산업자원부 기술표준원에서는 국내기업의 기술경쟁력 강화와 기술개발 의욕 고취를 위하여 국내에서 최초로 개발된 기술과 우수한 제품에 대하여 인증마크를 부여하고 각종 홍보, 판로, 자금 등을 지원하고 있다. 평가에 소요되는 비용(시험$\cdot$분석 수수료 포함)은 정부에서 전액 부담하며, 기술표준원 이외 기관에서 시험$\cdot$분석 의뢰 시는 신청자가 해당금액을 부담한다. 이러한 신기술(NT)$\cdot$우수품질(EM)$\cdot$ 환경설비품질(EEC) 인증제도에 대하여 간략하게 소개를 하고자 하며, 환경관련 기업체에서도 인증제도 활용에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

21세기 인류는 디지털 기술 혁신과 정보 통신 혁명으로 물리적 공간과 가상공간이 통합되는 새로운 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 미국, 일본, 유럽 등 많은 선진 국들은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명을 자국의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심 패러다임으로 인식하고 유비쿼터스 관련 연구에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 엄선된 u-러닝 분석 사례의 고찰을 통해 'u-러닝 연구 방향 설정 시 고려할 사항','u-러닝 학습 모델 개발 시 고려할 사항' 및 'u-러닝 환경 조성 시 고려할 사항'등을 도출해 U-러닝 활성화 방안을 모색하였다.

반도체는 전자시스템의 제어 운용, 정보저장의 기능을 수행하는 핵심부품으로서 휴대폰, 자동차 등 주력산업의 경쟁력을 좌우할 정도로 파급효과가 크다. 중국은 전세계 전자장비 생산이 중국으로 이전되고 있고 중국 내수시장의 급속한 성장에 따라 반도체 산업이 고도성장을 기록하고 있다. 이미 세계 반도체 시장에서 최대의 소비국으로 자리잡고 있고, 파운드리 분야와 팹리스 분야에서 강점을 보이고 있다. 본 고에서는 중국의 반도체 산업을 중국 정부의 반도체 정책, 산업동향 및 특성, 반도체기업 현황을 중심으로 분석하고 우리에게 주는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

아시아$\cdot$태평양 지역에서의 전기통신 분야에 대한 표준화의 인식 제고와 표준화를 통한 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해, 최근 동 지역에서는 지역 표준화기구 설립 문제등을 포함한 표준화활동 강화가 주요 이슈로 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 제21차 APT Management Committee(관리이사회) 회의결과를 바탕으로 그 동안 논의되어 왔던 지역 표준화기구 설립에 대한 주요 사항을 분석하였으며, 아울러 국내의 향후 대응방향도 간략히 살펴보았다.

소프트웨어의 경제성, 시장 경쟁력 확보를 위한 소프트웨어의 재사용은 소프트웨어 공학의 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 그중 컴포넌트와 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발은 재사용성을 확보할 수 있는 가장 주목 받는 방안으로 제시되고 있으며 많은 기법이나 지침들이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발에서 UML에 기반하여 컴포넌트의 인터페이스를 추출하는 기법을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 단계에서 컴포넌트의 식별이 이루어졌다고 가정하고 분석 단계에서 나온 산출물 중, Use Case 모델과 클래스 다이어그램을 이용하여 컴포넌트의 메소드들을 식별하고, 인터페이스로 정의한다. 그리고 사용자요구사항에 근거하여 Hot Spot을 식별한 후, 컴포넌트의 커스터마이즈를 위한 메소드와 인터페이스를 정의한다.

세계 물류시장은 지속적으로 성장하고 있으며, 글로벌 해운·물류기업은 M&A를 통해 시장지배력 및 글로벌 네트워크를 확장하고 있다. 한편 우리나라는 물류산업에서의 글로벌 선도기업 부재, 물류 네트워크 열악 등으로 인해 고품질 SCM 서비스 지원이 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서 해운·물류기업의 해외진출 확대 및 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위해 M&A 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 M&A 성공 및 확대를 위한 M&A 효과분석 연구를 실시하고자 한다.

Construction companies have been interested in the construction duration which importantly affects the performance and the success of the construction projects in accordance with the systemic changes such as five days per week system, introduction of construction duration reduction bidding system and post sale system nowadays. It is also very important to estimate and forecast properly the construction duration as the construction companies compete for the projects in the situation of construction market reduction and the lowest bidding system. Recognizing the importance about the construction duration, the researches about comparing and analyzing or estiamting the construction duration have been performed. However, comparing studies about the construction duraion have been limited to the apartment and office building in domestic area. Many studies about forecasting construction duration have been performed through stochastic analysis and simulations. Little research has been addressed the comparison analysis of the real construction duration about the mix-use building and officetel building which occured according to the changes of the building requirements. Therefore, the objective of this study is to compare and analyze the real construction duration and the hypothetical construction duration about the mix-use building and officetel building of the domestic companies. Moreover, we select the most competitve construction company to get the strengths and analyze the competitive advatages of the construction companies about construction duration.

With the development of IT technology and the establishment of logistics infrastructure, online shopping market and online fresh food market are growing. The purpose of this study is to find a plan to activate Fresh Logistics through online shopping mall using BCG matrix and Importance Performance Analysis for online shopping companies. Firstly, the BCG matrix results Companies in 'cash cow', 'question mark', and 'dog' areas are in need of improvement. In order to improve this situation, it is necessary to activate the Fresh logistics market which is currently growing. Fresh logistics can be activated by investing in the maintenance and strengthening areas and key investment areas by minimizing the expenditure on the non-priority and excess areas according to the results of IPA. Therefore, it is expected that online shopping companies will be improved by activating online shopping market and online fresh logistics market.

In general, security employees are more vulnerable to the risk of various incidents and accidents due to the specificity of their work, and they are less exposed to job satisfaction due to irregular working hours such as night shifts and physical labor. There is a concern that conflicts over turnover will be intensified. Therefore, companies should pay attention to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention through effective human resource management of security employees who have influence on company's profit creation, so that companies should strive for competitiveness and development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of casino security employee's job satisfaction on organizational commitment and turnover intentions in a questionnaire survey of security employees at Grand Korea Leisure Corporation. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0. As a result of this study, it can be concluded that the higher the job satisfaction of the public enterprise security workers, the higher the organizational commitment and the lower the turnover intention. Therefore, if the company has competitiveness through effective human resource management that affects the wage satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, boss satisfaction and turnover intention affecting the organizational commitment, This study can be applied in the sense that it is possible to give.
