현재 국내에서 치수경제성분석을 위한 홍수피해산정법으로는 하천설계기준에 제시되어 있는 다차원홍수 피해산정법(MD-FDA: Multi-Dimensional Flood Damage Analysis)이 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 2004년 처음으로 지침이 나온 이후 각종 자산조사 원단위에 대한 갱신이 이루어지지 않아 현재 실정에 맞는 자산조사가 불가능하며, 일부 산정방식에서는 문제점도 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주거자산, 농업자산, 산업자산으로 나누어진 자산 항목과 인명피해액 산정을 위한 인명손실에 대한 각각의 원단위를 갱신하여 현재 경제상황에 맞는 적용이 이루어질 수 있게 하였다. 또한 과거 문제점이 지적되던 산정방식에 대해서 일부는 기술 방식을 고쳐 이해를 돕고, 일부는 새로운 방법론을 제시하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 갱신된 원단위가 현재의 사회경제적 상황을 완벽히 반영한다고 판단되지는 않는다. 이는 통계자료의 양적 질적 부족으로 인해 기인된 것이다. 그러나 2004년 다차원홍수피해산정법이 처음 제시된 이후로 원단위의 갱신이 이루어지지 않았던 데 비해 통계자료의 형식적 내용적 변화상을 반영할 수 있게 하였다는 점에 있어서 연구의 의미가 있다. 본 연구의 결과 변경된 자산조사 방식과 각종 원단위는 치수계획 실무에서 홍수피해산정시 많은 참고가 될 것이다.

This study analyses the macroeconomic effects of the direct payment system (DPS) for environment-friendly agriculture in Korea. We utilized the applied general equilibrium model (AGE model) for the general agricultural sector as well as the environmentally-friendly agricultural sector. We considered several scenarios based on various direct payment amounts to measure and analyze economic impacts. Scenario 1 considers the current direct payment system. Scenario 2 examines an additional 5% increase from the direct payment amount in scenario 1. Scenario 3 reviews an increase of 10% in direct payment amount while Scenario 4 considers an additional increase of 15% compared with Scenario 1. Lastly, scenario 5 examines a 20% increase in direct payment amounts compared with scenario 1. In addition, the baseline considers conditions prior to the introduction of the direct payment system. The simulation analysis results show that capital formation, production volume, and labor productivity increased in the environment-friendly agricultural sector. In contrast, employment in the environment-friendly agricultural sector decreased. The price of environment-friendly agricultural products following the introduction of the DPS remain consistent with the price of environment-friendly agricultural product before introducing the DPS. This results from price elasticity of supply and demand are inelastic, and there is no change in the income of consumers during the analysis period. However, additional research is necessary for improvement of the model using complementary statistical data for the environmental-friendly agriculture sector.

국내외 해운 환경 변화를 반영한 새로운 발전 전략의 수립이 필요한 시점에서 본 연구는 고유가와 선복과잉 상황 하에서 경제속력으로 감속운항을 위한 선박추가 투입과 환적의 경제성 효과에 대해 실제비용을 바탕으로 사례분석하고 이를 근거로 해운기업이 소유한 가용선박의 활용방안을 제시한다.

우리나라의 중소기업은 우리 경제의 중추세력으로, 중소하도급업체의 경쟁력 향상은 국민소득 2만불 달성을 위한 관건이라고 볼 수 있다. 공정거래위원회는 그 동안 계약체결과정에 대한 실태조사 실시, 하도급 관련 전문가의 의견 수렴 및 관계부처와 대책을 협의하는 등 자동차, 조선, 전자, 건설 등 주요 업종의 중소하도급업체 현장을 방문하여 애로사항을 파악해 왔다. 공정위는 경제상황이 어려울수록 거래상지위가 취약한 중소하도급업체들은 더욱 어려움을 겪게 되는 점을 고려, $\lceil$투명하고 공정한 하드급거래기반 구축방안거래기반 구축방안$\rfloor$을 마련하여 추진할 계획이다.

오늘날 자원, 에너지의 절약이 요구되는 상황에서 기계, 구조물의 경량화는 대단히 중요하다. 경량화는 기계, 구조물이 가진 전체로서의 기능 및 이를 만들기 위한 경제성과도 관련이 깊기 때문에 경제성을 무시한 경량화는 있을 수 없다. 경량화에 의한 경제성의 장점은 이동기계, 구조물이 가장 크므로 항공기분야로부터 시작한 경량화는 자동차, 철도차량, 선박 관계에까지 확장되었다. 특히 자동차업계에서는 차의 구조합리화 및 경량재료의 사용등이 중요하다. 여기서는 자동차 경량화를 위한 재료의 현황과 이의 특징에 관한 자료를 정리하여 설명한다.

2001년 9월 11일 2대의 점보기에 의해 미국 경제 중심의 상징인 세계무역센터가 붕괴되었다. 소설 속에서나 나옴직한 방법을 사용하여 최강국의 심장 한복판에 뛰어 들어 전 세계를 흥분과 공포의 도가니로 빠져들게 하였다. 이 사건으로 말미암아 세계 경제는 극도로 악화되었으며 곧 뒤따른 전쟁으로 한치 앞을 내다보기가 힘든 상황이었다. 다행스럽게 지금은 전쟁이 마무리되어 가고 있으며 세계 경제도 세계무역센터 붕괴의 영향을 조금씩 벗어나며 회복의 기미를 보이고 있다.(중략)

The Variable Message Signs (VMS) are useful way to reduce the socio-economic costs due to the traffic congestions and delays by providing the information on traffic condition to drivers. This study provided a methodology to determine the locations of VMS's in terms of the minimization of the delay by applying the genetic algorithm. The optimal number of VMS's was also derived by the economic analysis based on the cost and the benefit. The simulation considered the variation of traffic volume, the frequency and duration of the incident, and the traffic conversion in order to reflect the real situation. I've made a scenario to consider traffic volume and incident, and it can undergo through changing different traffic volume and incident in time and days and seasons. And I've comprised two kinds of result, one is based on empirical studies, the other is based on Genetic Algorithm about optimal allocation VMS. This result of using optimal location VMS, reduce total travel time rather than preceding study based on normal location VMS and we can estimate optimal location VMS each one.

This study focuses on the possibility that skill-biased technological change is one of the factors for relatively poor employment conditions of the unskilled after the economic crisis. Increasing employment share of skilled workers accompanying with rising wage premium for education since implies that labor demand has shifted toward the skilled. The decomposition of changes in wage share of skilled workers into between-industry and within-industry changes suggests that the increase in the demand for skilled labor has been largely due to within-industry changes, which can be seen as reflecting the effect of the skill-biased technological change. Also the regression results indicate that the employment share of skilled workers has more rapidly increased in the industries with higher ICT (Information Communication Technology) investment intensity since the mid 1990s, hinting to the possibility that skill-biased technological changes may have come from ICT.
