본 연구에서는, 반도체, LCD 공정에서 금속막을 증착하기 위하여 PECVD장비에 화재, 폭발 위험성과 독성을 가진 Silane가스를 사용하게 되는 장비인 gas cabinet, pipeline, VMB(Valve manifold box), MFC(mass flow controller)장비 등, 전반적인 시스템에 대하여 영국 HES의 ALARP개념을 도입하여 위험성 평가를 실시하여 문제점을 도출하고 대책을 강구 하는데 목적이 있고, 여러 가지 문제점중 절대적으로 수용 할 수 없는 Critical Risk로는 Gas Cylinder를 사용하여 Silane을 공급하고자 할 때에는 필히 Gas Cabinet을 사용하여 공급하여야 하고, Tube Trailer를 사용하여 공급하고자 할 때에는 필수적으로 Purge System을 갖추어 공급하여야 한다. 선택적으로 수용할 수 있는 High, Medium Risk로는 Gas Cylinder 또는 Tube Trailer를 사용하여 Silane을 공급하고자 할 때는 Inlet 부분에 RFO(Resticted Flow Orifice)를 설치하여 사용하고 Gas Supply Room에는 CO2소화설비를 적용하지 말고 Water Mist등 물 분무설비를 적용하여야한다.

For a given plant design, improved decisions on when to shutdown an existing plant may be obtained by making better predictions of failure rates, by exerting efforts to collect more relevant information or by improving decision making models which put that information to best use. It is important that the models include the value of possible loss of lives and fear along with cleanup, decommissioning, relocation if the decisions derived from the model are to be useful. The decision model we have described enables us to investigate a class of optimal decisions on whether to shutdown or continue operating one period of time. The analysis and decision process is repeated at the end of each period with additional information about new costs and risks.

1970년대 이후 중화학공업을 중심으로 산업이 발전하면서, 위험한 기계·기구를 사용하게 되었다. 더 나아가 각 산업마다 새로운 공법을 채용하면서 산업재해가 과거에 비해 더 빈번하게 나타나고, 그 피해 역시 과거에 비해 매우 광범위하게 나타났다. 특히, 유해물질을 대량으로 사용하는 산업이 다양해지고, 작업환경 역시 각 산업에 따라 다른 모습을 보이자 이에 따른 직업병의 발생이 기하급수적으로 증가하였다. 이러한 위험은 직접적으로 근로자의 생명과 건강을 해칠 뿐 아니라 사용자에게도 경제적 피해를 주게 되었다. 이러한 위험에 효율적으로 대처하기 위하여 적극적·종합적인 산업안전보건관리가 필요하게 되어 산업안전보건법이 제정되었다. 하지만 산업안전보건법이 제정된 이후에도 같은 사고가 재발하고 현장관리의 소홀, 노동환경 개선 등이 이루어지지 않으며 비슷한 사망사고가 재발하였다. 이러한 산업재해사고를 막기 위해 다양한 방법을 강구하여 왔지만 큰 실효를 보지 못하자 실질적인 효과를 보기 위해 영국의 '기업살인법'을 참고하여 사업주, 경영주, 경영책임자에게 직접적인 책임을 묻고 중대재해 예방과 일하는 사람과 시민의 생명·신체를 보호함에 있음을 분명히 하기 위해 중대재해처벌법이 제정되었다. 이러한 법률이 제정됨에 따라 재해 및 안전에 관한 관심이 전국민적으로 증가하게 되었고 과거보다 많은 관심을 받게 되었다. 그에 따라 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간에 발생한 산업, 중대재해 등에 대하여 발생 사고, 발생 원인, 발생 기간에 따라 정리하였다. 본 연구는 향후 산업, 중대재해 등에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study set out to analyze the impacts of convergence products(cell phones, PDAs, IPTV, and portable game consoles) on the consumers' purchase intention and satisfaction. These results of the research model show that usefulness, perceived risk, and communication had significant influences on purchase intention, and usefulness, innovation, perceived risk, and communication on satisfaction. But there were differences according to the product kinds. The results indicate that usefulness, convenience, perceived risk, and communication are the major factors affecting the satisfaction and purchase intention of convergence products and that innovation didn't have much influence on them. And there were small differences among the influential factors according to the kinds of convergence products.

The sharing economy has emerged as a new form of consumption pattern along with the advancement of information technology and the changes in the consumers' desires for economic spending. In a C2C-sharing economy platform, the user side and supplier side share the same assets, thereby making both sides of the market closely related. However, an information asymmetry exists within the platform that makes the players from one side reluctant to participate. This information asymmetry warrants a strategic approach for solving the fundamental "chicken and egg" problem for platform development. Motivated by this phenomenon, this study aims to analyze how the participation intentions from both sides of the platform are influenced by certain anteceding factors, such as trust, perceived risk, and perceived economic profit. Our findings show that the anteceding factors affect the participation intentions in different paths for both sides of the platform. As a managerial implication, these findings highlight the necessity of employing different approaches for each side of market development.

