본 연구에서는 의학분야의 생존분석에서 적용되어 왔던 Cox의 비례위험모형을 신뢰성예측 에 적용할 때의 분석절차 및 그에 따른 소프트웨어를 다룬다. 이 비례 위험모형은 신뢰성공학 분야에 적용될 경우 많은 잠재력을 가지고 있으나, 그 분야에 적용된 경우가 많지 않고, 이미 적용된 사례들도 잘못 적용되어 왔다는 지적이 많은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 시스템 , 서브시스템, 부품수준에서의 각 라이프사이클을 거치며 얻어진 수명데이타를 분석하여 신뢰도를 예측할 수 있는 모형을 설정하고, 그에 따른 소프트웨어를 다루며, 이 방법의 개관, 장단점, 주의점등을 고찰한다.

본 연구에서는 분산화된 공급체인상황하에서 효과적인 조정 메커니즘으로 제시되고 있는 공급체인계약의 유형들 중에서 서적, 음반 및 컴퓨터 산업등에서 주로 사용되는 반품계약(Return Policy)에 대한 동적 시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고, 반품비율 및 환매가 등의 계약 파라미터들이 모형의 성과에 미치는 영향과 구매자의 판매노력 및 판매자의 위험성향이 고려되는 상황하에서 반품계약의 효과성이 어떻게 바뀌는지를 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 판매노력 및 위험성향과 같은 요인들이 반품계약의 효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이며 부가적으로는 공급체인계약에 대한 동적시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고 연구함으로서 최근 관심이 증대되고 있는 시스템다이내믹스 접근이 공급체인관리 분야의 연구에 유의하게 기여할 수 있음을 제시하고 향후 연구를 위한 기반을 다지고자 한다. 연구결과 반품계약을 시행하는 경우에 공급체인의 성과가 높으며, 반품계약과 더불어 판매자의 판매노력이 고려되는 경우에는 성과가 더욱 향상되었다. 또한 판매자가 위험회피성향을 가진 경우에는 공급체인성과가 감소하였다.

한국형 위험기반검사 프로그램을 석유화학공장에 적용하여 사업장의 안전관리 이행수준, 공정 위험도 등급 및 분포 및 설비의 손상메카니즘 분포를 산출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 검사주기 변경으로 설비검사를 수행함으로써 배관의 안전성을 향상시키고, 검사비용을 절감할 수 있었다.

911테러 이후, 세계 무역환경은 물류의 안전과 원활화를 요구하게 되었고, 이런 패러다임의 변화에 따라 우리나라도 '09년 4월 AEO공인 제도를 도입하였다. 무역공급망(Supply Chain) 기업은 AEO 공인을 받기 위하여 내부통제시스템을 구축하여야 하며, 그 중 적정한 위험관리절차를 갖추어야 하는 바, 동 절차에 대한 특별한 방법론이 아직 제시되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서, AEO와 관련된 위험관리방법론을 연구하고, 이를 기업에 확산되어 있는 6시그마 방법론과 접목시켜 기업의 AEO 공인을 지원하고 기업활동의 효율성을 높이고자 함이다.

Wrap accounts are customized financial services for which investment companies and stock brokers manage investors assets based on their preferences. The success of wrap accounts depend upon the accurate understanding of investment risk propensity and the proper designing of financial portfolio. To this end investment companies should accurately measure investors investment risk propensity with calibrated measures. There, unfortunately, exist few highly calibrated measures of investment risk propensity. Therefore the practices of marketing strategies and customer management often turn out to be less effective and fragile to competition. The purposes of this present study aim to understand the investment risk propensity of wrap accounts customers, to help classify the customers based on the degree of the investment risk propensity, and to implement relevant marketing strategies for different groups of customers. Based on previous studies, two hypotheses were delineated and verified. The findings of the study should help differentiate prospective customers into unique and accessible segments for further targeting and positioning wrap account markets.

The size of state in Korea is like Israel, this country's venture capital is ruled by government. This venture capital's character is below: the concentration on research of venturer affect positively at quality of products. This paper lies with venture capital's risk character & performance. The results show that Korean venture capitals have lager unsystematic risk than systematic risk, which implies they specialize in specific business and/or regional areas instead of diversification. The Sharpe & Jensen measures reveal that the performances of Korean venture capitals are very low relative to even the market portfolio(Kospi) and Kosdaq Venture Index. Contrary to this, Venture firm's performance according to Entrepreneurship will cause to push up stock price.

This study aims to discuss the role and function of social capital in explaining social risk perception among female-headed households. This study analyzed the level of social risk perception and its determinant factors of female-headed households using 2020 Social Survey data from Statistics Korea. The analysis revealed that socio-demographic factors and social capital influenced the perception of social risk. In addition, the social capital related to social safety was associated with the level of social risk perception. Even after controlling for various factors, the social risk perception level among female-headed households was higher than among male-headed ones. Among female-headed households, social capital such as compliance with regulations or ability to cope with risk; demographic factors such as age, residential area, and health status; and economic factors such as income level and housing type were found to affect social risk perception. Based upon the findings this study devises ways to accumulate social capital that can be obtained in cooperative relationships between families and communities.

소비자들이 제품을 구매할 때 갖는 위험 지각(perceptions of risk)은 인터넷을 통한 상거래의 확산에 있어서 큰 걸림돌이다. 즉, 소비자들은 구매전에 제품을 직접 만져보거나 시용해 보지 못하기 때문에 여러 가지 종류의 위험 부담을 안고 구매를 할 수밖에 없는 것이다. 본 연구는 소비자들이 인터넷 쇼핑을 할 때에 느끼는 이러한 여러 가지 위험 요소들을 실증 자료를 통하여 보다 구체적으로 살펴본 것이다. 특히 이 실증 연구에서는 이러한 요소들을 찾아내어 분류하였고, 이러한 위험 요소들이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 이용 의도에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 측정하였다. 또한 본 연구는 이러한 위험 지각 수준을 감소시킬 수 있는 쇼핑몰 평가 요인들에 주목하여, 이들의 위험 지각 요인들에 대한 영향력도 살펴보았다. 끝으로 본 연구가 인터넷 마케터들에 대하여 가지는 전략적 시사점을 논한다.

This paper proposes a framework for integrated credit risk management system in domestic bank financial institutions. Credit evaluation system, loan processing system, credit monitoring system, and credit risk management system are integrated for efficient and effective risk-adjusted performance management in this framework. Risk exposures, not only for each credit, but also for bank's whole credit portfolio need to be measured and analyzed through the concept of Value-at-Risk (VaR). The effects of changes in credit ratings of individual loaners on bank's credit risk exposure are also considered. We tried to model this integrated credit risk management system by using object-oriented modeling language, UML.

In order to improve organization performance by CEO's leadership, the control systems have to be designed in accordance with CEO's strategic orientation. A management control systems (MCS) is a system which gathers and uses information to evaluate the performance of different organizational resources like human, physical, financial and also the organization as a whole considering the organizational strategies. Present study explored the effects of CEO's Characteristics and control on organization performance. So this study adopted 'Risk-taking tendency', 'Achievement motivation' during psychological characteristics of CEO. For the control variable of this study, 'behavior control' and 'result control' were adopted. And for the variable of performance, financial performance was selected. As result of the study, Behavior control affects financial performance highly than result control. Through additional studies conducted during the same period, there is a significant indirect effect of achievement motivation and behavior control.
