Study on the Characteristics of Pressure by Knitted Fabrics for Foundation (여성 파운데이션용 편포의 압력특성에 관한 연구)

  • 여성 파운데이션용 편포의 압력특성에 관한 문제를 공학적 관점에서 검토해보기 위하여 거들용 편포와, 또한 비교를 위하여 드로우어즈용 편포를 시료로하여 완전강체 및 완전탄성체, 그리고 강체와 탄성체를 동시에 가지는 수압체를 모델로 제작하고, 시료를 고리형태로 만들어 피복시킨후 그 압력을 12시간 동안 연속측정하였다. 이때 시료의 신장정도, 수압체의 탄성체 구성비 등을 여러가지로 달리 하여 그에 따른 압력의 변화를 봄과 동시에 시간경과의 효과도 검토하여본 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 강체를 수압체로한 경우는 시료의 신장률 증가에 따라 압력이 거의 직선적으로 증가하였고, 그 정도는 거들의 재료가 드로우어즈의 재료에 비하여 훨신 크게 나타났다. 2. 수압체의 탄성체구성비가 증가할수록 신장률 증가에 따른 시료의 실질신장률의 증가 경향이 둔화되어, $40\%$신장률의 경우는 그 이전보다 오히려 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 3. 수압체에 탄성체가 포함된 경우는 매우 적은 압력을 나타내었으며, 시료 신장률의 증가에 따른 변화도 매우 적게 나타남으로써 시료 신장률이 클수록 강체수압체에 대한 압력과의 차이가 더욱 커지게 됨을 알 수 있었다. 그러나드로우어즈 재료의 경우는 탄성체가 받는 부담은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 압력의 경시변화는 초기의 압력분포 안정화 과정을 제외하고는 12시간까지 어떤 경우에도 크게 나타나지 않았다.

  • 정육 대체물질의 첨가에 따른 효과를 살피기위해 건조 소 혈장 단백질을 단계별로 높이면서 제조한 비엔나 소시지의 물성적 특성 드을 경시적으로 고찰 비교하였다. 수율은 방냉후 축정된 것으로 81.60~84.88% 범위이며 대조구와 D-2, D-3간의유의적인 차이를 보였다. (P<0.05). 조직의 부분적인 연화 정도는 대조구에 비해 비교구에서 소 혈장 단백질의 첨가수준이 높은 시럼구에서 높았고 열 매체에 의한 영향은 boiled>microwave>fried의 순이 었다. 겔강도와 경도는 대조구와 비교구 사이, 수직 측정과 수평 측정 사이, 저장기간에 따라 유의적인 차이를 볼 수 있었다.(P<0.05), 전단 강도는 수직측정보다는 수평측정이 높은 수치를 보이고 initial에서 대조구와 비교구 사이 차이가 적게 나타나나 40일 저장한 것에서는 차이 값이 높았다. 전단 경도에 있어서는 initial 에 비해 10일 , 40일 에는 감소함을 보이나 수칙측정과 수평측정간 차이를 보였다 L 값은 시험구간과 저장기간에 의해서도 안정함을 보이며 a값은 대조구에 비해 비교구에서 감소함을 보이나 10일 40일 저장된 것에서 증가함을 보이고, b값은 시험구간 사이 비슷한 수준이나 저장기간에 따라서는 감소를 보였다. 기호성 평가에서 색상, 풍미, 조직감은 시험 제품 사이에 차이를 보이고 저장기간에 의해서는 약간의 감소를 보이며 천제적인 수용도는 대조구가 가장 높은 점수였다.

