정보통신기술을 바탕으로 한 산업은 산업화시대의 기간산업에 비해 지식 및 기술집약적 산업으로서 기업 및 산업의 경쟁력의 원천은 바로 지속적인 연구개발을 통한 새로운 아이디어와 기술의 창출에 있다고 할 수 있다. 정부에서도 정보통신 분야에서의 연구개발 투자에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 지속적으로 연구개발에 대한 투자를 확대해 왔다 그러나 정보통신연구개발 투자의 지속적인 증가에도 불구하고 관리적 측면에서는 아직까지 효율적인 관리가 확립되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 현행 정보통신연구개발 관리가 어떻게 수행되고 있는 지를 과제선정과정과 선정 후 관리과정으로 구분하여 각각에 대한 현황조사를 통해 그 실태를 파악한다. 그리고 그러한 실태분석을 통하여 현행 연구개발 관리체제가 안고 있는 문제점을 지적해보고, 마지막으로 문제점들을 극복할 수 있는 정보통신 연구개발의 효율적 관리체계를 확립하기 위한 개선방향을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistics(ECL) system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. ECL management which meant simply recycle is tend to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made case studies about advanced ECL system. To examine manufacture companies' ECL system, we made survey form which is consist of 82 questionnaires and 129 companies have participated for this. And we have analyzed the survey responses. As a result, we propose the way of constructing ECL system in Korea.

급변하는 환경속에서 중소기업이 살아남기 위해서 필수적으로 요구되는 것이 정보기술이다. 특히 최근에 와서 인터넷의중요성과 활용이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 인터넷에 관한 실태분석을 통하여 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 전국의 중소기업 126개 업체를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고, 회수된 82부중 64부를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 중소기업에서는 인터넷에 대한 필요성은 강하게 느끼고 있지만, 인지도는 그리 높지 않았고, 사용시간도 낮은 수준이었으며, 주로 활용하고 있는 업무는 마케팅 업무였고, 활용되는 분야는 검색과 전자우편이 주를 이루었다. 인터넷의 활용으로 달성할 수 있는 성과로는 중소기업의 신속한 기술정보 제공으로 나타났다. 실태분석을 통하여 중소기업이 취할 수 있는 활용방안은 의사소통의 원활화, 업무자동화, 경영전략 단계 등임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이상과 같이 중소기업이 인터넷을 활용하고 있는 정도는 미약하지만, 강한 필요성을 느끼고 있고 정부차원의 지원을 통해 인터넷은 중소기업의 필수 불가결한 정보기술, 나아가서는 경쟁무기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 기업을 대상으로 수행한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 선별된 경영과학 기법이 실제 기업의 의사결정에 활용되는 빈도 및 수준, 현재 업무에 기여하는 정도, 적용 범위, 실행상의 문제점, 그리고 앞으로 기여가 기대되는 업무 범위 등에 대하여 논의한다.

기업의 지속적 성장을 위해 기술혁신은 필수적이다. 그 동안 기술혁신 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업 속성을 파악하는 연구가 다양하게 진행되었는데, 기업의 전략적 관심사인 연구개발 효과성의 측면에서 분석한 연구는 많지 않다. 또한 데이터의 한계로 인해 기업의 기술경영 전략의 영향은 고려되지 못했다. 본 연구는 연구개발과 특허라는 투입-산출 관계의 연구개발 효과성에 대한 기업 속성 및 기술경영 전략의 영향을 계량적으로 분석했다. 통계청의 "기업활동실태 조사" 데이터를 이용해 국내 4,722개 연구개발 기업을 대상으로, '특허수/연구개발 투자'를 종속변수로 하는 토빗 회귀분석을 수행했다. 가설검정의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업 규모, 다각화 등 기업 속성 뿐 아니라 기업은 전략적 제휴, e비즈니스시스템 도입 등 기술경영 전략을 통해 연구개발 효과성을 높일 수 있다. 둘째, 외국인자본비중이 높을수록 연구개발 효과성은 낮다 셋째, 연구개발 외주비중은 연구개발 효과성과 역U자형의 관계로, 연구개발 외주 비중이 31%인 수준에서 연구개발 효과성이 극대화된다. 본 연구는 기업 속성 뿐 아니라 기술경영 전략이 기업의 연구개발 효과성이라는 기술혁신의 성과에 중요함을 밝힘으로써 기업의 연구개발 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시했다.

