초점 - 고준위 방사성폐기물 '국민 안전 관리 로드맵' 제시

  • 산업통상자원부는 5월 26일 행정절차법 제46조에 따라 "고준위방사성폐기물 관리 기본계획(안)"(이하 '기본계획(안)')을 행정 예고했다. 이번 기본계획(안)은 미래 세대를 위해 고준위 방폐물을 안전하게 관리하는 방식과 절차를 담은 사실상 최초의 '중장기 안전 관리 로드맵'으로서, 사용후핵연료 공론화위원회가 고준위 방폐물의 안전 관리의 세부 절차와 틀을 제시한 "권고안"을 바탕으로 정부 차원의 기본 계획을 만든 것이다. 산업부는 이번 기본계획(안)에 대해 6월 중순경 공청회 등 의견 수렴을 거쳐, 7월경 총리주재 원자력진흥위원회를 거쳐 확정할 예정이다. 기본계획(안)은 현재에서 최선의 관리 방식을 선택하면서 현실적 대안도 감안한 것으로, 향후 여건 변화를 반영하여 5년 단위로 보완할 예정이며, 과학 조사, 부지 선정 등 투명한 절차를 담은 (가칭)"고준위방폐물 관리절차에 관한 법률"을 금년중 국회에 제출할 계획이다. 기본계획(안)은 미래 세대를 위해 고준위 방폐물을 안전하게 관리하는 방식과 절차를 주요 내용으로 담고 있으며 세부 내용은 다음과 같다.

Optimum Structural Design of Space truss with consideration in Snap-through buckling (뜀-좌굴을 고려한 공간 트러스의 최적구조설계에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the optimum structural design of space truss considering global buckling, and is to obtain the minimal weight of the structure. The mathematical programming method is used for optimization of each member by member force. Besides, dynamic programming method is adapted for consideration in snap-through buckling. The mathematical modeling for optimum design of truss members consists of objective function of total weight and constrain equations of allowable tensile (or compressive) stress and slenderness. The tangential stiffness matrix is examined to find the critical point on equilibrium path, and a ratio of the buckling load to design load is reflected in iteration procedures of dynamic programming method to adjust the stiffness of space truss. The star dome is examined to verify the proposed optimum design processor. The numerical results of the model are conversed well and satisfied all constrains. This processor is a relatively simple method to carry out optimum design with consideration in global buckling, and is viable in practice with respect to structural design.

Research for establishing a model of optimizing civilian withdrawal plan for the border area (접경지역 최적 주민철수 계획수립을 위한 모형 연구)

  • Purpose: This research proposes an optimization model for effective evacuation routing and scheduling of civilians near the border area when full-scale war threats heighten. Method: To reflect the reality, administrative unit network is created using Kruscal's Algorithm, Harmony Search, CCRP based on the geographical features, population, and traffic data of real cities, and then, optimal civilian evacuation routes are found. Results: Optimal evacuation routes and schedules are computed by repetitive experiments, and it is found that the scenario that minimizes the average civilian evacuation time is effective for the civilian evacuation plan. Conclusion: By using the civilian evacuation plan this research proposes, at the time of establishing the actual civilian evacuation plan, quantitative analysis is used for the effective plan making rather than only depending.

A Link-Based Label Correcting Multi-Objective Shortest Paths Algorithm in Multi-Modal Transit Networks (복합대중교통망의 링크표지갱신 다목적 경로탐색)

  • Generally, optimum shortest path algorithms adopt single attribute objective among several attributes such as travel time, travel cost, travel fare and travel distance. On the other hand, multi-objective shortest path algorithms find the shortest paths in consideration with multi-objectives. Up to recently, the most of all researches about multi-objective shortest paths are proceeded only in single transportation mode networks. Although, there are some papers about multi-objective shortest paths with multi-modal transportation networks, they did not consider transfer problems in the optimal solution level. In particular, dynamic programming method was not dealt in multi-objective shortest path problems in multi-modal transportation networks. In this study, we propose a multi-objective shortest path algorithm including dynamic programming in order to find optimal solution in multi-modal transportation networks. That algorithm is based on two-objective node-based label correcting algorithm proposed by Skriver and Andersen in 2000 and transfer can be reflected without network expansion in this paper. In addition, we use non-dominated paths and tree sets as labels in order to improve effectiveness of searching non-dominated paths. We also classifies path finding attributes into transfer and link travel attribute in limited transit networks. Lastly, the calculation process of proposed algorithm is checked by computer programming in a small-scaled multi-modal transportation network.

