For this purpose, six dismissed workers' psychological experiences were explored using the phenomenological method as one of qualitative research methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the workers on their psychological experiences at dismissal, continuous psychological or physical changes after dismissal, current state, etc. and from the analysis of the data were derived 12 sub-themes and they were categorized into four main themes. The four main themes were 'emotions experienced with dismissal,' 'psychological and physical symptoms,' 'patterns of social perception,' 'and ways of coping with dismissal.' The main themes and their sub-categories were described, and dismissed workers' specific experiences related to them were explained. Lastly, dismissed workers' changes and experiences were discussed based on previous studies.

In the harsh period for young adults to prepare their successful life, this study aimed to understand the specific experiences of independence transition among homeless young adults. Also this article explored how their family perform as a supportive system for their independence. Using in depth interview materials of 19~39 aged 8 young homeless males, the research analyzed their family's weak support; no family members, no economic support and breaking relationship. As to occasion of independence, the participants sometimes experienced loss of house, evacuation by their family or runaway from their home. It was abrupt and unexpected leaving home. Also their process of independence was beyond their capacity that they suffered from instability job and destitute rather than continuous mental trauma and isolation. In the end they faced serious risky situations that they cannot manage without any help. The findings of this study suggest that quality of family relationship would be more important than economic capital from family and transition to adulthood of vulnerable young adults who don't have family support need much alternative supportive system and social capital.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications by grasping how the occupational identity of vocational training teachers who teach programming in vocational training field was formed. Teacher A, who has been engaged in programming education and training for over 20 years, was interviewed in a narrative research. For the research question 'what is the occupational identity formation process of programming vocational training teachers?' It was found that educational experience had an effect on the formation of occupational identity. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to investigate the process of forming occupational identity of programming vocational training teachers and to examine its meaning. Proposals for future research are as follows. First, in the follow-up study, it is necessary to study a wide range of experiences targeting various programming vocational training teachers according to age, working period, and affiliated institutions. Second, it is necessary to study policies and issues experienced in the field.
Faith education focuses on 'changing the direction of life' that pursues the life of Christ. This is possible only when the message of the Bible is embodied in life, not by accumulating biblical knowledge. Today, however, faith education does not allow biblical messages to be embodied in life. This is the result of focusing on knowing the Bible itself, instead of guiding the faith education to meet the Bible and the experience of human life. Church education emphasized the inner faith of individuals rather than changes in life and practice, preparing for the afterlife, and mostly for the training and quantitative growth of the church. As a result, in the COVID-19 era, Protestants showed an immature appearance that only cared about the safety of the church, and social trust in Protestants was lost. Therefore, faith education should educate what life of the Bible and the experiences of the learner will meet and respond to God in order for the Bible's message to be realized in life. I tried to find out how to prepare for this faith education in detail. So I would like to look at "The preparation process for religious classes related to experience" compiled by the German Protestant Lutheran Bavarian Presbyterian Church and present tasks for application to the Korean Church. Preparation for experience-related religious classes consists of five courses. It is a personal meeting, a theological orientation, a pedagogical orientation, a pedagogical decision, and a summary of the progress plan. The main purpose of this process is to learn how biblical believers interpreted their experiences in life from the perspective of faith and tried to overcome the problem. Faith education related to experience deals with the essence of faith education, not one of the Bible teaching methods. Although the field of education is in the social change of expanding from the real world to the virtual world, the essential nature of faith education cannot change. Therefore, research and application of faith education related to experience in Korean churches will help the biblical message to be embodied in Christian life.

In this study, we developed and examined the validity and reliability of the Test for Indicators of Positive Experiences about Science (TIPES) that measures students' positive experiences about science. We have developed TIPES through literature reviews, development of the preliminary version of TIPES, a pilot test and revisions of the preliminary version, and the test of the final version. Through literature reviews and Delpi methods, we developed the preliminary version of TIPES, which consists of five categories such as science academic emotion, science-related self-concept, science learning motivation, science-related career aspiration, and science-related attitude. Using the preliminary version, we conducted a pilot test with 198 students consisting of 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th graders, and modified the first version based on the results from the pilot test and expert meetings. We then conducted a main test with the revised version of TIPES with 1,841 students consisting of 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th graders. According to a confirmatory factor analysis, a reliability test and descriptive statistics analyses, TIPES found to have a good validity as well as reliability. In addition, there are statistically significant differences in the norm distribution and scores of TIPES by student's grade, gender, school location, and level of participation in science-related activities. Discussed in the conclusion are the implications of this research for science education research and science teaching and learning practices in the school.

Analyzed data were finally integrated using grounded theory approach. 'Acquiring Social Recognition as an Information Professional' was emerged as the core category for describing and guiding the occupational socialization process. A seven-stage process was discovered: 'Adapting', 'Experiencing being the Periphery', 'Perceiving the Role', 'Pursuing the advancement', 'Realizing the professionality', 'Rediscovering the Value', and 'Showing the Professionality'. Especially, 'Experiencing being the Periphery' was identified as a critical and unique process, reflected the perceived status of librarians in Korea.
