  • One type of innovative multimedia platform environments is mobile data services (MDS), exemplified by Nate, Show, and OZ. In the context of MDS, enhancing user's continuance intention is a significant challenge to the continuing growth and long-term viability of MDS. Because the cost of using MDS is borne mainly by users, they are likely to evaluate it based on perceptions of what is received and what is given. This study identifies perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment as the 'get'components, and perceived fee and perceived anxiety as the 'give' components. To understand the role of get and give components in the MDS post-adoption environment, this study incorporates these components into expectation confirmation model. We collected data from 204 users who had direct experiences with MDS within recent 3 months. The data was analyzed by employing PLS (partial least squares). Theoretical and practical implications of our findings are discussed.

A Study on Comparison between Korean.Chinese Consumers In the Relationship between Domestic Open Market Brand personality, Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty (국내 오픈마켓 브랜드개성과 고객만족, 애호도와의 관계에서 한.중 소비자간 비교에 관한 연구)

  • At this point in time when the percentage of foreign consumers as well as domestic consumers are being increased in domestic open market users due to the recent interest and promotion on the open market, the purposes of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between open market brand personality, satisfaction and brand loyalty will be clarified targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers using domestic open market. Second, whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers will be compared. The results are as follows. First, as a result of testing the study hypothesis targeting the open market users, in other words targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, only the ability among brand personality dimensions did not have positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. Other than that, it could be confirmed that the reliability, sincerity and familiarity, etc are important influence factors in forming satisfaction toward open market. Next, as a result of testing whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, it was shown as having difference. In other words, the Korean consumers were shown as not having positive significant effect in the relationship between the ability among brand personality and satisfaction toward open market while all other brand personality dimensions were shown as having positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. It could be found that if the satisfaction toward open market is high, the brand loyalty toward open market also gets high.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the service characteristics of premium information contents, one of premium Internet contents, on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, as the premium Internet contents market has attained a rapid growth owing to the nationwide penetration of the Internet and its ease of use. Earlier studies were analyzed to define the service characteristics of premium Internet information contents, and a research model and hypotheses were formulated to find out the influence of the characteristics on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. After a survey was conducted, the analyzable answer sheets from 359 respondents were analyzed. As a result, four service factors of premium Internet information contents that were reliability, charge, usefulness and convenience were identified as the variables that had a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and the other two factors that were timeliness and diversity exerted no influence on that. And customer satisfaction affected customer loyalty in a significant manner. This study attempted to investigate the influential relationship of the diverse service characteristics of premium Internet information contents on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to have a good understanding of the attitude and will of consumers who bought the premium information contents, and this study also intended to make a contribution to the improvement of the quality of information contents in an effort to step up the revitalization of the Internet contents market by helping the market attract more loyal customers.

  • This study analyzes empirically the effect of the degree of interest in cultural marketing on corporate image and how the corporate images affect on consumers' clothes purchasing behavior through the case of a fashion brand, 'Uniqlo'. For this, Chi-square test and independent sample T-test were used for the verification of differences in frequency and average by general characteristics of respondents. To observe the effects between ration scales, it carried out a multiple regression analysis, and also, using AMOS16.0, it verified the suitability of the route model and estimated the coefficients for each route. From the result of analysis, it was found that degree of consumer's interest in cultural marketing affects on corporate images such as corporate confidence and marketing and the corporate image again is closely related to consumer's clothes purchasing behavior and satisfaction. In other words, the consumers who have greater interest in corporations using cultural marketing or who had participated in various cultural events are more likely to think that 'Uniqlo' is a reliable corporation who actively uses cultural factors in marketing. Likely, it was observed that the positive corporate image of 'Uniqlo' has a large influence on purchase of their products and also, it makes consumers feel as if they are participating in mecenat, thus increasing consumer's satisfaction after purchase. This study has a limitation in generalization of study result because it focused on a case of particular brand. However, it is still helpful for the empirical study for growth and reinvigoration of the market for cultural marketing, and through a case of leading corporation, it provides implications to the corporations who use or do not use cultural marketing.

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the market structure of the Garak Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, which has the greatest influence among agricultural products wholesale markets and plays a key role in domestic agricultural products distribution. In addition, through analysis of the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation, which is a major distributor of the Garak Market, the connection relationship between the market structure of the Garak Market and the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation was able to be identified. From 2007 to 2018, it was found that the market structure of Garak Market was a monopoly. In addition, the average production efficiency of the five wholesale market corporations was 0.95, indicating that the wholesale market corporation in Garak Market has an efficient production structure with high output compared to input. Therefore, in order to activate the agricultural products wholesale market and protect the rights of producers and consumers based on the analysis results, it is necessary to implement a policy that can establish a competition system among agricultural products wholesale market distributors.

  • This research examined a study on the effect of the self-determination and motivation in the crowdsourcing on the continuous participation intention. This study has classified the three elements of the self-determination which is not forced by outer pressure has intended to analyze practically the effect on the motivation of the customers participating in the crowdsourcing into the intrinsic motivation phase and extrinsic motivation phase. The autonomy, competence and relatedness could be verified with the intrinsic motivation phase of the participants who affect positively the enjoyment and accomplishment. In the effect autonomy, competence and relatedness on the monetary compensation and recognition by others of the extrinsic motivation phase, the hypothesis that the effect autonomy, competence and relatedness of the on the monetary compensation would be negative was overruled, which must have been because while the participation in the crowdsourcing is proposing voluntarily one's own ideas, the concept that the monetary compensation makes the participants participate in order to perceive others not in the voluntary proposals but in the competitive relationships and win them worked and thus the autonomy was perceived negatively. Also, the reason why the relationship between the monetary compensation and the autonomy, competence and relatedness was not supported can be said to be because the crowding-out effect which decreases the intrinsic motivation affected the external compensation and the motivation.

