPN(Stochastic Petri Net) 모델로 변환하여 SPN 모델을 이용하는 간단하고 효과적인 타당성 검사 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, DEVs 모델에 대한 개념과 기존의 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 고찰하고 그 문제점에 대하여 자세히 설명한다. DEVS 모델의 타당성 검사에 이용하는 SPN 모델에 대한 개념과 DEVS 모델과 행위적으로 동등한 SNP 모델로 변환을 위한 관점을 제조명하다. 동일한 관점에서 두 모델의 상태표현이 같도록 DEVS 모델이 SPN 모델로 표현됨을 보이는 변환이론을 제시하고 변환이론을 바탕으로 모델 변환과정을 제시한다. 모델 변환이론과 변환고정을 기본으로 타당성 검사를 위한 새로운 동질함수(homogeneous function)를 정의하고 이와 함께 SPN 모델의 특성을 이용하여 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 새롭게 제안한다.
