신제품의 전주기 경제성분석 방법

  • 본 연구에서는 신제품의 경제성 분석에 있어 기존연구의 분리된 방법론을 통합한 새로운 모델의 수립에 의의가 있다. 필자가 제시하고 있는 신제품의 전주기 경제성 분석모델은 신제품의 연구시작 단계에서부터 시제품 생산, 공장가동 생산판매 공익적 가치분석, 소비자 행태분석 단계까지를 통합하고 있다 본 모델에서는 기존의 경제학, 경여학, 산업공학에서 개별적으로 분리되어 사용되어 온 경제성 분석의 방법론을 수요자 중심으로 통합함으로써 분석의 객관성과 구체적 적용성을 높였으며 또한 각 분석단계마다 연구사례를 제시하여 독자의 이해와 활용성을 제고시켰다.

Decision Making Methodology on Ventilation System for Road Tunnels Based on Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (다속성 효용이론을 활용한 터널환기방식 선정)

  • The size and length of road tunnels have been gradually expanded as industry developed. Consequently, the risk has been increased. The decision making process for ventilation system for road tunnels involves a large amount of information on economic feasibility, construction methods, and safety etc. In situation where systematically structured decision making process is unavailable, almost decisions about ventilation systems are made based on engineers' private knowledge and experiences. Procedure and criteria to choose the best optimized ventilation system among many alternatives are proposed, breaking away from the economic dependency-oriented decision making. This paper presents a Multi-Attribute Utility Theory and AHP based function with which planners can calculate overall utility of each alternative. It is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed methodology for decision making on ventilation systems ould be able to reduce the likelihood of the occurrence of potential safety risks as well as increase the overall ventilation performance.

Comparative Study of Causality based quantitative Economic Impact Analysis Models for Utilizing Spectrum Resource (전파자원 활용을 위한 인과 관계 기반 정량적 경제 파급 효과 분석모형 비교 연구)

  • In this paper, we conducted a comparative study on the methodology for impact analysis as the economic grounds for formulating policy and investment plan concerned with utilizing spectrum resource. In order to provide numerical results for objective comparison and selection among policy and investment planning, methods to be analyzed are focused on quantitative methodology based on mathematical models, consequently the utility and limits of econometric model, input-output analysis, computable general equilibrium and system dynamics are compared from various viewpoints including analysis cost. Besides, we compared the methodologies in the standpoint of utilizing spectrum and discussed the recent findings of mixed models combining multiple methodologies to exploit the advantages of each methodology and to offset the limit. Results of the research can be used as reference indicators to select the method that conforms to the purpose and priority of analysis verifying the efficiency of execution of policies and investment plans.

  • With the growing international consensus regarding sustainable development of transportation, the plan of transportation infrastructure needs to meet various requirements toward enhancing environmental conditions. Accordingly, the upcoming long-term plan of high-speed rail network has to be reflecting the sustainability of transportation systems. In this paper, we propose methodologies based on multi-attribute utility theory for determining priorities of sustainable high-speed rail investment. The proposed methodologies identify indicators for sustainable transportation systems such as economic, environmental, social, and transportation-related ones and then, explain the way how to evaluate the overall sustainability by comparing the relative importance among indicators. This will help transportation agencies to prioritize high-speed rail investment toward sustainable transportation systems.

  • This is Kangwon Land casino case due to the damages of betting money, which is likely to affect the contents industry in the future. The reason why the gambler and his family's suit is that why the manager did not control their own access or did not supervise the wagering rules. The provisions of the "Restriction on the amount of money to be paid to the casino" in the Article 14 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Support for the Development of the Abandoned Mine Area are not intended to increase the duty of the casino managers. It is just one of many public regulations imposed. No matter what legislation is made for public interest, it can not be considered equally in the private duty. If so, too much effort will be required to enact or amend the public law and this makes the legislative activity impossible. The Act on the Restriction on Access to the Casino shall be construed accordingly. From the point of view of economic efficiency theory, if we overestimate statutory duties (liability for compensation) excessively, the price goes up on the market, and the volume of transaction decreases drastically. This reduces the economic utility of resources in the society as a whole (total output, foreign currency acquisition amount, etc.).

