연구개발투자의 촉진과 가용한 연구개발자원의 효율적 배분을 위해서는 연구개발투자의 경제적 효과에 대한 이론적이고 실증적인 분석을 통해 연구 개발투자의 효과를 정량적으로 입증할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구개발투자가 경제 성장에 미치는 직접효과와 기술 및 기술능력을 통해 경제성장에 미치는 간접효과를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

본 연구는 정보 통신 투자가 경제 전반에 미치는 효과를 분석함으로써 초고속 정보 통신망 투자의 경제적 효율성을 검토하고자 했다. 정보 통신 산업에 대한 투자효과는 1980년 이후 계속된 투자인데 이 투자로 인해 1990년의 최종수요를 충족하기 위한 생산활동 과정에서 1990년 총소요 자원비용 금액 중 1조 5,567억원의 자원 절감 효과를 발생시킨 것으로 계산되었다.

본 연구에서는 3단계에 걸쳐 투자하고 있는 초고속 국가망사업에 대해서 과연 사회적으로 경제성을 갖고 있는지 여부를 분석해 보았다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 산업연관모형을 이용하여 초고속 국가망 사업에 투입한 투자액이 유발시킨 부가가치 창출효과와 고용창출효과를 계산하였다. 다음으로 초고속 국가망 사업으로부터 파생되는 초고속 국가망의 기본서비스 수요를 예측하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 셋째, 초고속 국가망으로부터 파생되는 기본서비스 수요 창출로 인하여 향후 2010년까지 얼마만큼의 새로운 부가가치가 창출되고, 새로운 고용이 얼마만큼 창출되는지 여부를 산업연관모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 마지막으로 초고속 국가망 사업에 투자한 총금액에 대비하여 이를 통하여 얻어지는 부가가치창출효과, 고용창출효과 및 수요창출효과 등을 감안하여 과연 초고속 국가망 사업이 얼마만큼 사회적으로 경제성을 지니고 있는지를 계산해 보고자 하였다. 초고속 국가망 사업을 통한 직접적인 유발효과와 부가적인 효과를 모두를 고려하였을 때 예상되는 순수익의 투자수익율은 5439.2%로서 투자액의 54배의 사회적 수익성을 창출한다고 본다. 다음으로 부가가치유발액, 매출이익에 새로운 고용유발로 인한 소득증가분을 감안하여 사회적 수익을 계산하고, 이에 근거하여 경제성 분석을 하면 21,493.3.%와 같이 215배의 사회적 수익성이 창출된다고 계산되어진다. 따라서 간단하게 이익률법에 근거한 초고속국가망 사업에 대한 사회적 편익과 비용에 근거한 경제성 분석을 하면 초고속 국가망 사업은 투자액의 무려 215배의 사회적 편익을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to find the economic effect of educational investment. In order to finding this. I have investigated to historical background of educational investment and as the method of analysis I examined the rate of return approach such as the residual approach. and the simple correlations approach. Historically, economics of education has concentrated on surrounding the relationship between education and economy, which the implicit assumption that investment in education contributed to increase the quality and productivity of the labor force and thus raise future individual and national income levels. First of all, at this paper I found to need boldness to increasing the amount of education budget annually and also positively studying about economics of education in Korea for high and good quality analysis of expansion economy and education.

소셜벤처는 하나의 조직 안에 경제적, 사회적 가치라는 두 가지 미션을 동시에 추구해야하며 이를 하이브리드 조직이라 한다. 소셜벤처의 사회적 가치는 기상정한 사회적 대상이 그 수혜자이고, 경제적 가치는 소셜벤처의 투자자가 수혜 대상이 된다. 두 가지 가치를 실현하기 위한 기업 활동의 중첩 정도는 소셜벤처 기업 조직마다 다르게 나타난다. 소셜벤처에서 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위한 활동에서 경제적 가치도 함께 창출된다면 비교적 적은 노력으로 두 가치를 달성할 수 있을 것이고, 두 가지 가치를 위한 활동을 각각 전개해야하는 비즈니스 모델이라면 사회적 가치를 위한 기업 활동 중의 일부 또는 전부가 기업의 경제적 가치를 창출해내지 못하는 활동이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 두 가치의 중첩에 따른 비즈니스모델의 세 가지 유형에 대한 선행 연구를 재고하고, 유형별 선호도를 독립변수로 지정, 각 유형별 투자 의도를 알아보고자한다. 특히 소셜벤처에 대한 긍정적 정서가 투자의도에 매개효과로써 영향이 있을 것이라는 가설 아래, 소셜벤처의 투자 생태계에서 긍정적 정서에 대한 중요성을 밝히고자 한다.