수종 점막 추출액중 메치오닌엔케팔린 및 유사체의 분해 억제

  • 생리활성 펩타이드류의 경점막 수송을 검토하기 위하여 토끼의 비강, 직장, 질 또는 눈 점막 구출액에서의 메치오닌엔케팔린 (Met-Enk) 및 그 합성 유사체인 [D-알라$^2$]-메치오닌엔케팔린아미드 (YAGFM)의 효소적 분해를 억제하고자 수종 효소억제제를 검토하였다. 방법: 토끼의 질, 직장 및 비강 점막을 차례로 적출하여 신속히 Valia-Chien투과셀에 마운팅하고, 눈의 각막은 절취하여 따로 각막 투과셀에 마운팅한 다음 등장 인산염 완충액 3.5ml씩으로 8시간씩 3회 추출하여 점막측 및 장막측 추출액을 제조하였다. 추출 완료 직후 이들 추출액에 Met-Enk 또는 YAGFM 50$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml의 농도로 첨가하고 여러 효소억제제를 단독 또는 혼합하여 첨가한 조건에서 37$^{\circ}C$에서 60 rpm으로 24시간 동안 흔들면서 경시적으로 시료를 취하여 잔존 펩타이드의 양을 HPLC법으로 정량하여 속도론적으로 비교 검토하였다. 이 연구에 사용한 효소억제제로는 아미노펩티다제의 억제제인 amastatin (AM), bestatin (BS). 엔케팔리나제 A의 억제제로 알려진 thiophan (TP), 엔케팔리나제 B의 억제작용이 있는 것으로 밝혀진 thimerosal (TM), metalloenzyme의 억제제인 에데트산나트륨 (EDTA) 등을 검토하였고 또 $\beta$-시클로덱스트린 유도체인 디메칠-$\beta$-시클로덱스트린과 2-히드록시프로필-$\beta$-시클로덱스트린이 펩타이드의 분해억제효과도 함께 검토하였다.

Effects of Acetic Acid on the Microbiological and Physicochemical Properties of Fresh Pork (초산용액 분무 처리가 신선돈육의 저장성에 미치는 영향)

  • This experiment was carried out to investigate the shelf life of fresh pork by spraying 2%(v/vf) acetic acid solution. Both treated with acetic acid and untreated pork were stored at $4^{\circ}C$. The spray of acetic acid solution was effective on growth inhibiton of aerobic and coliform bacteria. The pH, volatile basic nitrogen contents, and thiobarbituric acid value of fresh pork treated with acetic acid were lower than untreated pork during storage. Meat color was more darkened immediately after acetic acid treatment, but untreated pork was more darkened after 2 days storage.

Studies on Softening Stability of Softened Sea Tangle Depending on Various Softening Agents (연화제의 종류에 따른 다시마의 연화 안정성에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out to develop the intermediate material for its processing product of sea tangle by investigating softening stability of softened sea tangle for storage. The change of softening stability, Avrami (equation) exponent, color and sensory characteristics was examined during storage when hydrophilic softening agent was added to the softened sea tangle. Inclination of the sample added with isomalto oligosaccharide showed the lowest value in relation of ln(E$\_$L/- Et) vs t for four days of storage. Exponent range of Avrami equation was 1.00-1.67 and isomalto oligosaccharide having 1.0 of exponent exhibited the most stable effect in softerness. The sample formulated with isomalto oligosaccharide indicated the lowest value in rate constant and its rigidity was progressed very slowly during storage. The L, a and b value of softened sea tangle during storage was relatively decreased. Color preference, odor, cohesiveness, softerness, process compatibility were revealed to be in best when isomalto oligosaccharide was added. When softening agent was added to the softened sea tangle it showed the positive result in processing compatibility and the available value in intermediate material for its processing product. It was relatively effective on softening stability when isomalto oligosaccharide was added to the softened sea tangle.

The Performance of Concrete Used High Strength Development Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (고강도용 폴리카르본산계 고성능 감수제가 사용된 콘크리트의 성능)

  • There are many kinds of polycarboxylate superplasticizer as a functional classification which are introduced to domestic; Water Reducer, Retention, Ultra High Strength Superplasicizer. These are showed different physical behaviors because of the difference in the chemical system and the manners after cement mixing. In the case of water reducer, when $1.2\% of cement weight used, water reducing which is over $30\% is observed, but it take with segregation and the reduction of slump flow shows over 30 cm after 45 min of concrete produce. In the case of retention, when the same quantity used, water reducing which is about $25\% is observed and slump flow which is up to 45 min shows under 15 cm. And in the case of ultra high strength, when $1.2\% of cement weight used, water reducing which is over $30\% is observed, and slump flow which is up to 45 min recorded fewer than 15 cm. Compressive strength of ultra high strength superplasticizer has take effect of early age strength, and in the condition of specific mixing, 18 h-compressive strength is insured for more than $60\;Kgf/cm^2$ and 24 h-compressive strength is insured for more than $80\;Kgf/cm^2$.

