Structural Analysis of Self-Development Competency and Employment Readiness to improve the Job Achievement of Women's University Students (여대생의 취업을 향상시키기 위한 자기개발역량과 취업준비도의 구조적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of self-development competency on employment readiness for job achievement of women's university students and to enhance the recruiting rate of female students ultimately. This paper classified the factors of self-development competency and employment readiness and defined a new research model. This study is meaningful what self-development competency is actually helpful for female undergraduates to get a job. Both self-recognition skill and self-control skill have positive primary effects on their career development skills in self-development competency. Career development skills has a positive secondary effect on not only their goal setting for job seeking but also their searching for job information. This paper suggests that career development skills is of paramount importance so as to improve employment readiness. It is expected that executable education policies and cases can be more developed on the basis of this study.

An Implementation of the Career Management System Based on the Android Platform (안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 경력관리시스템 구축)

  • In this paper, we propose a CMS(Career Management System) based on the Android Platform, which is able to manage the result of MBTI, an aptitude test and English skills such as TOEIC, conversation, writing, etc. and to deal with the performance of the on-the-job practice, internship, project participation, graduation exhibition, contest exhibition, etc. during the period of attendance at school, This system is divided into the server module and the client one. First, the server module is used to build up the web site of the CMS that can serve to save the data related to each student's career. Second, the client module is to develop the application based on the Android Platform. This application can easily access the career-related information and always function as maintaining and managing the new data. If we make good use of the CMS proposed in this study, the relevant departments and bureaus in colleges and universities can activate the service capacity and also enhance the employment competitiveness by adding value to the students.

  • This paper proposes a system that can manage and verify personal career information through a block chain to solve the problem of getting a job by forging an individual's career when hiring employees. Blockchain network uses private network, and inside the block, the user's academic and career information is kept. The functions of the block chain perform the functions of block creation, block internal data retrieval, career and academic verification, which works through chain code. As a result of the performance evaluation of the proposed system, the processing time per transaction was measured at approximately 110 ms and the search time was measured at 10 ms, and it was applied to the actual system to confirm that it was available.

A Study on the Regional Labor Market Experiences of Young Women in Jeollanam-do Province: Focusing on the Labor Mobility (전남지역 대졸 청년여성의 지역노동시장 경험연구: 노동이동을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications on the settlement of regional labor market of young women through detailed study on the experience of regional labor market in Jeollanam-do Province. For this purpose, this study analyzed the labor mobility experience in the regional labor market of young women, which lacked specific case studies. In this study, we have identified the causes of job changes by dividing the labor mobility of young women into intra-career moves and inter-career moves. For the causes of labor mobility we divided into two aspects: problems in preparation for employment and employment conditions. The inter-career moves included more diverse factors than intra-career moves. In the inter-career moves, problems in preparation for employment were highlighted as the causes of job changes. In the case of moving within the career, young women would leave because of the employment conditions such as the expiration of the employment period, but the turnover appears to be the way of retaining their previous career. On the other hand, in the case of intra-career moves, the strong desire to maintain the career was shown, and at the same time, the possibility of leaving the region was also high. Based on the case study, this study proposed systematic career counseling for career match, and construction of career management system to support continuous career development.

여성(女性) 고비문제(雇備問題)에 대한 제도적(制度的) 접근(接近)

  • 본고(本稿)에서는 고용구조조사(雇傭構造調査) 1986년 및 1992년 테이프를 활용하여 여성(女性)의 학력별(學歷別) 연령별(年齡別) 경제활동(經濟活動)및 실업(失業)과 취업구조(就業構造)에 대하여 분석하였는바, 여기서 확인된 우리나라 여성 고용문제는 크게 세가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 여성의 연령별 경제활동참가율이 중졸 이하 학력 여성의 경우 M자형(字型), 고졸 이상 학력 여성의 경우 단봉형(單峰型)으로 나타나 연령에 따라 큰 기복을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 여성 중에서도 고학력 고연령층(경제활동참가율과 고용률의 악화)과 저학력 저연령층(실업률의 증가)의 고용문제가 심화되고 있다. 셋째, 저학력 여성의 제조업(혹은 생산직) 취업이 고령화(高齡化)되고 서비스업 취업이 전통적 부문(도 매소 음식 숙박업)에 집중되고 있으며, 고학력 여성의 사회 개인서비스업, 관리 전문직, 파트타임 등에서의 취업이 활성화(活性化)되지 못하는 등 여성 취업구조(就業構造) 고도화(高度化)의 한계(限界)를 보이고 있다. 본고(本稿)에서는 이렇게 실증적으로 확인된 문제점들이 결국 우리나라 여성 대부분이 '생애직업경력(生涯職業經歷)(lifetime job career)'을 가지지 못하는 제도적(制度的) 문제점(問題點)으로 귀시(歸蓍)되는 것에 주목하고 이러한 제도적 문제를 해소하기 위한 제도(制度) 개선(改善)의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 여성 고용문제 해소를 위한 바람직한 '제도건설(制度建設)(institution building)'의 방향으로 본고에서는 (1)여성을 위한 고교 교육 및 직업훈련의 개편, (2)여성을 위한 전문대학 및 대학 교육의 개선, (3)여성을 위한 고용서비스의 강화, (4)출산 및 육아에 따른 여성 부담의 경감, (5)여성에 대한 고용주로서의 정부 역할 재정립 등을 강조하였다.

