진대제 정보통신부 장관이 정통부 고위 관료와 산하 기관장들과 함께 지난달 12일 저녁부터 3박4일의 일정으로 중국을 방문했다.세계 각국에서 근무하고 있는 정보통신주재관도 동참했다. 진 장관은 중국방문 목적을 비약적으로 발전하고 있는 중국 IT 산업을 직접 보고 체험하기 위해서라고 설명했다. 진 장관은 이번 중국방문 중에‘스피드’와‘차별화’를 강조하며 국가도 블루오션 전략으로 고부가가치 분야를 선점하고 중국과의 격차를 유지해야 한다고 주장했다.

여성해사인의 직업 관련 인식 조사 및 다각화를 위해 M해양대학교 해사대학에 재학 중인 여학생의 승선 및 진로에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 결과를 분석하여 여성해사인의 진로 및 취업에 대한 인식을 파악하고 이를 토대로 학부 교육과정, 학교 취업 프로그램, 학교 생활 규정 분야에서 진로 다각화를 위한 방안 및 시사점을 제언하였다.

A multi-interchange simplex method is presented. This method tries to cut almost half of the set of convex combinations which generate all decreasing feasible directions. Analysis of this method indicates high possibility of the existence of polynomial-time simplex-type methods.

네트워크 관리를 효율적으로 해내려면 기술적인 요소도 중요하지만 네트워크 관리자, 사용자, 경영진 등이 가져야 할 새로운 마인드 형성 또한 매우 중요한 사항이다. 메인프레임을 정점에 둔 중앙집중형에서 클라이언트/서버 환경으로 급진전하는가 싶더니 최근에는 다시 메인프레임으로의 회귀론이 등장하고 있다. 그 이유에 대해 관리자들은 클/서버 환경의 네트워크 관리상 어려움 때문이라고 입을 모은다. 과연 중앙집중 환경이 클/서버로 대변되는 개방 환경보다 네트워크를 관리하기에 쉬운가. 그리고, 최근 각광을 받고 있는 인트라네트와 메인프레임으로의 회귀와는 어떤 상관관계가 있는가를 따져보자.

Consider a situation that a specific treatment is regarded as the best in comparing several treatments. In this case, a natural procedure to decide the best treatment is to choose the specific one which is proved to be better than each one of the others. This study proposes a method for detecting the best by comparing two treatments from the above point of view. Since this method deals with comparing only two treatments, it is very simple to use and expected to be widely applicable.

We designed a knowledge-based decision support system for structuring semi-or unstructured problems. Problem structuring involves extraction of the relevant factors from the identified problem, and model construction that represents the relationships among those factors. In this research, we employed a directed graph called Influence Deiagram as a tool for problem structuring. In particular, our proposed system is designed as a shell. Therefore, a decision maker can change the content of the knowledge base to suit his/her own interested domain.

In this paper, we identify the factors of supplier service quality, and explore the relationships between these factors and customer satisfaction, and between these factors and customer loyalty. Through empirical analysis, the five factors, such as technical ability, information service, service flexibility, delivery reliability, and after service, are identified. The analysis also shows that information service and service flexibility influence customer satisfaction, and service flexibility and after service influence customer loyalty.

경제적 로트 일정계획 문제(Economic Lot Scheduling Problem : ELSP)는 지난 수십 여 년간 많은 연구가 이루어진 생산일정계획 문제 중의 한 분야이다. 이 문제는 NP-hard 문제이기 때문에 수많은 발견적 기법이 제안되고, 사용되어져 왔다. 그 중에서도 Dobson［1］의 발견적 기법이 그 수행도의 우수성으로 보아 최고의 기법으로 여겨지고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 Dobson［1］의 시변 로트 크기(time varying lot size) 접근방법에 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 새로운 발견적 기법을 제안하고, 수치실험을 통해서 새로운 기법이 기존의 Dobson［1］의 기법보다 더 우수하다는 것을 보이고자 한다.

This paper shows the application of fuzzy set and nonlinear membership function to linear programming problems in a fuzzy environment. In contrast to typical linear programming problems, the objectives and constraints of the problem in a fuzzy environment are defined imprecisely. This paper describes that fuzzy linear programming models can be formulated using the basic concepts of membership functions and fuzzy sets, and that they can be solved by quadratic programming methods. In a numerical example, a linear programming problem with two constraints and two decision variables is provided to illustrate the solution procedure.

The uncapacitated facility location problem considered here is to determine facility location sites, minimizing the total cost of establishing facilities and serving customer demand points which require primary and back-up services. To solve this problem effectively, we propose two things in this study. First, we propose an idea of Benders' decomposition approach as a solution method of the problem. Second, we implement the problem on GAMS. Using GAMS (general Algebraic Modeling System) can utilize an mixed-integer programming solver such as ZOOM/XMP and provide a completely general automated implementation with a proposed solution method.
