Recently, as necessity for urban recycling has increased, the research on integrated multi-purpose space has been required. Development of the system for integrated multi-purpose space is needed to form the efficient and higher value-added space. In this research, the notion of integrated multi-purpose space is defined and two proposed structural system, which are space truss and mega structure system, are compared. Mega structure system has been found as more proper system and proposed for analysis. As verified by the number of mega beam and shape of mega column, the analysis has been carried out. The results show that mega structure system offers proper performance for integrated multi-purpose space.

In recent, Information Technology(IT) is the biggest issue on the world at large including construction industry as core strategic means for reinforcing competitive power of company and nation and raising its effectiveness. However, CEO of each finn is deferring IT investment decision because there's no case to measure real value of IT and confidence to economic effect of information system. IT Evaluation will be so helpful that most construction finns make a plan of IT investment. and it is necessary to achieve their management goal and have the maximum of firm's value with the usage of IT system. Therefore, The purpose of this research is to promote the increase of IT investment and the improvement of the standard in IT with the development of IT evaluation system to be monitoring IT level continually.

The feature of the hotel business as a labor intensive industry and its heavy dependence on man power is relatively bigger than other industries. the important factors influencing the customer`s decision making are tangible facilities and intangible service qualities. however, the changes in economic situation are also seriously influencing them. So hotels are started to find other IT(information technology) systems. BSC which has been recognized as one of barometers to establish management performance is one of them. The purpose of this study was to develop KPI(key performance indicator) by using the BSC(Balanced Scorecard) for evaluating hotel management performance. This thesis presents customer performance, inner process performance, learning and growing performance as non-financial factors and tries to examine the cause and effect in the hotel industry. Hotels have to know nonfinancial performance which has positively relate to financial performance. To introduce BSC system is not to lead increasing income and bettermenting service quality, satisfacting customer needa for hotels, But to lead developing value enhancement to hotel enterprises and present process.

실감 미디어(Realistic Media)란 사용자 만족을 위해 몰입감과 현장감을 극대화 할 수 있도록 현장의 모든 감각의 정보를 전달하는 매체를 의미하며 실감미디어 기술은 고품질의 시각, 청각 정보는 물론 촉감 등 다감각 정보의 생성, 처리, 저장, 변환, 전송, 재편등에 관한 기술로 정의할 수 있다. 무선 네트워크 기술의 발전과 스마트폰 시장의 급격한 성장에 따라 다양한 실감미디어 서비스들이 출현하고 서비스되고 있어 실감미디어 산업은 국내 뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 급격하게 성장하고 있다. 우리 정부에서는 미국, 일본, 유럽 등의 기술을 따라잡고 독자적인 기술력을 마련하기 위하여 '기가코리아(2012)' 사업을 필두로 다양한 정책 사업을 진행 중에 있는대 현 시점에서는 해외 기술에 비하여 2-3년의 격차가 존재하고 있으나 무선 인프라, 스마트폰 기반의 콘텐츠 시장 형성 등 기반 인프라가 우수하고 방송, 교육, 광고, 공공 서비스 등 타 산업분야와 융복합 등 기반 기술 확보부분에서 기술 선점 가능성이 남아있으며 다양한 분야로 사업 확대가 용이하여 시장성이 높아 차세대 전략 산업으로 주목받고 있다. 최근 미디어 서비스에 대한 사용자의 요구사항 변화는 단순 시청의 단계를 넘어 미디어 미디어 서비스의 부가 정보를 얻고자 하며 직접 미디어 서비스에 참여하기를 원한다. 특히 실감미디어 분야에서 2D 미디어에서도 3D 입체 미디어화가 급속도로 진행되고 있으며 3D 입체 미디어를 기반으로 실감체험을 가능하게 하는 4D미디어를 선호한다. 대표적인 사례가 아바타 4D 영화의 흥행이라고 볼 수 있다. 앞으로도 4D 미디어를 소화해낸 사용자는 오감과 감성에 기반한 미디어 서비스를 지속적으로 요구할 것이며 이러한 요구에 맞추어 실감미디어 산업의 빠른 변화가 진행되고 있다. 이미 영화 산업은 3D 산업으로 진입해 있으며 4D 산업으로 급속히 변모중에 있고 스마트 시장의 등장에따라 스마트 기기 및 인프라를 기반으로 실감미디어를 제공하는 서비스 시장 역시 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 실감미디어 산업의 시장규모와 앞으로 어떻게 발전할 것인지를 알아보며, 어떠한 형태의 실감미디어 콘텐츠 서비스가 존재하고 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 또한 국내외에서 적용되는 실제 사례를 분석하고, 마지막으로 실감미디어 콘텐츠 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 건설산업은 공공 및 민간부문의 발주물량 감소가 가시화되고 있으며, 최저가입제에 의한 사업수익율 하락 추세는 향후 건설업 붕괴위기, 건설산업 사양산업화라는 비관적 견해가 떠돌 만큼 건설업 전반이 심각한 위기를 맞고 있다. 정부는 재정 부족으로 인하여 SOC사업의 축소조정이 불가피하지만 국가경제의 악영향 해소와 신속한 경쟁력 회복을 위해 SOC사업에 대한 투자확대와 푹소범위 최소화의 필요성을 인식하고 있으며, 이에 재정부족과 SOC 확충이라는 두가지 문제를 해격하기 위해 민간투자사업이 활성화되고 있는 실정이다. 현재, 정부에 의해 주도되고 있는 민간투자사업의 제도 및 법률의 개정방향은 피간 건설업체가 주도하던 민자사업에 대하여 연기금 및 금융권으로의 전환을 예고하고 있으나, 현실적으로 금융권이 자체적으로 SOC 사업에 대한 투자를 위한 사업 타당성 분석이 어려운 실정이므로 이에 대한 대안으로 SOC 민간투자사업에 대한 노하우를 축적한 건설업체의 SOC 민간투자사업 분야에 아웃소싱 개닐념 도입, 특화하여 효율성을 극대화 시킴으로써 사업의 안정성 확보와 동시에 투자 수익 실현을 통하여 SOC 민간투자 활성화에 견인차 역학을 할 수 있는 전문운영회사의 도입에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

