An Analysis Model for Journal Evaluation in Special Libraries (전문도서관에서의 학술지 평가를 위한 경제성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to derive an economic analysis model for journal evaluation and conducts a case analysis based on the model. Total costs are calculated and include administrative fees (such as binding, ordering, claiming, etc.) and subscription costs. The model quantifies qualitative benefits to users, a utility that combines usage data that has also been evaluated in the existing economic analysis models. The model is designed by the usage statistics of the web-based electronic journals, which have become important resources for research. Rankings are assigned based on how items are utilized to the goal of the mother institution. In the case study based on the KDI School Library, the highest ranking off was assigned to journals that patrons used for citation in their outputs. For journals that were used background information, i.e., full text downloading or browsing , each was assigned ranking of 2 and 1, respectively. According to the analysis, the top 20 journals provided 75% of the entire library utility, showing different user behaviors among different cohorts. We expect that the model makes it possible for librarians to measure the value of journals. It can provide a basic tool for journal selection, particularly in special libraries with custom needs.

Effects of Antioxidant Activities of Small Colored Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) by using Ultra High Pressure Extraction Process (초고압 처리가 꼬마칼라감자의 항산화 증진에 미치는 영향)

  • We investigated a method to improve antioxidant activities of colored potato extracts by ultra high pressure extraction process. The colored potato was extracted by water at $60^{\circ}C$(WE) and 300 MPa for 15 min (High Pressure Extraction, $HPE_{15}$) and 30 min (High Pressure Extraction, $HPE_{30}$). The extractions yielded by different extraction processes were 1.73(WE), 2.10($HPE_{15}$), and 2.41($HPE_{30}$)%. Total phenolic acid contents of different extraction processes were estimated as 48.21(WE), 50.20($HPE_{15}$) and 51.34($HPE_{30}$) GAL mg/g, respectively. The flavonoids contents of different extraction processes were measured as 13.12(WE), 14.35($HPE_{15}$) and 15.17($HPE_{30}$) RE mg/g, respectively. Generally, for the contents of phenolic acid and flavonoids, the samples from HPE were higher than those from conventional extraction process. $HPE_{30}$ showed 76.21% of DPPH radical scavenging activity (EDA, %) in 1,000 ug/mL. The reducing power of $HPE_{30}$ also showed the high activity as 0.42. In generally, antioxidant activities of colored potato were increased by high pressure extraction process. We could tell that the HPE extracts of colored potato had a higher antioxidant activity than those from conventional water extraction. The results of HPE showed obvious advantages in higher efficiency, shorter extraction time.

Enhancement of Antioxidant Activities of Blueberry (Vaccinium ashei) by Using High-Pressure Extraction Process (초고압 처리가 블루베리의 항산화 증진에 미치는 영향)

  • We developed a method for improving the antioxidant activities of blueberry (Vaccinium ashei) extracts through an ultra high-pressure extraction process. Blueberries were subjected to water extraction at $60^{\circ}C$ and 300 MPa for 5 min (High Pressure Extraction, HPE5) and 15 min (HPE15). Extraction yields obtained by ultra high-pressure extraction process were 18.48, and 19.89%, respectively. Total polyphenol contents were estimated to be 28.3, and 28.9 mg/g, whereas flavonoid contents were measured as 5.9 and 6.0 mg/g, respectively. Generally, HPE resulted in higher yields than the conventional extraction process. Further, HPE15 showed 53.84% DPPH radical scavenging activity (EDA, %) at $1,000{\mu}g/mL$. Reducing power of HPE15 showed its highest activity of 0.21. In general, antioxidant activities of blueberry increased by HPE. Therefore, HPE of blueberry resulted in higher antioxidant activity than conventional water extraction. These results demonstrate obvious advantages in terms of higher efficiency, shorter extraction time, and lower energy costs.

