기존의 물리 공간과 제품은 RFID태그를 통해 원래의 사용 용도 이외의 매체로서의 기능을 갖게 되고, 이러한 매체 기능의 추가는 제휴 마케팅의 기반이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 누구나 쉽게 RFID 태그부착 공간 제공자로 참여하여 물리적 공간의 트래픽을 전자적 트래픽으로 전환시켜 수익을 창출하는 경제활동을 가능케 하는 방법을 제안하며, 이러한 방법을 응용한 쿠폰 네트워크 비즈니스 모델을 제시하고 실제 작동할 조건을 분석하였다. 제안하는 비즈니스 모델과 방법을 통해 공간을 이용하여 비즈니스를 하고자 하는 기업과 공간제공자 간의 연결을 쉽게 하여 기업의 물리적 접점 확대와 공간제공자의 참여를 상대적으로 낮은 비용으로 실현시킬 수 있고, 공간소유자가 자신의 이익을 위해 하는 제휴 활동이 유비쿼터스 사회 인프라 확산을 촉진시키게 되도록 설계함으로써 불특정다수에 의한 빠른 RFID 태그 확산과 비용부담의 광범위한 분산을 이룰 수 있다.

In the recent years the office sector or industry are recognized not only as a key economic activity and employment source in urban areas, but also as a factor for the changing urban spatial structure. This paper aims to review the research trends and future prospects on the office locations. The study starts with a survey of literatures by summarizing the most important previous studies on the office location research and by disclosing research deficits. And then general locational trends of office activities on the base on the different geographical scale and its current location dynamics including the influencing factors are discussed. Finally this study summarizes the outlooks on the future task within office location research.

The continuing enlargement, deepening integration of EU and penetration of extra-EU enterprise into EU market are forming a new geographical restructure of the production system. In this paper, I analyse the changing geography of the EU automotive production system. The globalization and regionalisation of production activity intensify a competition among the enterprise. The European automotive production system changes to a platform system and a modular system for a diminution of productive costs, a development of various products and a frequent innovation of products. The European automotive enterprise is restructuring geographically the production functions and products in order to promote efficiency on a new production system, enlarged production space and intensified economic integration. The European automotive industry tends to a spatial specialization and agglomeration according to the locational factors of production functions and products and the locational condition of regions. This intensifies the geographical hierarchic structure of production activity between the core and the periphery.

This study attempts to introduce the methodology for accounting real-time population distribution in the urban areas. For the purpose, we utilize the media user's time-space information from the media users' media diaries in the media panel survey databases. We analyze the space-time population rate for each activity space related with everyday urban lifes. Seoul has been selected as a case study area, since space-time information are relatively rich there, and thus the comparisons are available. The space-time population rates have been verified by the comparative analysis with the T-card results. We propose a real time population measurement method by combination of the space-time population rate with geographical data. The real time population of each activity space at each dong in Seoul has been calculated by multiplying the space-time population rates to the numbers of employer of three categories of activity spaces(residential, working, and commercial). By utilizing GIS, we visualize the results of two time points (3AM and 3PM) and then analyze the spacio-temporal characteristics of real time population distribution in Seoul. The Day time population distribution pattern shows strong relationships with the distribution of business and commercial activities, while the night time population distribution pattern can be explained by resident population distribution almost perfectly.

오늘날 경제적 생활 환경의 개선으로 인하여 현대인의 생활에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 제한된 공간에서 인간 활동은 지하생활공간이라는 새로운 활동영역을 창출하였고, 이에 따라 실내에서의 거주 시간은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 지하생활공간이라는 용어가 일반인들에게는 다소 생소하게 받아들여질 수 있지만 여기서 말하는 지하생활공간이라 함은 불특정 다수인이 이용하는 지하철, 지하상가, 지하주차장, 지하 보ㆍ차도, 지하터널 등을 말하며 개인의 생활 양식에 따라 단시간 이용하거나 또는 생활터전으로 장시간 거주할 수 있는 공간이라고 할 수 있다.(중략)

본 논문은 국제물류 거점항만인 광양항을 사례로 하여 항만친수공간의 개발정책을 다루고 있다. 연구의 목적은 항만친수공간의 기본이론과 개발실태의 실질적 분석을 토대로 광양항에 항만친수공간을 개발하기 위한 종합적인 정책방향을 계획 ${\cdot}$ 제도적인 시각에서 제시하는 것이다. 본 논문의 주요내용은 항만친수공간의 개념과 유형/외국 항만친수공간의 개발사례/항만친수공간 개발의 문제점/광양항의 항만친수공간화 정책방향 및 결론 등으로 구성되고 있다. 광양항 친수공간의 실제 대상지는 컨테이너항 지구와 묘도지구이다. 컨테이너 항만의 부지에는 이용자 및 시민에게 쾌적한 공간을 제공하는 녹지공간의 조성과 함께 친수성 항만공간의 확보가 중요하다. 묘도지구는 해안매립과정에서 소실된 자연생태계를 복원하여 자연친화적인 지속가능한 자연의 이용방안을 마련하며, 이의 일환으로 해양생태공원을 조성한다. 이와 더불어 광양항 친수공간의 개발전략들에는 항만시설의 개방과 홍보활동의 강화, 선항만 개발과 항만재개발시 친수공간확보 의무화, 항만친수공간 확충목적의 관련제도 정비, 항만친수공간 기본계획의 수립, 항만친수공간 지구의 지정, 항만친수공간 관련제도의 정비, 항만친수 행적기관조직의 정비 등으로 제시할 수 있다.

국경선은 '분리의 선'인 동시에 '접촉의 선'이며 '장벽'인 동시에 '가장자리'이고 '차단'이면서 '접합'이 동시에 존재하는 공간이다. 초국경적 공간은 이런 관점에서 역설적인 측면을 가진다. 과거부터 쌓여온 경험 풍부한 협력 관계가 비록 이 지역은 정치적 의사결정권이나 경제활동의 중심으로부터 멀리 떨어져 있어 주변부에 해당하지만 이런 '협력적 관성'으로 인해 '혁신의 장소'로 성장하려는 적극적인 의지를 보이는 공간이 되기도 한다.(중략)