Currently Welfare is emphasized and the trend of SOC investment shows downwards slopping. The pattern of SOC investment also changes focusing on railroad as environmental issues are critical. This study analyzes and compares the effects of sectoral SOC investments based on Input-Output Tables published by BOK (Bank of Korea). The production inducement, value-added inducement, and employment inducement effects of each sector SOC, which consist of road, railroad, port, and airport, are investigated. First, in view production inducement, sectoral SOC investments have stronger economic effects than manufacture sector. The investment of port and road show the highest value-added inducement in construction process. The investment of road records the highest employment inducement in construction and operation process. The empirical ananlysis of regional economic effects, using Regional Input-Output Tables, supports these explanation showing almost same results. As synthesizing these results, the SOC stocks have to be invested consistently for long periods. Especially the road investment is inevitable for employment. Which sector of SOC is invested depends on circumstances. If government emphasizes production inducement, railroad is invested. If focuses on value-added inducement, port.

This paper aims at analyzing the economic effect of the public financial expenditure on the national industrial complexes. Since public finance support is indirectly supplied to the national industrial complexes, the economic effect of the public financial expenditure on the national industrial complexes may be analyzed indirectly and circuitously In this contort, this paper uses 3 stage analysis method. In the first stage, the economic effect that the public financial expenditure influence the allotment, production and employment of companies residing in the national industrial complexes is analyzed by multiple regression analysis. In the second stage, the economic effect that the investment on the national industrial complexes influence the national and regional economies is analyzed by multiple regression analysis. In the third stage, the economic effect of the public financial expenditure on the national industrial complexes is analyzed through the compromising the results of the first and second stage. The main results of this paper are as follows. Firstly, public financial expenditure on the infrastructure of national industrial complexes leaded to positive growth of the allotment of companies residing in the national industrial complexes. Additionally, growth of the allotment of companies leaded to the positive effect on the production and employment of companies. And secondly, growth of the allotment of companies leaded to the positive effect on the gross regional domestic production. Finally, financial expenditure on the infrastructure of national industrial complexes leaded to positive effect on the national and regional economic growth through the compromising the results of the first and second stage.

본 연구의 목적은 감귤 기능성물질의 산업화 타당성 분석을 하는 것이다. 구체적인 경제성 분석방법은 순현가와 투자수익률(내부수익률)을 이용한 기본적인 경제성분석과 손익분기점분석, 그리고 주요변수들의 변화에 따른 순현가의 변화를 파악하기위한 민감도분석이고, 정책적 분석은 감귤기능성 물질산업화가 감귤산업 전체에 미치는 파급효과를 계량적, 정성적으로 분석하였다. 감귤 기능성물질의 산업화 타당성 분석결과에 따르면, 미숙과 감귤 2만톤과, 감귤박 2만톤을 처리한다고 가정했을 경우 감귤산업에 미치는 경제적 효과는 연간 5백억원으로 나타났다. 이러한 막대한 경제적 효과는 본 사업에 투자되는 전체비용 약 1백억원, 10년 사업기간을 가정하면 연간 10억원의 설비투자비로 그의 50배의 경제적 파급효과를 나타날 수 있기 때문에 감귤기능성물질의 산업화효과는 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, as the result of analyzing the relationship and influence between economic outcome and R&D supporting investment, the number of supporting subjects among the technological innovational areas of SMEs, it is as below. First, as the economic result of analyzing companies from the investment in R&D of technological innovational areas of minor companies, the number of supporting subjects and amount of R&D have relationship with increase of sales and export amount, employee reduction & the effect of new job creation shows positive correlation with the effect of import replacement. Second, as analyzing the influence of the investment in R&D has economic effect from of technological innovational minor companies. This is thought that the financial and R&D support increase a significant effect on economical, technical against SMEs.

제품제조에 있어 측정의 중요성과 그 경제적 특성에 비추어 주요 산업의 측정관련 투자실태를 파악하고 투자에 따른 그 기여도를 면밀히 분석 한다는 것은 매우 큰 의미를 갖는다. 그 의미의 하나는 측정표준을 공급하고 있는 국가표준기관의 업무수행에 따른 파급효과를 측정하여 향후 국가표준체계의 확립에 필요한 공급기능의 수급자원의 결정에 주요 자료로 기대되고 있다. 그리고 제품의 품질향상을 위한 측정관리의 효율화운동이 점차 확산됨으로써 개별 기업의 생산성 증대와 불량률 감소로 인한 원가절감으로 국산제품의 가격경쟁력의 우위를 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 중요성에 부응하기 위해서는 국가표준의 준용에 따른 측정표준과 관련된 측정투자의 비용과 그 수익성에 관하여 정확한 경제성의 연구 분석이 필요하다. 국가표준의 확립이라는 국가적 과제를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 국가표준의 확립 에 따른 경제성을 분석하여야 한다. 측정투자에 대한 효과분석을 통하여 측정표준에 관한 중요성을 알게 될 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 측정표준을 공급받고 있는 산업체를 대상으로 그 효과를 분석하고 측정의 중요성을 파악하여 일반 산업체에 주지하며 개별 업체의 이익과 국가경제의 부를 창출함으로써 국가표준의 확립효과를 크게 기대하게 될 것이다.