In the context of the emerging knowledged-based economy or knowledge society, innovations and capacity of the national information system to collect, disseminate, and preserve the most important STM journals are becoming increasingly fundamental determinants of national prosperity and survival. It is essential that the scholarly or scientific communication system must provide the cost-effectiveness access to scholarly journals in support of research and development in Korea.

In this paper, the implementation of audio/data processor using ETRI DSP to support analog mode in digital/analog dual mode mobile phone is presented. Audio/data processor performs the wideband data processing, audio signal processing, demodulation function, and data rate conversion when it is operated in analog mode. These functions are programmed in assembly language, and then loaded to ETRI DSP together with vocoder program for the digital mode operation. This is a very efficient implementation of the dual mode cellular phone ASIC since the vocoder for the digital mode and audio/data processor for the analog mode are programmed together in the same hardware.

Korean government has introduced the modal shift grant scheme in July 2010 to help the competitiveness of carriage of rail freight and awarded a grant to private companies shifting mode of transportation from road to rail in the carriage of freight: the additional costs incurred in the modal shift are supported by the government. However, there arise needs for the amendment of the modal shift grant scheme. This study reviewed the modal shift grant schemes of foreign countries, such as EU, UK and Japan, and drew implications. Furthermore, this study suggested the future directions of the modal shift grant scheme from the respects of the maximization of the effects of the grant scheme, continual rail use of existing rail freight, and justification of the grant scheme. Finally, policy measures amending the existing modal shift grant scheme were suggested.

In this paper, we develop the next generation mobile system based on SBC(Server Based Computing). SBC is one of the popular topic and only one server system is used as multiple personal systems with a terminal, a monitor and a keyboard. The advantages of this system are easy-upgrade, low costs and convenience for each user. But it is difficult to design and manufacture the multimedia streaming system and devices control system for external devices. In this paper, we represent and develops the Mobile system based on SBC and the test performances shows that our system has good performances of multimedia system and security for internet.
