This paper reviews the developments of econometric analysis and seeks a statistical applicability to current economic phenomena. During the last half century, economic analysis has progressed continuously, analyzing and predicting a broad variety of economic phenomena. In the center of this progress lies the remarkable contribution of econometrics and mathematical statistics. New economic research environment has been recently created via developments of IT and the spread of internet and SNSs. Economic phenomena has become increasingly complicated along with more volatile and sophisticated economic analysis. In that context, it can be suggested that there is a need to move beyond current economic paradigms and adapt new approaches such as complex theory and econophysics, all of which posits as a challenge for econometrics and statistics.

함정은 수많은 장비 및 무기체계로 구성된 복합무기체계로서 장비유지비용이 타 무기체계에 비해 크며, 운용 및 교체시 막대한 국방예산이 소요된다. 본 연구의 목적인 함정교체를 위한 도태시기, 즉 함정수명 결정시 고려요소로서는 첫째, 전략, 전술상의 요소 둘째, 장비의 성능 요소 셋째, 운영유지비의 비용 요소 넷째, 군수지원상의 문제 다섯째, 예산상의 문제 등이 고려된다. 그러나 본 연구는 함정이란 복합무기체계의 수명을 결정하는 요소 중 정책적인 고려사항 등은 제외하고, 경제성 측면을 고려한 함정의 수명을 추정, 제시한다. 연구 절차는 무기체계 획득단계에서 경제성 평가를 수행하기 위한 방법으로 앞으로 도입될 장비에 대한 수명주기비용을 추정하고, 그 결과를 활용하여 장비의 경제수명을 결정할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉, 현재 국방 분야에서 비용추정을 위해 널리 사용되고 있는 PRICE 전산모델을 이용하여 운영유지비용을 포함한 수명주기 전반에 대한 항목별 비용을 추정하는 방법을 제시하고, 이 자료를 바탕으로 경제수명 결정 모형 중 적합하다고 판단된 등가 연간 비용방법을 적용하여 등가 유지비용과 자본회수비가 최소가 되는 시점을 장비의 경제수명으로 결정한 것이다. 제시된 절차를 이지스 구축함(KDX-III)에 적용하여 경제수명을 결정한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법을 통해 보다 과학적이고 경제적으로 함정의 도태시기를 결정하는데 사용함으로써 국방예산 절감에 기여하게 될 것으로 판단된다.

주식시장에 체계적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 거시경제변수(巨視經濟變數)들과 국민경제의 중요한 한 부분인 주식시장(株式市場)의 관계를 구체적으로 규명하는 것은 투자자에게 유용한 정보를 제공하는 동시에 주식시장이 건전한 방향으로 발전할 수 있도록 유도하는 의미 있는 일이다. 본 연구의 목적은 주식수익률의 횡단면적 차이를 설명할 수 있는 경제적으로 유의적인, 즉 '가격화(價格化)'된 거시경제변수(巨視經濟變數)를 발견하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 주식평가모형과 기존의 연구결과를 토대로 주식수익률에 체계적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 31개의 거시경제변수를 선정한 후, 실증적 연구방법을 사용하여 우리나라 주식시장에서 '가격화(價格化)'된 거시경제변수가 무엇인지를 확인하였다. 먼저 주식수익률(株式收益率)에 체계적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 31개의 거시경제변수(巨視經濟變數)들을 요인분석하여 6개의 공통적 특성으로 압축 요약한 후, 각 차원(요인)을 가장 잘 대표하는 6개의 거시경제변수(대용변수)(巨視經濟變數(代用變數))를 추출하였다. 그리고 요인분석에 의해서 추출된 6개의 거시 경제변수와 주식수익률로 Fama & MacBeth(1973) 방법과 유사한 2단계회귀분석을 실시하여 주식수익률에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 '가격화'된 거시경제변수를 발견하였다. 그 결과, 6개의 거시경제변수 중 산업생산지수증가률(産業生産指數增加率), 회사채류통수익율(會社債流通收益率) 그리고 종합주가지수수익률(綜合株價指數收釜率)등 3개의 거시경제변수가 주식수익률의 횡단면적 차이를 설명할 수 있는 유의적인 또는 '가격화'된 경제변수임을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 선행연구인 정회성${\cdot}$전대욱 (2005)의 모형을 중심으로 선행연구에서 미처 다루지 못한 체계 변화 및 모형 확장 등에 대해 다루고 있다. 선행연구에서는 우리나라의 참게 복원사업에 대한 개체수 동태모형(population dynamics)과 자원 경제학적 이론모형을 근거로 생태${\cdot}$경제 통합시스템에 대한 동태모형을 도출하고 이를 통해 실증분석을 수행하였는데, 본 논문에서는 이 통합 모형에 있어서 밀도 제약(density restriction)과 공식 행위(cannibalistic behavior), 주민참여에 의한 환경개선 등 일련의 가정들에 대한 확장을 통해 보다 일반화된 통합체계 및 시스템 다이내믹스 분석을 제시한다. 이와 같은 모형 확장 및 파라메터의 내생화 등은 관련 피드백 루프들의 변형과 추가 등을 의미하며, 이와 같은 변화를 포함한 확장 모델을 제시하고 분석함으로써 참게 복원사업에 대한 보다 폭넓은 논의를 제시하고자 한다.