The Productivity Analysis on Regional Logistics Warehouse (지역별 물류창고의 생산성 분석)

  • By strengthening the market control and expanding the networks, providers of global logistics are expanding their service scope. The warehouses connect networks to internal and external warehouses by using logistics providers. The paper focuses on analyzing the efficiency of warehouses on each district. Therefore, the study classifies the factors which specify the efficiency of a total logistics of warehouse industry and warehouses' employees and the number of warehouses on district. Furthermore, the most recently published reports by National Center for Statistics in 2012 was used in order to guarantee credibility of the study. This study utilizes five years of materials, which are from 2005 to 2009. By applying SBM (Slack Based Measure), DEA Window model, and the Malmquist productivity model, the trend in efficiency and stableness were analyzed. The principal purpose of the paper is evaluating the efficiency. Also, analyzing its determinants and illustrating a long-term relationship between the regional warehouses and annual turnover of the warehouses were used as output measures. In addition, the number of warehouses of each region, employees, warehouses equipments, and the Logistics Warehouses Providers were used as input measurements. As a result, Malmquist productivity model and annual stableness has shown a continuous increasing. Ultimately, to be approved as product of Korea, a new stratiges that meet the standards and Rules of Origins by FTA should be developed. Therefore, there must be a development that takes regional characteristics into consideration.

Study of Low-K Si-O-C-H Thin Films (Si-O-C-H 저유전율 박막의 특성 연구)

  • 반도체 소자가 소브마이크론 이하로 집적화 되어감에 따라, RC 신호 지연 및 간섭 현상, 전력 소비의 증가 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해서는, 현재 층간 절연막으로 상용화되어 있는 SiO2 박막을 대체할 저유전율 박막의 개발이 필수적이며, 많은 연구자들이 여러 가지 새로운 유기물질과 무기물질은 제안하고 있다. 반도체 공정상의 적합성을 고려할 때, 이들 여러물질 중에서 알킬기를 함유한 SiO2 박막(이하 'Si-O-C-H 박막'으로 표기)에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. Si-O-C-H 박막은 알킬기에 의해 형성된 나노 스케일의 기공에 의해 작은 유전율을 가지게 된다. 따라서, 박막내의 알킬기의 함유량이 많을수록 보다 작은 유전율을 얻을 수 있다. 그러나 과다한 알킬기의 함유는 Si-O-C-H 박막의 열적 특성을 열화시키는 부정적인 효과도 있다. 본 연구에서는 bis-trimethylsilylmethane(BTMSM, H9C3-Si-CH2-Si-C3H9) precursor를 이용하여 Si-O-C-H 박막을 증착하였다. BTMSM precursor의 중요한 특징중 하나는, 두 실리콘 원자 사이에 Si-CH2 결합이 존재한다는 사실이다. Si-CH2 결합은 양쪽의 Si에 의해 강하게 결합되어 있어서, BTMSM precursor를 사용하여 Si-O-C-H 박막은 유전상수도 작을 뿐 아니라, 열적으로도 안정된 특성이 얻어질 것으로 기대된다. Si-O-C-H 박막의 열적 안정성을 평가하기 위하여, 고온 열처리 전후의 FT-IR 스펙트럼 분석과 C-V(capacitance-voltage) 측정에 의한 유전상수 변화를 살펴보았다. 또한 증착된 박막의 미세구조 및 step coverage 특성 관찰을 위하여 SEM(scanning electron microscopy) 및 TEM(transmission electron micfroscopy) 분석을 하였다. 변화하였으며 이는 포토루미네슨스의 변화의 원인으로 판단된다. 연구하였다. CeO2 와 Si 사이의 계면을 TEM 측정에 의해 분석하였고, Ce와 O의 화학적 조성비를 RBS에 의해 측정하였다. Si(100) 기판위에 증착된 CeO2 는 $600^{\circ}C$ 낮은 증착률에서 seed layer를 하지 않은 조건에서 CeO2 (200) 방향으로 우선 성장하였으며, Si(111) 기판 위의 CeO2 박막은 40$0^{\circ}C$ 높은 증착률에서 seed layer를 2분이상 한 조건에서 CeO2 (111) 방향으로 우선 성장하였다. TEM 분석에서 CeO2 와 Si 기판사이에서 계면에서 얇은 SiO2층이 형성되었으며, TED 분석은 Si(100) 과 Si(111) 위에 증착한 CeO2 박막이 각각 우선 방향성을 가진 다결정임을 보여주었다. C-V 곡선에서 나타난 Hysteresis는 CeO2 박막과 Si 사이의 결함때문이라고 사료된다.phology 관찰결과 Ge 함량이 높은 박막의 입계가 다결정 Si의 입계에 비해 훨씬 큰 것으로 나타났으며 근 값도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 포유동물 세포에 유전자 발현벡터로써 사용할 수 있음으로 post-genomics시대에 다양한 종류의 단백질 기능연구에 맡은 도움이 되리라 기대한다.다양한 기능을 가진 신소재 제조에 있다. 또한 경제적인 측면에서도 고부가 가치의 제품 개발에 따른 새로운 수요 창출과 수익률 향상, 기존의 기능성 안료를 나노(nano)화하여 나노 입자를 제조, 기존의 기능성 안료에 대한 비용 절감 효과등을 유도 할 수 있다. 역시 기술적인 측면에서도 특수소재 개발에 있어 최적의 나노 입자 제어기술 개발 및 나노입자를 기능성 소재로 사용하여 새로운 제품의 제조와 고압 기상 분사기술의 최적화에 의한 기능성 나노 입자 제조 기술을 확립하고 2차 오염 발생원인 유기계 항균제를 무기계 항균제로 대