Change of Takju Qualities during the Second Brewing Process by Addition of ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ (탁주 2단 담금시 ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$의 주질 변화)

  • This study was conducted to examine the possibility of improvement effect in Takju mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ on the second stage mash. Alcohol was highly generated in comparison with the control on fermentation time in case of the ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ on the second stage mash. Reducing sugar was also highly produced after 2 days on the second stage, and amount of reducing sugar was indicated to be decreased between $4\~6$ days. Total acidity was shown not to be practically changed after 2 days in mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ on the second stage in comparison with the control. Fusel oil produced from mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ was less generated in comparison with the control. Yeast growth on the mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ was revealed to be highly in comparison with the control through fermentation periods. Precipitation velocity of suspension in mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ was shown to be 1.5 times lower than that of the control. Precipitation amount in mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ was not nearly changed on the storage time. The astringency and bitterness were slightly decreased, while on the other turbidity and refreshing were increased in mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$. In general overall preferences was indicated to be fully satisfied in mash added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ in comparison with the control. Nasty smell of Takju added with ${\alpha}G-Hesperidine$ was recognized after 6 days during storage.

  • This study was carried out to figure out on the changes of longitudinal salt movement in the soil through the soil according to the materials and thickness of salt prevent materials and the place of salt prevent at reclaimed land from the sea which is one of the most serious problems when tree planting. Changes of soil salinity were different depending on the seasons. In particular, the soil salinity was lower during the rainy season. But during the dry seasons including early summer before the rainy season and winter season, salinity was relatively higher. Among the seven interruption materials, crushed stone, dredged sand and wood chips showed better interruption effects than the other materials. The interruption effect of salt movement was highest in the both of side and bottom interruption treatment of salt movement than the side interruption treatment of salt movement or the bottom interruption treatment of salt movement. The thickness of the layer should be at least 20cm to prevent salinity effectively.

A Study on the Allowable Bearing Capacity of Pile by Driving Formulas (각종 항타공식에 의한 말뚝의 허용지지력 연구)

  • The estimation of pile bearing capacity is important since the design details are determined from the result. There are numerous ways of determining the pile design load, but only few of them are chosen in the actual design. According to the recent investigation in Korea, the formulas proposed by Meyerhof based on the SPT N values are most frequently chosen in the design stage. In the study, various static and dynamic formulas have been used in predicting the allowable bearing capacity of a pile. Further, the reliability of these formulas has been verified by comparing the perdicted values with the static and dynamic load test measurements. Also in cases, these methods of pile bearing capacity determination do not take the time effect consideration, the actual allowable load as determined from pile load test indicates severe deviation from the design value. The principle results of this study are summarized as follows : A a result of estimate the reliability in criterion of the Davisson method, in was showed that Terzaghi & Peck > Chin > Meyerhof > Modified Meyerhof method was the most reliable method for the prediction of bearing capacity. Comparisons of the various pile-driving formulas showed that Modified Engineering News was the most reliable method. However, a significant error happened between dynamic bearing capacity equation was judged that uncertainty of hammer efficiency, characteristics of variable , time effect etc... was not considered. As a result of considering time effect increased skin friction capacity higher than end bearing capacity. It was found out that it would be possible to increase the skin friction capacity 1.99 times higher than a driving. As a result of considering 7 day's time effect, it was obtained that Engineering News. Modified Engineering News.   • The feasibility of using ammonium (${NH_4}^+$) and potassium ($K^+$)-loaded zeolite (NK-Z) as a slow-release fertilizer to control nitrogen and potassium supply was investigated in this study. The growth responses, which were determined in terms of shoot length, shoot fresh weight, and fresh fruit weight, were greater in plants treated with NK-Z than in those treated with chemical fertilizers (CF) after 18 weeks of transplantation. The total fruit weight per plant in treated with NK-Z as the basal and additional fertilizer (ZBAF) was 14.89% higher than that of CF. The nitrogen and potassium contents in NK-Z amended soils were higher than those in CF amended soils in the final stage of plant growth. The ammonium nitrogen ($NH_4$-N) concentration in ZBAF amended soils was 63.41% higher than that in CF amended soils.