본 연구는 한국산업안전공단에서 구축한 종합위험관리체제(IRMS)의 추진경과, 운영조직체계, IRMS 효과, 개선사항 및 향후 발전방향 등 IRMS 사업의 전 분야를 재검토하여 문제점에 대한 개선방안과 중 장기 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 IRMS가 구축된 PSM 사업장에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IRMS 효과를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 교육, 조직, 정보공유, 전산화, 기타 부문에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 선진국의 안전관리 실태를 전망하고, 이를 통하여 IRMS 중 장기 발전방안 수립을 위한 추진방향을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to provide a fundamental information for a income raise of agricultural and mountain villagers and a policy planning by analyzing 145 chestnut producing farms in Korea. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Though the proportion of forest by-products in farm household economy was very slight, it is very important for agricultural and mountain villagers who have relatively lower income level to become a valuable income source. 2. As chestnut cultivating orchards have very small-scale that account for 50.0% of 0.5 to 1.0 hectares and 40.3% of 1.0 to 3.0 hectares reaching 90.3% of total farmers, the small-scale ownership makes the normality and rationalization of management difficult, and therefore the economity of scale has to be accomplished. 3. The difficulties on chestnut cultivating management were in order of the following ; Labour-power shortage(38.5%), desease and pest demage(24.8%), economity(15.2%), management(11.7%), inferiority of site condition(5.9%), technical acquirement(3.8%). 4. In the matter of storaging facilities, 87.6% of total surveyed farmers were recognizing the need of storaging facilities, but only 12.4 of surveyed farmers were possessing these facilities, and therefore the measurement has to be considered such as the forest associations invests to cold storaging facilities unable to privately invest, in order to increase a receiving price of producers.

본 연구는 총 26개의 시중은행과 지방은행을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 국내 은행의 위험관리 실태를 분석하였다. 나아가 정상은행과 경고은행 및 퇴출은행의 위험관리 행태에 차이가 있는 지를 살펴보았다. 조사 결과, 최고경영자나 임원이 위험관리 부서의 책임자로 있는 경우는 없고, 금융파생상품의 사용 등 관련사항의 보고가 효과적으로 이루어지지 않고, 감사위원회 역시 외부전문가를 둔 은행이 전혀 없는 것으로 조사되어 경영층의 위험관리 인식에 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위험관리에 관한 평가나 최고경영자에 대한 보고주기도 일정하지 않은 경우가 많았다. 위험 유형별로는 신용위험, 시장위험 및 유동성위험을 잘 인식하고 있는 반면, 운영위험이나 법적 위험에 대한 인식은 부족하였다. 위험관리 담당자의 교육 주기가 비정기적으로 이루어지고 있다고 응답한 경우가 60%로 가장 높았으며, 40%의 은행이 법적 위험 발생 시 책임소재가 분명하지 않다고 응답하였다. 시장위험 관리에 있어서도 매일 VaR값과 실제 손익을 정기적으로 비교한다고 응답한 경우는 15%에 불과하여 취약성을 드러냈다. 절반 정도의 은행은 금융파생상품을 전혀 이용하지 않고 있었다. 흥미롭게도 정상은행과 비정상은행 간 또는 비퇴출은행과 퇴출은행 간에 일부 항목을 제외하고는 행태 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로, 국내 은행의 위험관리는 전반적으로 미흡하여 체계적인 위험관리 시스템의 구축이 요구된다고 하겠다. 특히, 위험관리에 대한 최고경영층의 인식 제고가 요망되며, 합리적 은행구조조정을 위해서는 당해 은행의 위험관리 실태와 그에 따른 경영책임을 파악해야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 반도체 시장의 급격한 성장에 따라 점차 사용량이 증대되고 있는 국내의 특수고압가스를 포함한 독성가스의 취급, 운송 실태를 파악하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 근로자의 의식을 바꾸기 위한 안전경영시스템의 도입과 운송과정중의 모니터링 시스템, 데이터베이스화를 통한 정보의 공유 등을 대안으로 도출하였으며, 본 연구 결과에 대해 적극적으로 개선하고자 하는 실천의 의지를 가지고 특수가스를 취급, 운송한다면 가스사고 예방에 많은 발전이 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, an effective methodology to introduce knowledge management system into the retail business is suggested by overall analysis of examples those were carried out in business area. different from existing studies, which focus on theoretical aspect only, this study focuses its attention on theoretical & practical aspect simultaneously and tries to find a long-term & integrated knowledge management strategy. With examining the examples of knowledge management, this study deals with the fundamental conception, the procedure and the organization of knowledge management. Moreover, this study practically analyzes the knowledge management system of the company named ″H″, one of the retail business companies. By clarifying the problems, which is involved in the knowledge management process of the above company, this study suggests an improvement methodology to introduce and settle down knowledge management system into retail business company for the future. This study has good results in the viewpoint that it gives a definite direction of knowledge management introduction. However, there is some limitation such as the insufficiency of examples and the omission of documented analysis. Therefore, this study leaves some task to be achieve ed in the future.