The goal of current study is to carry out comparative analysis on the relationship between nature perspectives and their corresponding utilities by taking integrated approach combining economic values with environmental ones. The results are as follows. First, empirical evidence shows that the structures of happiness function differ according to nature perspectives. The anthropocentric-nature perspective is centered on economic value. Whilst, environment and social trust play an statistically insignificant role in deciding happiness levels. Secondly, the eco-centric perspective possesses a multi-facted structure of happiness function composing of income, environment, and social trust. In this vein, it is no reasonable behavior, from happiness maximization view, to focus on economic value vis-a-vis use value.

Since the weapon system project has a large ripple effect on the country by investing a huge budget, analysis of acquisition methods that secured economic feasibility is required in the planning stage to promote the weapon acquisition project. In response to this demand, economic analysis for acquisition method is preformed in the research stage of previous studies, but the analysis on economic analysis for acquisition alternative is imperfect at the present. In this research, we identify the limitations of the effect analysis and propose an additional cost-benefit analysis method to analyze the economic feasibility of the acquisition alternative. It is possible to present the universal results of economic feasibility analysis for not only multiple alternatives but also single alternatives by presenting benefit/cost ratio. It is applied to research on acquisition project of OO guided rocket, and the result of economic analysis for each alternative is presented.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 경제적 자립과 안정적인 정착을 지원하는 하나의 방안으로서 창업을 촉진하기 위한 지원 정책과 제도 개선 방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행하였다. 정부는 현재 생활밀착형 북한이탈주민 정책 추진 기조하에 북한이탈주민의 삶의 질을 높여주는 방향으로 맞춤형 정책을 추진하고 있다. 다만, 창업지원 프로그램은 여전히 소규모로서 지원 분야를 다양화하고 예산을 증액 하는 한편, 지원 체계도 중앙-지방-민간 간 유기적으로 협업이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 창업의지 결정요인에 대한 실증적 연구를 목적으로 하며, 북한이탈주민들에게 잔존하는 사회주의 가치체계와 이들의 사회적응성 요인을 기존 연구에서 확인되었던 개인의 성격적 특성, 경제적 지지, 자아성취욕구 요인들과 함께 분석모형에 포함하여 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 하나원에서 교육 중인 18세 이상 북한이탈주민 223명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 선형회귀분석과 이분형 로지스틱 모형분석을 이용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 2개의 분석 모형에서 일관된 결과가 도출됨에 따라 분석결과의 강건성을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 사회주의 가치체계가 약할수록 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설은 지지되었다.

본 연구는 체계론에 근거하여 농촌가정의 의사소통효율성, 재무관리행동, 가정생활 만족간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 체계론에 의해 제시된 개념적 틀을 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 의사소통효율성에 직접효과를 미친 변수는 경제문제 경험도와 경제적 상승감이었다. 재정관리행동에는 경제문제 경험도, 경제적 기대감, 의사소통효율성이 직접효과를 미쳤고, 경제문제경험도는 의사소통효율성을 통한 간접효과도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 경제문제경험도, 경제적 상승감, 경제적 기대감, 의사소통효율성, 재무관리행동의 변수가 산출요소인 가정생활만족에 직접적인 효과를 보였고, 이중 재무관리행동을 제외한 4개 변수 모두 재무관리행동을 통한 간접효과도 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, it is expected to significantly increase the defense budget by acquiring large-scale weapons systems to enhance defensive capabilities. In order to secure funds needed to acquire such weapons systems, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the defense budget. In addition, interest in economic factors affecting the domestic economy such as export opportunities and employment creation are increasing, as well as budget reduction of the defense acquisition business. In order to respond to these demands, this study conducted cost- benefit analysis and examined economic ripple effects in the implementation of defense procurement projects. However, research on economic analysis methodology considering characteristics of defense acquisition projects is still in its early stage. This study proposes a methodology to analyze the economic feasibility of defense acquisition projects and conducted a case study on the economic feasibility of the ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ guided missile project which is being prepared against local provocation. The proposed economic analysis method provides the cost-effectiveness analysis that has been performed in many weapon system acquisition projects in connection with the more general cost-benefit analysis method. This study contributes to the establishment of an improved theoretical methodology for weapon system acquisition projects.

지휘 통제 자동화 체계는 군의 현대화를 위해서는 반드시 필요한 체계이며, 다양한 기능들이 복합된 매우 복잡한 체계이다 체계의 완전한 성능을 발휘하기 위해서는 다른 많은 체계들과 복합 연동 운용되어야 하는 특성이 있다. 이 모든 체계들은 기술 집약적 고가의 체계들이기 때문에 이 체계들을 동시에 개발, 구축하기는 곤란하므로 체계의 효용성, 경제성등을 분석하여 국가적 차원에서의 철저한 우선순위를 결정하여 구축해나가야 할 것이다