  • Many tourists in the world are expected to visit Mongolia that has impression such as country of nature with no damage, broad prairie of Mongolia, unique world natural heritage of $13^{th}$ century designated by UNESCO, and nomad's life in self-sufficiency. Mongol tourism industry, which has been newly recognized since collapse in the socialism system in 1990, is abundant in historical and cultural resources In tourism. Nevertheless, a research is insufficient on tourism business, developmental sphere in tourism industry, tourism policy and tourism resource development. Accordingly, it is important to conduct tourism promotional survey and implementation of new ideas to develop and to attach more foreign tourists to Mongolia. The purpose of this study is to grasp factors to gain an interest of foreign tourists to select Mongolia as a destination. The aim was also to confirm differences in awareness and performance before and after a visit for foreign tourists to select a trip to Mongolia. Also, the level of factors is compared between expectation before the trip to Mongolia, and the actual satisfaction in tourists through IP analysis(IPA). Finally, to study the present situation of Mongolian tourism to improve its present situation by taking immediate concrete decision for the betterment of Mongolian tourism industry. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the exploratory factors analysis, reliability test, and One-way ANOVA were carried out by using SPSS 12.0 statistical program.

  • Mountain destination plays a vital role in satisfying the demand of natural tourism products, provides exclusive leisure, adventure and unique cultural experience. The Himalayan region includes some of the most biologically diverse habitats on Earth as well as homes to a bewildering variety of culture. The purpose of this study is to figure out the mountain tourism as a tool of sustainable development and explore the tourism destination development strategies with case study of Himalayan area. In this study, we recognized the importance of tourism for the isolated developing communities, for which, tourism provide the way of developing its economic and society. It also generates new opportunities of employment and change the soclo-economic environment of region. The hilly terrain of the state lacks reliable transportation infrastructure, therefore tourism is the only industries to support the economy and to uplift the standard of living for the people of Himalayan region. The region has large potential in the natural and cultural based tourism. The tourism development of the state may have cultural and ecological impact in future. Therefore, the planning and successfully promoting long-term policy and developing more sustainable tourism is important.

The Study on Casinos & Gaming Industry in South America Based on Market Analysis & Implications (남미 카지노 및 게이밍산업의 이해와 시사점)

  • The casinos and gaming sector consists of all forms of betting, including commercial, state-run, and charitable operations. The casinos segment comprises gambling in casinos, and includes gaming machine gambling where this occurs on casino premises. The gaming segment covers all other forms of gambling, including national and other lotteries, racing and sports betting, bingo, pachinko, and gaming machines where these are not located on casino premises. All values are stated in terms of gross gaming win. This is the total amount waged by customers minus the total amount paid out to customers as winnings, but before the payment of any applicable taxes, disbursements to charitable or other causes by games established for those purposes, or other expenses. The South American casinos & gaming sector posted strong growth in 2009 and this growth is expected to accelerate during the forecast period. The South American casinos & gaming sector generated total revenues of $9.6 billion in 2009, representing a compound annual growth rate(CAGR) of 15% for the period spanning 2005-2009. In comparison, the Argentinian and Chilian sectors grew with CAGRs of 17% and 21.9% respectively, over the same period, to reach respective values of $2.2 billion and $93.7 million in 2009. The other gaming segment was the sector's most lucrative in 2009, generating total revenues of $7.1billion, equivalent to 74.1% of the sector's overall value. The casino segment contributed revenues of $2.5billion in 2009, equating to 25.9% of the sector's aggregate revenues. The performance of the sector is forecast to accelerate, with an anticipated CAGR of 20.4% for the five year period 2009-2014, which is expected to drive the sector to a value of $24.3 billion by the end of 2014. Comparatively, the Argentinian and Chilian sectors will grow with CAGRs of 10.2% and 7.3% respectively, over the same period, to reach respective values of $3.6 billion and $133.6 million in 2014.

Analysis of Standard Income Regarding the Cultivation of Non-Timber Forest Products - Focused on major nuts and fruits - (단기소득임산물 재배 소득분석 - 주요 수실류를 중심으로 -)

  • This study investigates the cultivation processes of major nuts and fruits such as Ginkgo biloba L., Vitis coignetiae, Actinidia arguta Planch, Rubus coreanus Miq., and Rubus crataegifolius and analyzes standard income in order to provide foundational data necessary to make reasonable policies related with the criteria of compensating the loss of forest products or diagnosis of forestry management. According to the research results, the types of cultivation by items can be largely divided into open field culture and mountainous culture. Regarding the average annual income per unit area (3.3) by items, the open field culture of Ginkgo biloba L. was 1,060 Won, mountainous culture of Ginkgo biloba L. was 618 Won, open field culture of Vitis coignetiae was 5,891 Won, mountainous culture of Actinidia arguta Planch was 8,113 Won, open field culture of Rubus coreanus Miq. was 14,701 Won, and open field culture of Rubus crataegifolius was 17,482 Won or so; thus, the average annual income of Rubus coreanus Miq. and Rubus crataegifolius was very higher than that of the other items. In particular, because the production of Rubus crataegifolius starts two years after the planting and they rely on family labor mainly for the cultivation, the expenses for employment and labor were analyzed to be low. In addition, the analysis shows that at most of the nuts and fruits cultivation, initial investment costs for facilities or seedlings occupy a great part as about 30% averagely out of the management cost, so it is thought that the government should provide proper support to vitalize the cultivation.
