  • This study collected 245 questionnaires from college students in Gyeonggi-do and analyzed them using SPSS statistical packages, with the aim of identifying the status of hair loss perception due to the relationship between stress and hair loss received by college students and analyzing the correlation between stress and hair loss perception by type. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the biggest problem caused by hair loss was 'loss of confidence', and in particular, people who were stressed about career/employment and studies were analyzed to consider the problem of 'loss of confidence' the most serious. As a result of cross-analysis of the general characteristics of awareness and the 'most recent stress' item, and as a result of correlation analysis between stress by type and hair loss status that constitutes hair loss awareness, it was analyzed that all types of stress affect hair loss in college students. Among them, career/employment stress and academic stress were found to be the most influential stress, and in the event of hair loss, it was analyzed that they were more willing to engage in hair loss treatment for career/employment, study, and appearance before interpersonal relationships or economic problems. Therefore, this study is of great significance in that it classified stress by type and analyzed the correlation through empirical research methods by specifying the contents of hair loss recognition into three categories: hair loss status, hair loss management, and hair loss treatment.

  • The object of the study is to examine the change of social-economic structure and poverty-shape to escape poverty. In Korea, the working poor have been increased by flexibility and division of labor market since the economic crisis in 1997, and are faced with hard conditions due to the vulnerable welfare system. Especially the workers who engage in irregular jobs were increased by restructure of labor market. Besides they are in unstable employment terms such as low payment, low-skill and exclusion from welfare-benefit. Many small independent businessmen are also in danger of poverty for enterprises trend to move abroad by globalization. Poverty policy in our country was focused on the absolute poor class that has relation with old age, unemployment, disable, disease etc, so they were the object of welfare policy. The poverties, however, are increasing rapidly after the economic crisis, and they work so hard but are still poor, that is, participation in labor market doesn't become an element to escape poverty. Thus the emergence of new poverties whose core consists of the working poor becomes to need new poverty policy. The study is to survey change of their economic conditions, their welfare conditions, their experiences and responses of social dangers after the economic crisis, then to explore the policy to escape poverty. As the result of the study, it shows that the working poor experienced many kinds of social dangers like unemployment, decrease of income etc. In their welfare conditions as their responses to the social dangers, the benefit of social insurance, enterprise welfare like legal retirement pay and paid leave and private welfare such as private pension and insurance are low. The working poor are faced with social dangers, moreover, they don't have skill or education for adapting themselves to information society. The study says that it needs variable policies for the working poor to escape poverty, and suggests payment & tax policies as stable income policy, occupational discipline and skill-education for promoting the quality of employment, moreover, social insurance as expansion of social welfare policy and housing & education policies whose objects are the working poor.

  • Recently, for more demands of the economical benefits and environmental conservation, many engineers prefer to choose remodeling. Artificial openings are often unavoidable to make house wider, which will degrade wall strength and stiffness by losing effective wall section that may cause the weakening of system capacity. In these cases the damaged shear walls need to be retrofitted by additional materials or members. In this research, four specimens were tested to investigate the capacity of the damaged wall and the retrofitted wall. The artificially damaged wall was prestressed by tendons to improve the shear capacity of the wall, and the other walls were retrofitted by adding steel plate at the surface for the same purpose. Consequently, these retrofitted walls had improved capacity and stiffness in both shear and flexure. Especially, the wall with steel plate showed ductile behavior after ultimate load and the prestressed wall had greater stiffness than the unstrengthened prototype wall.

  • Excessive tooth wear can lead to decrease in occlusal vertical dimension and can cause pathological changes in the oral environment and masticatory system. When recovering occlusal vertical dimension and occlusion, accurate diagnosis and analysis are essential. This clinical case describes a 75-year-old woman with severely worn dentition due to loss of the posterior support. Full mouth rehabilitation with occlusal vertical dimension increment was planned. Clinical and radiographic examinations, occlusal vertical dimension evaluation, and diagnostic wax-up were performed and patient adaptability was evaluated using provisional restorations. As for definitive restoration, considering economic condition of the patient, removable partial denture was fabricated and solitary implants were placed in the mandibular left and right posterior region to increase support and retention of the removable partial denture. During one year of follow-up, functional and esthetic outcomes were observed satisfactory.

  • This study attempts to examine the process of place-making, to define the role and interrelationship of the subjects and to analyze the placeness of the 'Kim Gwang-seok Road', a representative example of artificial place-making. Through a 10-year urban regeneration project based on the concept of Kim Gwang-seok, the alleyway between Bangcheon Market and the retaining wall of Sincheon-daero has been embedded as a memorial space for Kim Gwang-seok and an cultural art space. However, the existing placeness has weakened as the result of the excessive tourism in the late 2010s, while the characteristics of cultural commercial space has strengthened. This change in place has prompted community disintegration, which has caused the loss of momentum for sustainable development. To overcome these problems, it will be necessary to establish endogenous governance to expand and reproduce existing community capabilities, embedded social capital and place assets in new directions.

  • This study aims to investigate the interrelationship between German expressionist dance and grotesque art, with a specific focus on the analysis of Pina Bausch's renowned work, <Café Müller>. German expressionist dance emerged as a response to the social instability and economic downturn that followed World War I, leading to the introduction of expressionism and grotesque aesthetics. The incorporation of grotesque expression in dance plays a critical role in boldly portraying the destruction of the human condition and its underlying causes, thereby offering insights into social contradictions and the erosion of human nature. This research thoroughly explores the intricate connection between German expressionist dance and grotesque expression, providing a comprehensive analysis of Pina Bausch's <Café Müller> to reassess the profound meaning and significance of expressionist dance. Additionally, this study delves into the inherent grotesque tendencies embedded within the work, surpassing conventional notions of visual beauty and ugliness, and strives to reinterpret the essence of grotesque expression through the nuanced movements of the dancers and the integration of auditory elements within the performance.

  • This Study is the effect of the inclusive institution on a nation's economic development. Therefore, we focused on the gaming industry as an index that can drive the economic growth in the future. The reason to compare the game institution in South Korea and Germany is that both countries began to develop the game by the State, but the game institution in South Korea and Germany at the present time are sharply opposed, because the institutions can focus on the main points that are experiencing this difference. The results of this study, first, open/closed network in institutionalized aspect affects the social status of the game. This second, game workers in the legal institution has been classified as artists in Germany, as addicts in South Korea. And, Germany also has incentives to creators protected profits reinvested in the gaming industry, Korea leads to punitive exploitation is being transferred to the group for addiction treatment that revenue. • In this study, the performance analysis was divided into the public sector and private business sector. The four perspectives of the BSC performance analysis for the private business sector can be applied to all of the enterprises as there are Logical Linkages between the four Perspectives. However, these can not be applied in the same way to the public sector. There is no Logical Linkage between public sector and private sectors. Therefore, since there is no Logical Linkage, the KIX project of the public sector has a constrained condition. With the internal and external perspective views, the BSC of the KIX identifies the quality(operation) factor, user(customer) satisfaction factor, and economic costs effects(finance) factor. Based on the linkage model in both the internal and external perspective views and the BSC performance analysis of these views, a performance analysis model was developed and then performance results were analyzed of the whole KIX project.
