The sharing economy has emerged as a new form of consumption pattern along with the advancement of information technology and the changes in the consumers' desires for economic spending. In a C2C-sharing economy platform, the user side and supplier side share the same assets, thereby making both sides of the market closely related. However, an information asymmetry exists within the platform that makes the players from one side reluctant to participate. This information asymmetry warrants a strategic approach for solving the fundamental "chicken and egg" problem for platform development. Motivated by this phenomenon, this study aims to analyze how the participation intentions from both sides of the platform are influenced by certain anteceding factors, such as trust, perceived risk, and perceived economic profit. Our findings show that the anteceding factors affect the participation intentions in different paths for both sides of the platform. As a managerial implication, these findings highlight the necessity of employing different approaches for each side of market development.

This research investigates the impacts of information security (IS) culture and management leadership styles on employee's security behaviors (IS policies compliance, IS participation) in financial institutions. This study use the survey data collected from 236 employees of financial institutions. This research shows that IS culture has a positive effect on both behavioral intentions to comply with IS policies and the intentions to actively participate in information security activities. Transactional leadership has a positive impact on the IS policies compliance intentions and to participate in information security activities. In contrast, transformational leadership has a positive impact on the intentions to participate in information security activities, but not on the IS policies compliance intentions.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 임경호)는 지난 2월 18일 '제32차 정기총회 및 포장인의 날'에 (사)한국포장협회 회장상을 이현철 (주)서일 기술연구소 소장에게 수여했다. 이현철 소장은 기술연구소를 설립, 국내 최초 식품 레토르트용 투명배리어필름 'Alox'의 개발을 주도하고 과감한 투자와 적극적인 사내외 교육 활용 등으로 기업 성장에 있어서 중추적인 역할을 해왔다. 또한 한국포장협회 사업에 적극 참여하고 회원사의 젊은 경영진 중심 협업 및 협회 사업 동참 등을 도모하며 한국포장협회의 안정적 성장과 발전에 기여했다는 평가를 받아 제3회 (사)한국포장협회 회장상을 수상했다. 이현철 소장을 만나 기술연구소 설립 배경과 성과, 그리고 향후 계획에 대한 이야기를 들어보았다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of customers' information engagement, the behavior pattern from WOM to cooperation, and the moderator in the behavior pattern. The proposed three determinants, boundary personnel's citizenship behavior, satisfaction, and commitment were significant antecedents to WOM, but not to cooperation. The path coefficient from WOM to cooperation was significant and hereby the voluntary level of cooperation was found as a higher level of voluntary behavior than WOM. Additionally, the path from WOM to cooperation was moderated by customer involvement, as the path coefficients from WOM to cooperation varied by the level of involvement.

This work aims to firstly know what does the inside and outside participants perceive the system itself and its execution in the evaluation of the research institutes in science and technology sector which has been introduced in 1999, and to secondly discuss how can diverse perceptions among participants be integrated in the institutional and operational aspects. This has been conducted mainly by in-depth interviews with 99 staffs from 10 research institutes under the Korea Research Council for Public Technology as well as with 10 members of evaluation committee for research institutes. According to the in-depth interviews, the both inside and outside participants perceive that the evaluation of research institutes can be necessary and useful for the management of the institute itself and R&D programs in view of the strategic reasons as well as practical one. Despite of the affirmative perceptions to the evaluation of research institute, based on the common or individual experiences, they have also suggested that there will be lots of improvements in the individual components of evaluation system and its current status of execution.

