  • 최근에 전자상거래 시스템에 다양한 에이전트를 적용하여 전자상거래를 보다 활성화시키고 효율적으로 운영하려는 경향이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 에이전트 연구는 판매자의 실제 이익보다는 구매자의 선호도에 따른 물품을 추천하는데 그 기능이 제한되어 있으며, 한 단계 더 나아가 가격과 이윤 문제를 다룬 연구가 있어도, 제시한 가격이 판매자의 이윤에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 어려운 문제가 있었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 원가 회계 이론에 기반한 여러 가지 원가 산정법 중 고저점법과 학습 곡선법의 비교 분석을 통하여 원가를 보다 정확히 산정하고, 판매자는 이를 반영하여 입찰가를 결정함으로써 적정 이윤을 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 판매자가 이윤을 높일수록 경매 유찰 가능성이 커지므로, 과거 낙찰 기록 데이터의 분석을 통해 판매자가 적정 낙찰율을 확보할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 각 원가 산정법을 적용한 에이전트 성능 실험을 통해 적정 이윤을 보장하면서도 낙찰율을 향상시킬 수 있음을 연구한다.

소비자간 전자상거래에서의 개인 효용차를 이용한 자동협상구조

  • 인터넷의 확산으로 일반인들이 높은 정보수집력을 보유하게 됨에 따라 소비자 중심의 시장이 형성되면서 전자상거래를 통한 소비자간의 거래가 점점 늘어가고 있다. 그에 따라 많은 연구자들이 소비자간 전자상거래를 지원하기 위한 지능형 에이젼트를 개발하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 소비자간 전자상거래 에이젼트 시스템은 경매나 역경매와 같은 '1:다'의 경쟁적 협상을 지원하거나, 판매자와 구매자의 거래성사를 위한 시간흐름에 따른 가격조건 완화를 이용한 자동협상에 주로 촛점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 자동협상에 관한 연구와는 다른 관점에서, 소비자들간에 거래하려는 제품에 대해 제품사양 및 거래조건의 변화가 가능한 경우에 판매자와 구매자가 느끼는 개인적인 효용의 차이를 이용하여 판매자와 구매자가 모두 만족하는 제품사양, 거래조건, 가격의 거래결과를 찾아주기 위한 자동협상구조를 제시한다.

  • Recently, consumer who has a desire to spend less money want to buy a cheap and good product because of long economy recession. Secondhand trading is regarded as a good method which allows people to buy cheap and good product. Activation of secondhand trading reduces the psychological distance among customers. Especially, in the case of expensive books such as major books, each university has community only for used book trading. However, existing used book community is hard to find current real-time trading state at a look, and it is impossible to purchase reasonably because of a one-way pricing of the seller. In this paper, we design and implement a used book trading web service using an auction system which can help anyone to trade used book easily. It is designed web based system and it provides convenience to user through efficient book registration function and book search function.

TA Study on the Effects of the Price Sensitivity on the Flow at the Internet Shopping (가격민감도가 인터넷 쇼핑몰 플로우에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Recently price as an information clue on online shopping has become important and price dependency has been also increased. This study suggests the flow which customers experience on online shopping plays a leading role in a matter of revisiting intention, but price sensitivity has a possibility to decrease the flow on the basis of literature investigation. While telling the differences in types of shopping malls, this study also examines relationship verifications with price sensitivity, flow of internet shopping mall and revisiting intension. The results show the flow experience through temporal dissociation makes increase a revisiting intention. To the contrary, this study presents a price search dimension in price sensitivity has negative influence to each dimension of temporal dissociation, heightened enjoyment and curiosity and also the relationship between price importance and flow is rejected. In addition, this influence gets different results by internet auction, pure internet shopping mall, shopping mall which can show price comparisons. In the case of shopping mall which can show price comparisons, more price researches become less curiosities and more heightened enjoyments and curiosities get more revisiting intentions. In the internet auction's case, price search decreases a temporal dissociation and heightened enjoyment and improves a revisiting intention when a temporal dissociation and heightened enjoyment are increased. Price research reduces three types of flow dimensions such as a temporal dissociation, heightened enjoyment, and curiosity in the pure internet shopping mall. In addition, only heightened enjoyment affects to a revisiting intentions.

사례연구를 통한 사이버쇼핑몰의 성공요인 분석

  • 현재 전자상거래는 하루가 다르게 발전하여 무한한 발전의 기회를 제공하고 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 인터넷 비즈니스를 수행하여 성공한 해외 인터넷 비즈니스 사이트들을 쇼핑몰, 포탈, 커뮤니티/채팅, 경매, 게임, 자동차, 음악, 금융, 서적, 여행/티켓, 의류, 음식료, 잡화, 택배로 분류하여 32개 해외성공사이트의 분석을 통하여 주요성공요인을 도출하여 이를 국내 우수한 사이버 쇼핑몰로 선정된 삼성몰, 인터파크, 한솔CS, 롯데인터넷에 적용하여 10개의 주요성공요인을 제품, 고객, 서비스, 컨텐츠, 프로세스, 커뮤니티, 정보, 마케팅, 사이버몰, 가격의 대분류를 기반으로 하여 35개의 소분류로 다시 분석해 내었다. 그리하여 이를 기반으로 이론적 연구모형과 가설을 제시하고 추후 실증분석을 위한 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 대학교의 학생들을 위하여 학과 교과서를 저렴한 가격에 구입할 수 있는 가상 중고서점을 Apache+Php+MySql을 활용하여 구축함으로써 기존 Perl CGI(Common Gateway Interface)방식 보다 빠르고 안전한 웹서비스 할 수 있고, 다른 한편으로는 선 후배간 되물림을 토대로 친목 도모를 할 수 있다. 대학 중고서점은 역 경매 방식으로 설계되었으며, 일반 중고서점 쇼핑몰과는 달리 대학 교과서를 중심으로 매매가 형성되며, 책을 모아둘 창고가 별도로 필요치 않아 소자본으로도 창업이 가능하다. 제목별, 지은이별 검색은 물론, 학교별 분류, 학과별 분류를 제공하여 교과서를 검색하기 때문에 누구든 빠르고 쉽게 교재를 검색하고 찾을 수 있도록 구현 하였다.