A Modeling and Solution Method for Routing of Container Ship (콘테이너 선박 운항경로 문제의 모형화와 해법)

  • 콘태이너 선박은 출발항과 종착항의 두항구 사이를 잇는 지정된 항로를 오가면서 항로의 중도에 있는 각 항구에 기항하여 화물을 상.하역하는 형태로 각 항구 사이의 화물운송을 수행한다. 이때 이윤을 최대화 하기 위해서 선박을 어느 항구에 기항하고, 또 기항하는 항구에서는 얼마만큼의 화물을 항.하역할 것인지를 적절하게 결정해야 한다. 이러한 콘테이너 선박 운항경로 문제를 모형화 하고, 0-1 혼합정수 계획법을 이용한 수리모형을 제시한 후, 최소비용 흐름문제와 분지한계 기법을 이용한 최적해법을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 제시한 해법에서는 먼저, 기항하기로 한 항구의 집합에 따라 부분문제를 정의한다. 또한 분해된 부분문제에서 추가로 기항할 항구들에 대한 운항구간의 적제 한계와 운항비용을 완화시킨 문제를 정의하고, 그것을 다시 최소비용흐름문제를 이용하여 풀어서 상한값ㄹ 구한다. 이와 같은 방법으로 각 부분문제의 하한값과 하한값을 계신히여, 그것을 이용하여 분지를 절단하고, 또한 상한값이 높은 부분문제를 우선적으로 선택하여 분지합으로써 최적해를 구한다.

  • For the Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) problem, a different path results in different SLAM results. Usually, SLAM follows a trail of input data. Active SLAM, which determines where to sense for the next step, can suggest a better path for a better SLAM result during the data acquisition step. In this paper, we will use reinforcement learning to find where to perceive. By assigning entire target area coverage to a goal and uncertainty as a negative reward, the reinforcement learning network finds an optimal path to minimize trajectory uncertainty and maximize map coverage. However, most active SLAM researches are performed in indoor or aerial environments where robots can move in every direction. In the urban environment, vehicles only can move following road structure and traffic rules. Graph structure can efficiently express road environment, considering crossroads and streets as nodes and edges, respectively. In this paper, we propose a novel method to find optimal SLAM path using graph structure and reinforcement learning technique.

  • In the global trend of countries around the world announcing the declaration of carbon neutrality, the development of low-carbon cement in the cement industry can be seen as a very important issue that can determine the future development of the cement industry in the future. Therefore, this study evaluated the strength characteristics of limestone cement paste with limestone powder of CaCO3 and refinery desulfurization waste catalyst of high Al2O3 content, and using a Minitab mixture design to optimize a limestone cement content. As a resuls it was confirmed that limestone cement paste with 5-10% of limestone powder and 1.25-2.5% of the waste catalyst exhibits similar compressive strength to that of OPC.

  • 경질 3가 크롬 도금액은 내적인 구성 조성물의 화학비나, 외적인 온도, 시간 등 여러 가지 실험인자들의 복잡한 작용으로 인해 어떤 인자가 어떠한 작용에 상호 영향을 미치는지 파악하기가 쉽지 않다. 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 실험계획법을 작성하고, 측정된 반응치료로부터 분석을 실시하여 최적경사경로를 도출하였다. 또한, 잔차분석과 호감도 함수를 이용한 최적화가 진행되었다.

Development of 4-D Trajectory Modeling using BADA (BADA를 활용한 4-D 경로 모델링법 개발)

  • Four dimensional(4-D) trajectory modeling is conducted based on flight plan. The flight plan is divided into several segments which represent certain operating flight modes. Thrust, drag and fuel consumption rate of an aircraft are calculated using BADA provided by Eurocontrol. The trajectory is modeled with the rate of climb/descent calculated with Total-Energy Equation. The simulation results with a typical aircraft and its flight plan indicate that the trajectory modeled corresponds well with the suggested flight plan. The performance profiles including total endurance time and time history for speed, thrust, drag and fuel consumption were also appropriately generated.

Multiobjective Routing and Scheduling for Vehicles Transporting Hazardous Materials (위험물 운송차량의 다목적 경로 및 스케줄 관리 방안)

  • Vehicles transporting hazardous materials can make huge damage to people, properties and environment by traffic accidents. Therefore, transporting hazardous materials is a big issue with the cutting edge technology of communications in these days. However, despite this situation, Korean government gives limited efforts for systematic management, research and investment about hazardous materials. Accordingly, this research suggests the key path finding algorithm about management of real-time schedule and routes for vehicles transporting hazardous materials. Besides, the case study is progressed in transportation networks of Seoul in order to evaluate the reality of algorithm. Specifically, time-space network transformation is performed for time window attributes. In addition, this study proposes the techniques searching for non-dominated paths considering schedule by the multiobjective shortest path algorithm based on dynamic programming in dynamic transportation networks including multiobjective attributes.