Recently, credit risk in the Chinese corporate bond market has increased significantly, and there is a possibility that banks that have invested in corporate bonds may become insolvent. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of Chinese commercial banks' investment in securities on financial performance. The analysis results are as follows. First, it is estimated that as the share of securities investment by Chinese commercial banks increases, the bank's profitability decreases. It was found that investment in securities did not have a positive impact on profitability due to the increase in credit risk in the corporate bond market and the increase in marginal companies. Second, it is estimated that as the proportion of securities investment by Chinese commercial banks increases, the bank's soundness deteriorates. As credit risk in China's capital market is increasing, continuous management of non-performing assets is required. Chinese commercial banks need portfolio management through securities investment in addition to loan assets to improve profitability. However, volatility should be managed by adjusting the scale of securities management to an appropriate level.

다양한 리스크 문제가 발생하고 있는 환경 속에서 리스크에 대한 적절한 대응을 하고 안정화를 도모함과 동시에 리스크 문제가 표면화되어 초래하는 영향을 극소화 하기 위한 새로운 패러다임의 경영시스템 도입이 주요 전략과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 분야에서의 리스크 위험 요소를 줄이고 신뢰성 향상을 목적으로 소프트웨어 분야가 가지고 있는 문제를 효과적으로 관리 할 수 있는 새로운 모델로서 IEC60300 신뢰성경영시스템과 IEC61508 리스크경영시스템의 통합 모델을 제시한다.

최근 들어 안전관리의 패러다임은 사후분석에서 사전예방으로 바뀌고 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 본질적인 안전관리에 대한 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 공정에 본질적인 안전을 추구하는 방법은 크게 5가지로 나누어 질 수 있으며, 공정의 배치를 통해서 사고를 영향을 최소화하는 방법은 공정의 설계단계에서 적용할 수 있는 좋은 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 공정의 설비가 가지는 위험성을 기반으로 안전거리에 대한 지침을 제시하고 있다. 사고결과와 사고발생빈도를 기반으로 개인적 위험성(Individual Risk: IR)을 계산하였으며, 계산된 값을 기반으로 최적의 안전거리 계산을 수행할 수 있었다. 계산된 IR과 문헌에서 제시된 안전거리를 바탕으로 작업자가 거주하는 건물과 공정경계 까지의 적절한 거리와 설비간의 최적의 거리를 계산하게 된다. Mixed Integer Linear Programming(MILP)를 이용하여 각각설비의 안전거리가 확보된 시설물 배치와 최소 부지 면적 등을 알 수가 있다. 이 연구를 통해 최적화된 부지면적과 파이프라인의 시설물 배치는 물론 공정건설이나 초기 디자인 단계 및 안전성확보측면에서 본질적인 안전을 구현하는데 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.

이 논문은 주식투자 결정과 도박(gamble)의 심리가 상호 연관성이 있는가와 관련된 것이다. 집계변수(aggregated level)에서 경기가 불황일 때, 개인투자가들은 직접 복권(lottery tickets)을 구입하거나 복권과 같이 일확천금을 누릴 수 있는 동시에 위험성(risk)을 수반하는 주식을 선호하는 경향이 있다. 즉 경기가 불황에 놓일 경우에는 개인투자가들은 이러한 복권형(lottery-type) 주식과 복권(lottery)의 구매 및 보유를 늘리는 경향이 있다는 것이다. 특히 이러한 경향은 저소득 계층(low-income investors)과 청년, 교육의 혜택을 덜 받은 부류의 독신자, 대도시 거주자, 미국의 경우 흑인(African-American)과 히스패닉 등의 사회적 약자 등으로 알려지고 있다. 이러한 일반적인 경우가 데이터를 통해 알아볼 수 있는 지와 관련하여 실증분석 하였다. 하지만 이 분석을 통하여 개인투자가들이 경기불황일 때 위험한(risky) 주식의 보유 경향을 늘린다는 가정을 지지할 수 있는 결과를 도출하지 못하였다.

이동식 크레인과 관련한 안전사고가 다발하고 있음에도 국내 대부분의 건설현장에서는 아직도 관리감독자와 크레인 운전자의 경험에 의존하여 장비를 선정하고 운용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구를 통해 건설현장에서 발생한 이동식 크레인 전도사고사례와 위험성 평가를 실시한 결과 이동식 크레인을 이용한 안전한 자재 양중작업을 위하여 중량물의 무게 형상, 인양장비 제원, 정격하중, 작업반경 등을 고려한 중량물 취급작업계획을 작성 준수하고 이동식 크레인의 제작 설계기준 준수를 위하여 이동식 크레인 제조사에서 제공하는 사용(취급)설명서를 준수하며 위험성 평가 결과가 실제 이동식 크레인을 사용한 양중작업에 적용 가능하도록 지속적인 관리 등이 요구됨을 알 수 있었다.