Analysis of the Ripple Effect of COVID-19 on Art Auction Using Artificial Neural Network (인공신경망 모형을 활용한 미술품 경매에 대한 COVID-19의 파급효과 분석)

  • This study explores the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Korean art market and contrasts the classic hedonic method of art price prediction with the Artificial Neural Network technique. The empirical analysis of this paper utilizes 14,639 observations of Korean art auction data from 2015 to 2021. There are three types of variables in this study: artist-related, artwork-related, and sales-related. Previous studies have suggested that these three types of variables influence art prices. The empirical findings in this research are in twofold. First, in terms of RMSE and R2, the Artificial Neural Network outperforms the hedonic model. Both techniques discover that sales and artwork variables have a greater impact than artist-related attributes. Second, when the primary factors of art price are controlled, Korean art prices are found to fall dramatically in 2020, shortly following the onset of COVID-19, but to rebound in 2021. The main lesson in this study is that the Artificial Neural Network enhances art price prediction and reduces information asymmetry in the Korean art market even in the face of unanticipated turmoil such as the COVID-19 outbreak.

Analysis on Bidding Behavior in Score Auction: Highway BTO Projects (수익형 민간투자사업(BTO) 입찰평가 분석: 도로사업을 중심으로)

  • Upon selecting preferred bidder in Public-Private Partnership projects, multi-dimensional procurement auction, where price factor and non-price factor are evaluated, is used. This paper tries to analyze bidding data in BTO road projects. It is shown that a winner tends to get higher score in bidding evaluation, which is partly due to increase in base score as well as fiercer competition among bidders. It turns out that score margin in non-price factor was determinant in selecting winner. Also, there was no competition when the level of bonus point was set too high. For price factor, it costs 730 million KRW per score in construction subsidy by government, while it costs 2.43 billion KRW per score in toll revenue. For non-price factor, it was estimated to cost 2.30 billion KRW. Based on the results, it was suggested that we should have appropriate level of bonus point for first initiator, change in scoring rule in construction subsidy part, adjustment of base score in evaluation.

Improvement in Chicken Meat Pricing System in Korea (한국의 닭고기 가격 결정 시스템 개선)

  • In Korea chicken meat price is not determined in the auction markets, but it is artificially calculated using the live chicken price of one day before, transporting cost, converting rate of live chicken into carcass, and slaughtering cost. This calculated price is published through the mass media and used as the base for chicken meat transaction. By the way, since 85% of the Korean broiler industry is composed by the integrated system, the live chicken price is nothing to do with ex-factory price of chicken meat produced by the integrators. Under this pricing system, when we estimate the margin of the chicken meat through the marketing process, the margin of the integrator is fluctuated by the live chicken price of one day before, which is nothing to do with integrators; When the live chicken price is low, the margin of the integrators is low, but the margin of the selling agencies' is relatively high. On the contrast, when the live chicken price is high, the margin of the integrators is high, but the selling agencies' margin will be relatively low, because consumer's price could not be increased in parallel with increase of the live chicken price. Accordingly, the ex-factory price of chicken meat determined using the production cost of live chicken and slaughtering cost of the integrator by adding resonable margin of the integrator should be determined and published, so that it could be used for chicken meat transaction. In Japan the Zen-Noh Chicken Foods Corporation announce the ideal piece of chicken every morning, and all the transactions of the chicken meat will be determined based on this price. In Korea, it will be desirable to make bench marking from Japanese case, in other words the NH could announce the ideal price of chicken meat every morning, so that it would be the base price of chicken meat transaction. Even though the market share of the NH is less than 5%, its publicity should be accepted, since it is a subsidiary of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Korea.

Analysis on the Recent Simulation Results of the Pilot Carbon Emission Trading System in Korea (국내 온실가스 배출권거래제도 시범도입방안에 관한 소고(小考))

  • We investigate the two recent simulations of the proto-type domestic carbon emission trading system in Korea and draw some policy implications. The first simulation includes the 5 electric power companies based on baseline and credit. But the second one is with the 7 energy-intensive companies based on cap and trade. The voluntary approaches in this paper revealed the instability of market equilibrium, i.e., price volatility or distortion, excess supply or demand. These phenomena stems from excess incentives to the players, asymmetric information, players' irresponsible strategic behaviors, and non acquaintance of trading system. This paper suggests the basic design for domestic carbon trading system in future and a stepwise introduction strategy for it including the incentive auction scheme, the total quantity of incentive needed, and how to finance it. Meantime, the further simulations on the various sectors based on voluntary participation must be essential for learning experiences and better policy design.