A Study on the Determinant Factors for Dining at Family Restaurant in Sunchon City (순천시의 훼밀리레스토랑을 이용하는 고객들의 외식결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify important selection attributes of customers for dining at family restaurants, and the determinant and predicting factors in customers' intentions of revisiting. A closed-ended questionnaire was used, and a systematic sampling approach was employed to survey a sample of customers in family restaurants. A total of 124 questionnaires were used for analysis among 300 distributed. Multivariate analysis(factor and regression analysis) was performed for 19 selection attributes measured on a five-point scale. A four-dimensional structure(harmonized decoration consistent service, valuable food, and attractive facility) was established from 19 selection attributes. The results of the study showed that three dimensions were significantly related with the customer's intention of revisiting. The dimension of consistent service had the greatest impact on customers' choice. It was clear that a family restaurant manager's emphasis on only one dimension to attract customers might not be as effective as applying a multi-dimensional strategy.

청년기 여성의 의류상표선택과 가정환경과의 관계 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청년기 여성의 국내 및 외국 의 류상표선태과 가정의 가치지향성 및 물리적 가정환 경과의 관계를 조사하며. 상표선택에 따른 상표결정 동기의 차이를 파악하고 의복구매 후 만족도에 영향을 주는 특성을 조사하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 질문지법을 사용하였으며, 조사대상은 서울시내 여고생과 여자대학생 408명이었다(여고생 224명, 여대생 184명). 가정환경변인 측정도구는 정원식의 '가정환경진단검사'중에서 가정의 가치지향 성을 사용하였으며. 사회상승주의, 물질주의, 전통주 의에 관한 내용을 포함하였다. 상표선택은 최근에 구 입한 캐주얼웨어의 상표에 대한 내용과 구입희망 상 표를 조사하였으며, 상표결정동기는 5점 척도의 10 문항을 사용하였다. 가정의 물리적 환경은 부모의 학력, 사회계층, 주거공간을 조사하였으며, 인구통계적인 변인으로 학년, 연령, 용돈을 조사하였다. 