대학생의 대부분은 진로에 대한 명확한 목표가 설정되지 않거나 졸업 후 진로 미결정으로 인해 어려움을 느낀다. 대학 생활 중 진로의 선택과 결정, 결정을 위해 정보를 수집하고 탐색하는 활동들은 매우 중요하며 대학에서는 진로를 '창업' 으로 결정한 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 창업교육은 양적 성장을 하였지만 실제 창업까지는 한계가 있다. 창업을 하기 위한 적극적 창업준비행동으로 이루어질 수 있는 창업교육의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 두 영향 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 매개적 효과를 조사·연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학에서 지원하는 창업교육의 참여 형태, 교육 만족도, 참여횟수 등 창업교육의 실태를 파악하고 창업을 하기 위한 정보수집활동과 도구구비활동 및 목표달성을 위한 적극적 노력 등 창업준비행동을 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 개인적 관점에서 '창업교육' 이라는 우연한 행동을 기회로 인식하고 창업준비에 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 체계화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하며 대학의 취업만을 강조하는 교육 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 창업교육의 질적 성장의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of reading activity of employees in public libraries on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment which was suggested by previous studies proving the relationship among the variables in the business area. The results from the survey indicate that there were significant differences in job satisfaction, satisfaction with human relationship, satisfaction of self-realization, affective commitment, and continuance commitment in terms of the frequency of participation in a book club. Additionally, the number of employees' reading books and hours spent for reading significantly influenced their job satisfaction and the hours spent for reading significantly influenced affective commitment. It was also found that participation continuity for a book club influenced on satisfaction level of social recognition, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Job satisfaction level had a complete mediation effect between reading hours and affective commitment, and satisfaction from social recognition had a complete mediation effect between participation continuity in a reading meeting, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Based on these results, this study suggests a plan for constructing a good environment for employees to read through introducing a reading management as follows. Firstly, managers of public libraries need to take an active interest in reading management and various programs to encourage employees to read need to be provided. Secondly, public libraries are required to encourage their employees' participation in book clubs and support them, so that the employees are able to participate in the book club consistently. Finally, institution-level consistent motivation is needed for an active reading activity.

From the perspective of compliance with security policies by members of the organization, which is a major cause of security incidents, this study presented biased thinking as factors that affect compliance with security policies and verified the following: First, the impact of biased thinking on security policies on compliance with security policies is verified. Second, the participation of management, perceived risk, education and punishment of management will verify the adjustment effect of increasing or decreasing biased thinking. Finally, we have verified that compliance attitudes have a significant impact on compliance behavior. To this end, 157 people were surveyed, statistical analysis of research models and structural equations, and conformity analysis were conducted. Studies have shown that biased thinking has a negative effect on the attitude of compliance with information security. In addition, it was analyzed that the attitude of compliance with information security policy increases policy compliance behavior. On the other hand, the higher the perceived risk of information security, the lower the bias was the adjustment effect, but management's participation, education and punishment were found to have no adjustment effect.

본 연구는 졸음운전의 지표로 예상되는 심전도의 LF/HF 비율이 효과적으로 졸음운전을 예측하는지를 검증하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 총 31명이 참가하였으며, 가상 운전 시뮬레이션 과제를 활용하여 진행하였다. 수면박탈이 운전 중 LF/HF 비율에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하기 위해 충분한 수면을 취한 조건과 수면이 박탈된 조건으로 실험을 실시하였다. 충분한 수면을 취한 조건에서 참가자는 전날 6시간 이상의 수면을 취한 후 30분동안 진행되는 가상 운전과제를 수행하였다. 수면이 박탈된 조건에서는 실험에 참여하기 전날에 참가자가 5시간 이하의 수면을 취하도록 유도한 후 60분 동안 진행되는 가상 운전 과제에 참여하도록 하였다. 참가자는 두 조건 모두에서 심전도를 측정할 수 있는 장비를 착용한 상태로 가상 운전 과제를 수행하였다. LF/HF 비율과 지각된 졸음운전과의 관계성을 확인하기 위해서 참가자가 가상 운전 과제를 수행하는 동안 10분간격으로 주관적 졸림정도를 측정하였다. 실험 결과 충분한 수면을 취한 조건보다 수면박탈 조건에서 참가자의 LF/HF 비율이 감소하였으며, 동일하게 주관적 졸림정도는 증가하였다. 또한 주관적 졸림정도가 LF/HF비율을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 LF/HF 비율을 통한 졸음 운전 예측은 타당한 것으로 나타났다.
