A Study on the Economic Validity of TSR Connecting TKR (TKR과 연계한 TSR의 경제적 타당성에 관한 연구)

  • The major trade area of the South Korea is divided into Asia, America and Europe. Generally, marine transportation is the main method of mass cargo transportation, but unlike others, rail transportation is available in the Europe area. Also, as a result of China's growth, South Korea's position as northeast Asia logistics hub has weakened. That is the reason why we need to pay attention to rail transportation, an alternative competitive structure. In accordance with this background, this study focuses on analyzing economic feasibility comparing transportation routes to Europe using Trans-Korea Railway and Trans-Siberia Railway. Factors of analysis are transportation distance, period, cost and additional cost As the result, considering economic feasibility, TKR-TSR route(Route1) is the best transportation approach for six routes. Therefore, using TKR-TSR railway will be the best way to increase nation's competitiveness, in response to Russia government's far-east development strategy.

Relationship between Types of Mentoring, Career Development and Career Satisfaction among Security Agents (시큐리티요원의 멘토링유형과 경력개발 및 경력만족의 관계)

  • This study is to examine the effect of types of mentoring among security agents on career development and career satisfaction. Private guards engaging in 5 different security companies in Seoul 2010" were set as a collected group and using judgment sampling method, 227 of them were finally analyzed. Cronbach's $\alpha$ value was .606, implying that reliability of questionnaire was high. The conclusion drawn from this study is as follows: First, types of mentoing among private guards effect their career development. In other words, when facilitated mentoring is encouraged, it leads to innovative self-development, professional development, and information competitiveness; when informal mentoring is encouraged, it causes information competitiveness to be improved. Second, mentoring types have an effect on career satisfaction: Facilitated mentoring enables to increase career satisfaction. Third, security agents' career development affects their career satisfaction. That is, innovative development and professional development result in increase of career satisfaction.

  • The paradigm of economy has been transformed into knowledge based economic paradigm in 21th century. Analysis of patent trend is one of the strategic methods for increasing their patent competitive power. However, this method is just presenting statistical data about patent trend or qualitative analysis about some core technology. In this paper, we forecast technology diffusion using patent information for more progressive analysis. We make an experiment with bass model and logistic model and make use of patent data about information-security technology for NCW as input data. We conclude that the logistic model is more efficient for forecasting and this technology is approaching to the age of technology maturity.

  • Recently the core technology leakage continues to increase. It is critical issue relating to national competitiveness rely on the company's competitiveness as well as both survival and competitiveness of company. So other countries have impyz roved their laws consistently to solve these problems. And recently our country amended the law. In the paper, we will analyze world's various laws and institutions relating industrial core technologies. And this paper will provide the suggestion to settle and to develop our country's industrial core technology's protection by refer to other laws.

지식재산(IP)스타기업 육성 정책과 지식재산활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 2009년~2011년 스타기업을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 특허청의 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책을 통하여 발굴 선정된 지역의 지식재산스타기업을 대상으로 지식재산활동이 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2009~2011년 지식재산스타 기업으로 선정된 16개 지역의 383개 기업에 대하여 정책을 지원한 전년도와 당해 년도의 지식재산활동 및 경영성과를 분석하여 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책의 필요성을 기업에 확산시키고, 더불어 지식재산 지원정책의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특허청은 2006년부터 지역 중소기업의 견실한 성장을 위하여 지식재산권 중심의 기술경쟁력을 강화하여 독점적 지위 확보와 새로운 시장 개척(First-mover)의 기반을 확충할 수 있는 방안으로 성장 잠재력과 기술력을 가진 지역의 유망 중소기업을 발굴하여 3년간 지식재산컨설팅 및 특허 디자인 브랜드 등에 대한 맞춤형 종합지원을 제공하여 지역의 대표기업으로 성장시키는 "지식재산스타기업 육성 정책"을 시행하고 있다. 이와 같은 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책 지원을 통한 기업의 지식재산활동 중 지식재산 출원건수와 지식재산 전담인력수가 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설을 실증분석한 결과, 기업의 지식재산 전담인력이 많은 기업들이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향(매출액 증가)을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과에서는 중소기업에서는 체계적인 지식재산경영을 위한 전담인력 확충 등 노력이 요구되며, 정부 및 관련기관에서는 지역의 대표적인 강소기업 육성을 위하여 기업의 지식재산 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 "중소기업의 지식재산 전담인력 양성 프로그램"을 확대하고 지식재산 전담인력 확충에 필요한 지원 정책의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구 이후에는 지식재산스타기업의 연구개발(R&D) 투자와 수출역량 등 연구표본의 다양화를 통하여 중소기업의 지식재산경영 실태를 분석함으로써 지식재산 기반의 '글로벌 강소기업 육성 정책'을 수립하는데 실질적인 방안을 제시할 수 있는 연구과제가 실행될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study aims to suggest the direction in which furniture design can contribute, keeping with the trend of small quantity batch production by analyzing cases of furniture design manufacturing. This study analyzed cases of furnitures and lights made by 3D printing with 3 classifications. They are 1st, classification by correlation between 3D printing method and materials, 2nd, classification by 8 formative characteristics of 3D printing furniture design, 3rd, comparison analysis of competitiveness between existing furniture design and 3D printing furniture design by practicality, usability and durability. The competitiveness 3D printing technique arouses in furniture design industry, which is investigated in this thesis, is as follows. 1st, small quantity batch production, which caters to personal taste, is made possible. 2nd, transmission and transportation via digital are became more convenient. 3rd, it brings about a breakthrough in furniture design manufacturing. 4th, there is room for development into the 'smart furniture design' industry through collaborative use of 3D printing and internet of things. 5th, an Eco-friendly method of furniture design is consistently facilitated.

An Analysis on the efficiency of Small Manufacturing Industry - before and after IMF - (IMF전후의 중소제조업의 경영효율성 분석)

  • In the recent efficiency study became accomplished generally a listed company, the efficiency study of small manufacturing industry is deficient. The purpose of this study analysis efficiency of small manufacturing industry by using the DEA model. DEA model is non-financial approach method to measure relative efficiency by input factors and output. The panel data from 1996 to 1999 are used for the analysis. The relative mean-efficiency can be summarized as follows. The wholesale trade and commission trade manufacturing industry 68.99%, communication equipment manufacturing industry 60.58%, food products and beverages manufacturing industry 91.05%, motor vehicles, trailers and semitrailers manufacturing industry 85.80%, basic metals manufacturing industry 88.96%, pulp, paper and paper products manufacturing industry 96.53%, chemical and chemical products manufacturing industry appeared with 78.67%. The results is expected to provide the empirical evidence useful to enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in korea.

An Effect Relationship Analysis Among Brand Benefits, Brand Charisma and Repurchasing Intents in Co-brand (농산물 공동브랜드의 브랜드 편익, 브랜드 카리스마와 재구매의도 간의 영향 관계분석)

  • This study is to examinate an empirical study how effect of co-brand benefit(symbolic, functional, experiential) and brand charisma upon repurchasing intents in co-brand of agriculture goods, that is first power brand in chungnam provinces if korea. specifically this study conceptualizes that brand charisma to co-brand influence repurchasing intents. which leads to customer relationship management. In these brand charisma would have the moderating role between co-brand benefit and repurchasing intents. In the empirical analysis, we found that symbolic & functional benefits of co-brand and brand charisma would have a positive affect repurchasing intents. I verified the assumption that brand charisma of agriculture would moderating role between brand benefits and brand rebuying intents in the agriculture co-brand, and the result partially supported that assumption of it. Several strategies and suggestions for increasing persuasion of agro brand charisma are inferred from the results.