조사기 간은 2000년 4월이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여고생 및 여대생이 구입한 의류상표는 국 내상표가 24.0%. 외국 상표가 37.5%. 상표명을 기억 하지 않는 상표무관심 집단이 38.5%였다. 구입희망 상표는 외국상표가 48.8%. 국내상표가 26.0%. 무관 심집단이 25.2%로서 구입한 상표보다 구입희망상표 의 경우 외국상표가 더 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 둘째, 가정의 가치지향성은 국내 및 외국의류상표 구입집단에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 가정 의 가치지향성 중에서 사회상승주의는 구입희망 집 단에 따라 유의한 차이가 있어, 외국상표 구입희망 집단은 가정의 사회상승주의가 높았고, 상표무관심 집단은 사회상승주의가 낮았다. 따라서 사회적 지위 상승을 추구하는 가치관을 지닌 가정의 청소년들은 부모의 가치관에 영향을 받아 외국상표 의류를 희망 하여 의복을 통해 신분상승을 추구하려는 정도가 높은 것으로 해석된다. 셋째, 국내 및 외국 의류상표 구입집단운 부모의 학력, 가정의 사회계층 및 주거공간과 유의 한 관계가 있었다. 아버지와 어머니의 학력이 대졸 이상의 경우 는 외국상표를 더 많이 구입하였고, 부모띄 학력이 고졸인 청소년은 상표 무관심집단이 많았다. 또 상류 층은 외국상표 및 국내상표를 구매한 비율씨 비슷하 게 높았으나 하류층은 상표 무관심집단이 더 많은 편이었다. 구입회망상표와 사회계층 및 주거공간과 는 유의한 관계가 없었다. 따라서 청년기 여성은 가정의 사회계층과 관계없이 외국상표의 구입을 희망 하는 정도가 높다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 외국상표 구입 집단은 국내상표 구입 집단 보다 상표를 미리 결정하는 경우가 더 많았고. 백화 점에서 구입하는 정도가 더 높았다. 또한 여대생은 의류상표선택과 용돈이 유의한 관계가 없었으나 여고생은 유의한 관계가 있었다. 다섯째. 외국상표 구입집단은 국내상표 구입집단 보다 주위 사람의 상표와 상표의 명성이 더 높은 구입동기로 작용하였으나. 품질, 유행, 할인가, 디자인, 가격, 착용감은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 여섯째, 상표결정동기 중 할인가 구매는 가정의 사회상승주의 및 물질지향주의와 유의한 정적 관계 가 있었고, 적절한 가격도 물질지향주의와 정적 관계 를 나타냈다. 가정의 전통주의는 의복의 디자인과 부 정적인 관계, 상점의 위치와는 정적관계가 있었다. 따라서 전통주의적인 가치관을 지닌 가정의 자녀는 편리한 상점의 위치가 상표결정동기로 작용하는 데 영향을 주는 특성임을 알 수 있다. 일곱째, 의복만족에 동시에 영향을 주는 요인은 디자인, 면안성, 타인의 착용( - ). 상표의 명성, 외국 상표선택, 의복품질로 나타났으며. 6개 변인을 통한 설명력은 24.4%였다. 즉 상표를 결정할 때 디자인, 편안성, 상표의 명성, 의복품질을 고려하며. 주위사람들이 착용한 상표를 고려하지 않을수록 만족도가 높았으며, 외국상표를 선택한 집단일수록 만족도가 높았다. 종합적으로 볼 때 가정의 사회상승주의가 높은 청년기 여성은 외국상표 구입을 희망하는 비율이 높고 부모의 사회경제적 지위가 높을수록 외국상표 구입 빈도가 높았으며. 외국상표를 구입한 여성은 의복구 매 후 만족도가 높았다. 또한 청소년들이 외국 의류 상표를 구매하는 데에는 상표의 명성과 타인의 옷차 림이 영향을 주었으나, 타인의 착용에 영향을 받는 정도가 높을수록 의복 구매 후 만족도는 낮아진다고 할 수 있다.

