상호접속고시기준에 따라 2000년부터 “유선전화가입자로부터 이동전화가입자로의 착신통화(이하 LM 통화라 한다)”의 접속료를 현행 수익배분방식에서 원가검증을 통한 정산방식으로 전환하여야 한다. 이에 따라 수익배분 하에서는 문제가 되지 않았던 LM 통화의 접속경로설정 방법이 사업자간에 쟁점사항으로 대두될 전망이다. 이는 접속경로를 어떻게 설정하느냐가 접속원가산정에 상당한 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 본 고에서는 영국, 호주, 일본에서의 LM 통화 접속경로설정 사례와 국내현황을 살펴보고 현행제도의 개선대안을 검토해 보고자 한다.

The watchman routes which an watchman patrols the interior of polygon moving along the route are classified to minimum length or minimum links. The watchman route with minimum links has minimum changes of direction in process. In this paper, we present an algorithm with $O(N^2)$ time for finding the watchman route with minimum links in the weakly visible polygons which have specific property.

The migration path of a multiple-generation technology that occurs during a technological substitution by a new technology is important to understanding the phenomenon of technological substitution, and can contribute to understanding the process of technological innovation. This research defines the concept of migration path and develops a model of the types of migration paths by multiple dimensions (actor, generation, and time) in a multiple-generation technology. Based on a literature review and tracking of migration paths according to multiple dimensions, the definitions and types of migration paths were provided, and the accuracy of the model was verified based on a case study of the semiconductor industry. The migration paths of suppliers are modeled with three types (switching, leapfrogging, and new entrance paths), and the migration paths of customers are modeled with four types (switching, leapfrogging, new entrance, and diffusion paths) in a multiple-generation technology. This research will be useful for understanding the migration paths in the phenomenon of technological substitution, and can be applied to other industries in addition to the semiconductor industry, including various actors. In addition, suppliers and customers can understand technological substitution and can establish a technology strategy against their competitors.

The watchman route with minimum links has minimum changes of direction and a weakly visible polygon consists of two chains which have mutually weakly visibility. In this paper, we present an Ο($n^2$) time algorithm for finding the watchman route with minimum links in the weakly visible polygons, where n is the number of vertices of a given polygon.

The development and speed improvement of the Internet network, and the development of many platforms based on it, have brought about a rapid expansion of production and consumption of various contents. However, the existing IP-based Internet system cannot efficiently cope with such an urgent increase in data. Accordingly, an alternative called the CCN(Contents Centric Network) has emerged, enabling more efficient data transmission and reception centered on content rather than host. In this paper, we will deal with the mobility of intermediate nodes in CCN real-time streaming service, which is one of the major research fields of CCN, and minimize network overload through more efficient path switching through RSSI detection. In other words, by improving the method of selecting and switching a spare path when an intermediate node located between the requester(consumer) and the provider moves, a mechanism for managing data transmission is not interrupted and unnecessary load due to route switching does not occur in the network.

The purpose of this study is to review causal effect of corporate image, customer royalty on switching cost. Specifically, giving managerial view point to build strategic CRM is major purpose of this research with finding out how the switching cost influences to the corporate image and customer loyalty deciding customer's desire of repurchase and knowing the important factors of corporate image. The result of this study is that switching cost has an effect on corporate image as the important factors. Also corporate image influences on customer loyalty.

천연가스를 화학적 전환에 의해 부가가치를 높이기 위해서는 리포밍에 의해 합성가스(CO/H2)를 경유하는 간접전환경로가 현재로서는 가장 현실적인 방법이라 할 수 있다. 천연가스를 이용한 합성가스 제조기술은 수증기개질법(SRM), 이산화탄소 개질법(CDR, dry reforming), 부분산화법, 촉매 부분 산화법, 자열개질법 등으로 구분되며, 최근에는 각각의 제조방법의 장점을 고려하여 혼합개질법 또는 일련의 리포머 조합 방법이 개발되고 있다. CDR은 촉매 하에서 메탄과 이산화탄소의 직접접촉에 의해 반응이 일어나며, 수소와 일산화탄소의 비가 같은 합성가스가 제조된다. SRM에 비하여 고온에서 반응이 일어나고 전환율이 더 낮으므로 에너지 소비가 상대적으로 높다. 하지만, SRM과 함께 사용하면 합성가스 비율을 F-T합성이나 메탄올 합성에 적절한 비율로 조절이 가능한 장점이 있으며, 온실가스를 저감시킬 수 있는 전환기술로도 각광받고 있다. 본 발표에서는 최근의 CDR을 이용한 가스로부터 합성석유(GTL)와 메탄올을 고효율로 생산하는 기술 개발 동향에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

현재 우리나라 혁신시스템은 기존의 성장 및 기술공급 위주의 발전전략이 한계를 노정하면서 새로운 전환기를 맞고 있다. 이에 새로운 혁신 경로 창출을 위한 과학기술 ICT 정책 패러다임 전환은 물론 지속가능한 에너지, 농업 농촌 등 다양한 영역에서의 시스템 전환이 필요한 상황이다. 이를 위해서는 과학기술 ICT와 에너지 환경 등 관련 분야 간의 연계 통합은 물론, 기술이 활용 확산되는 현장이나 사회, 사용자의 이해가 더욱 중요해진다. 리빙랩은 사용자 참여를 기반으로 하는 새로운 혁신모델이자 지속가능한 시스템 전환의 니치 실험으로서 최근 유럽을 중심으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술 ICT가 에너지 전환, 농업 농촌 시스템 전환, ICT 정책 패러다임의 전환에 적용된 리빙랩 사례를 살펴보고 우리나라에서의 시사점을 도출하였다. 유럽의 SusLab 프로젝트, C@R 프로그램, 대만의 리빙랩 사례 모두 사전기획 단계부터 지역 사용자의 배경과 경험을 적극적으로 수집하고, 사용자 주도의 혁신활동을 개발프로세스 전반에서 유지함으로써 적실성있는 문제해결은 물론 다양한 전환 실험을 성공적으로 추진하였다. 이러한 결과는 중앙정부와 지자체의 R&D사업에서 각각 리빙랩의 도입을 검토하는 우리나라에 다양한 시사점을 제공한다. 리빙랩은 국가 또는 지역 전반의 사회 기술시스템의 전환을 위한 전략적 니치 실험, 정책 간 연계통합의 수단, 새로운 지역혁신 모델로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 혁신정책 패러다임에서 강조하고 있는 사용자 및 수요 측면을 반영한 정책통합을 실현할 수 있는 중요한 플랫폼이 될 수 있다.

This study examines the development direction of Ulsan automobile cluster and suggests strategic interventions, based on the possibility of system transformation in the open economic system. The spatial characteristics of global, national and local production and R&D networks were analyzed to investigate the conditions of Ulsan automobile cluster. And the agglomeration process of automobile industry and the capabilities accumulated in Ulsan were analyzed and alternative developmental path and policy suggestions were proposed.