A Study on the Impact of Career Maturity on the Protean Career Attitude and the Subjective Career Success of College Students (대학생의 진로성숙도가 프로티언 경력태도와 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted in order to raise a question regarding limitations of career guidance as career guidance programs for university students are limited to career planning and preparation and fail to deal with career management after being employed. Accordingly, it investigated the effects of career maturity, which is mainly studied among university students, on protean career attitude and effects of protean career attitude on subjective career success. To that end, this study built a research model based on the effects of career maturity and protean career attitude on subjective career success of university students and analyzed data collected from 273 university students based on the research model. The result showed that career maturity of university students had positive effects on their protean career attitude. Especially, in career maturity, planning and independence had significant effects on protean career attitude. However, in career maturity attitude, attitude toward work had negative effects. Also, protean career attitude of university students had significant effects on subjective career success. This study aimed to explain the relationship between career of university students and relevant behaviors and perception by clarifying the structural relationship among planning, independence, attitude toward work, protean career attitude, and subjective career success. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that career management theory should be newly introduced into career guidance program of university students.

여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 경력단절여성창업자 대상으로 회복탄력성 조절효과검증

  • 대한민국은 2017년 이후 저출산·고령화사회로 진입하였고 생산가능인구가 감소함에 따라 노동생산성이 낮아지고 있으며, 여성의 경력단절 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 정부에서는 여성가족부와 고용노동부가 함께 여성의 경력단절 예방과 해결을 위해 다양한 지원창업과 경제활동을 장려하고 있지만 현실에서의 재취업장벽과 열악한 노동환경, 일과 가정의 양립 문제 등으로 인해 경력단절 여성들 특히, 고스펙·고학력의 여성들은 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택하고 있으나 창업의 성공률은 그다지 높지 않아 다양한 대비책이 요구되는 실정이다. 여성 기업가는 창업부터 성장하기까지 수많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경제활동의 핵심주축으로 성장할 수 있으며 창업이라는 혁신적이고 생산적인 활동으로 전환해 일자리 창출 및 기업의 혁신과 나아가서는 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 경력단절여성 창업자를 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 여성기업가 특유의 소비자의 욕구를 세심하고 활동적으로 파악하여 생활밀착형 아이디어가 풍성면모와 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 진취적인 성향과 회복탄력성이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 초점을 두고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 기업가정신의 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 구성하였고, 창업성과의 주요구성요소인 '재무성과', '비재무성과'를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 회복탄력성을 조절변수로하는 연구모형을 상정하였고 이는 여성의 기업가정신과 창업성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과여부를 확인하여 여성의 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 심각한 사회문제로 떠오르고 있는 여성의 경력단절 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 중소벤처기업부 및 여성가족부, 고용노동부 등에서는 여성창업자를 대상으로 체계적인 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성에 관한 교육을 시행할 것을 제언한다.

Obligated Involuntary Officer's Employment Support Plan Research After Discharge (군(軍) 단기복무장교의 전역 후 취업지원 방안 연구)

  • Because Korean military promotes employment support policy which give priority to the middle service officer who served more than 5 but less than 10 years and long term service officer who served more than 10 years, the support policy for obligated involuntary officer is relatively deficient. To make matters worse, national youth unemploy ment makes obligated involuntary officers suffer from serious unemployment crisis after discharge. These problems have bad effect on gaining ROTC KAOCS cadets who constitute about 80% of first appointment officers and because they are mostly discharged after just taking a short service, it's time to find a measure to solve the problem. Thus, this study is investigated to improve competitive rate of entry of ROTC KAOCS for securing outstanding manpower by deducing MR about legislation and system which are related to employment support for obligated involuntary officers and suggesting stable job secure plan for employment support, supplement system, and after discharge, model way of career management during military service of an obligated involuntary officers who are suitable for qualificated men who are needed for a company. Also, it will lead to combat power development of the military consequently.

ePortfolio System Design and Prototype Development for Professional Competency and Career Management Support of Undergraduate Students (역량·진로교육 지원을 위한 대학생 e포트폴리오 시스템 설계와 프로토타입 개발: S대학교 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study is aimed to overcome the limitation of traditional learning competence and career management system, and conducted to design the function of integrated ePortfolio and the elements of the system for administrative control of curricular and extracurricular program of the university as well as to develop a printout-based prototype in the context of S-university. Researchers deducted the main menus and functions of the integrated ePortfolio by two experts validification procedures, searched for the subfunctions, and secured their validity. Mainly 6 elements of integrated ePortfolio system are designed as follows: basic information, learning and competence management, course and career management, portfolio management, and community. Among these, the three elements of learning and competence, course and career, and portfolio management are assessed as excellent and differentiated from traditional ePortfolios. The study also developed a printout-based prototype of ePortfolio system and provided authentic guide for the ePortfolio system. At the same time, the result of the study contributed to increasing the sense of the developmental direction of the ePortfolio in the institute.