  • Due to the recent mid- to long-term slump and falling growth rates in the global economy, interest in organizational structures that create new products or services as a new alternative to survive and develop in an opaque environment both internally and externally, and enhance organizational sustainability through changes in production methods and business innovation is increasing day by day. In this atmosphere, we agree that the growth of small and medium-sized venture companies has a significant impact on the national economy, and various efforts are being made to enhance the technological innovation capabilities of the members so that these small and medium-sized venture companies can enhance and sustain their performance. The purpose of this study is also to investigate how the technological innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized venture companies correlate with the performance of knowledge management and to analyze the role of network capabilities to organize the strategic activities of enterprise to obtain the resources and organizational capabilities to be used for value creation from external networks. In other words, research was conducted on the impact of technological innovation capabilities of small and medium venture companies on knowledge management performance by using network capabilities as parameters. Therefore, in this study, we would like to verify the hypothesis that innovation capabilities will have a positive impact on knowledge management performance by using network capabilities of small and medium venture companies. Economic activities based on technological innovation capabilities should respond quickly to new changes in an environment where uncertainty has increased, and lead to macro-economic growth and development as well as overcoming long-term economic downturns so that they can become the nation's new growth engine as well as sustainable growth and survival of the organization. In addition, this study was conducted by setting the most important knowledge management performance within the organization as a dependent variable. As a result, R&D and learning capabilities among technological innovation capabilities have no impact on financial performance. In contrast, it was shown that corporate innovation activities have a positive impact on both financial and non-financial performance. The fact that non-financial factors such as quality and productivity improvement are identified in the management of small and medium-sized venture companies utilizing their technological innovation capabilities is contrary to a number of studies by those corporate innovation activities affect financial performance during prior research. The reason for this result is that research companies have been out of start-up companies for more than seven years, but sales are less than 10 billion won, and unlike start-up companies, R&D and learning capabilities have more positive effects on intangible non-financial performance than financial performance. Corporate innovation activities have been shown to have a positive (+) impact on both financial and non-financial performance, while R&D and learning capabilities have a positive (+) impact on financial performance by parameters of network capability. Corporate innovation activities have been shown to have no impact on both financial and non-financial performance, and R&D and learning capabilities have no impact on non-financial performance. It could be seen that the parameter effects of network competency are limited to when R&D and learning competencies are derived from quantitative financial performance. An Evaluation of Whitening Effect and Microhardness on the Enamel Surface by White Toothpaste (미백치약으로 처리된 치아의 미백효과와 미세경도 변화)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of bleached tooth with white toothpaste on the whitening effect, microhardness test. Forty-four human interior teeth were randomly assigned to two groups as follows: Group 1 was used general toothpaste as control, Group 2 exposed to white toothpaste at 3 times a day for 3 minutes. The total application time was 4 weeks. After each application, all tooth were washed with distilled water and immersed in artificial saliva. The color change and microhardness were measured using CIELab Color system and microhardness tester. The data were analyzed by student t-test, using SPSS 20.0 statistical computer program (SPSS Inc., USA). The overall color changes (${\Delta}E$) by white toothpaste have a capability of the whitening efficacy by factor of 2.3 times larger compared with general toothpaste. Moreover, the application of white toothpaste did not cause any microhardness reduction on enamel surface.

  • Since the theories of service quality were introduced in Korea, they have been applied to the various organizations, such as hospital, hotel travel agency bank, telecom company, and even retail market. Compared with these areas, however studies on the service qualify in educational institutions have been scarcely conducted. Also, higher educational service challenges user-oriented education system of the 21st century concept of Service quality from the theories of market economy. The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions of educational and administrative service, and their influence upon the satisfaction and value on service quality, and formulate the service quality model based on the revised quality dimensions using SERVQUAL measuring method, to find out the most influential factors upon the service qualify among these factors. This study also suggests proper measures for improving service quality.