  • 게임은 독자적인 하나의 가상 세계를 구성하며, 이에 따라 게임을 서비스하는 기업은 별도의 사법체계에 가까운 정보보호 및 보안 체계 및 인력을 유지하는 경우도 많다. 여기에서는 이러한 기업이 가지고 있는 권한을 활용하여 정보보호를 강화하는 방법에 대해 경제이론에 기반하여 사례를 간략하게 분석하였다. 가상 세계에서의 불법적 활동은 개인의 효용극대화라는 경제이론으로도 설명이 가능하며, 이를 볼 때 불법적 활동의 감소는 기대되는 수익의 감소 및 처벌 규모 및 발각확률 상승으로 인한 기대되는 비용의 증가를 통해 정책적으로 대처가 가능하다. 이를 위해 다양한 기술적/보안조직 등에 대한 연구 및 방법론들이 개발되어 있지만, 이를 통하지 않더라도 게임 내 규칙을 변경하거나, 정책적 방향을 통해서도 유사한 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 여기에서는 간략하게 (1) 불법적 이득을 감소시키는 정책 (2) 불법적 활동의 발각확률을 올리는 정책 (3) 불법적 활동에 대한 처벌에 대한 정책이라는 세 가지 측면에서 검토하였으며, 그동안 게임사에서 시도되었고 효과적이었다고 인지되는 여러 사례를 소개하고자 하였다.

  • At the "Dissemination Stage", the newly configured technical design is compared with other alternatives to come up with the most desirable selection. The assessment conducted at this stage is not a simple procedure. It goes through the complex evaluation process in which various elements including economic effects and technical characteristics are considered. The reason for taking such a complex procedure is that the assessment, selection and application of the desirable technical alternative is critical for the company's competitive edge in every field of industrial sectors, thus influencing its survival and continuous growth. This study reviews the MAUT method for assessing technical alternatives of the thermal supply system design. And, to show the practical validity of the MAUT method, it is applied to the evaluation of thermal supply system alternatives in the field of energy supply system technology.

  • 전력산업은 환경문제로 인해 사업수행이 점차 어려워지고 있으며, 전원개발계획 수립을 위한 의사결정 단계에서 환경외부성을 고려하는 문제가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 전력계획수립의 초기단계에서 환경문제를 통합하기 위한 노력의 일환으로, 다속성 효용이론(Multi-Attribute Utility Theory: MAUT)을 적용하여 환경영향의 다속성 지수를 구성하는 접근방법을 제시한다. 먼저 연구배경과 제안된 방법론을 개괄적으로 살펴본 후, 기술적인 판단과 가치 판단에 근거한 지수구성에 요구되는 제반 가정 및 단계를 소개한다. 다음으로, 우리 나라의 전력산업에 대한 실증분석을 통해 다속성 지수를 도출한다. 마지막으로 환경지수와 화폐 간의 트레이드-오프(trade-off) 관계를 분석하여 환경의 사회적 가치(societal value)를 도출하고 연구결과의 유용성에 대해 설명한다.

  • Yak-yong Jung discussed technology for the first time in Korea, 195 years ago, in his [Ki-ye-lon](the Theory of Techne: 1802) in which he investigated the essence and the developmental aspect of technology and the ways to promote technology. As a man of the 19th century when the West was being transformed into an industrial society by the Industrial Revolution, Jung suggested various ways to reform his nation an agricultural society. Although they were not accepted by the Dynasty, consideration of the social and economic situation and the world history at that time shows that they were very innovative. This study aims at defining Jung's view of technology, centering around [Ki-ye-lon](the Theory of Techne), and discusses what the technological education should emphasize in the future, that is to say: mathematical and scientific principles, the utility of technology, its developmental aspect, technological policy.
