산업 패러다임과 트랜드의 변화 속에서도 저성장, 고령화는 뉴 노말 시대의 가장 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 각자도생이 필요하며, 결국 창업이 대세인 시대가 되었다. 성공적인 창업을 위해서는 많은 준비와 실패 노하우의 축적이 필요하나 실패를 용납하지 않는 우리 사회분위기상 이는 쉽지 않다. 조사에 따르면 창업 장애요인으로 '창업실패 및 재기에 대한 두려움', '창업 준비부터 성공까지의 생계유지'가 많은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 장애요인을 줄이는 방법으로 Hybrid창업을 제시할 수 있으나 국내 많은 기업이 직장인의 겸직을 제한하는 탓에 Hybrid창업이 활성화되지 못하고 있고 관련 연구도 거의 없는 수준이다. 그러나 52시간 근무제로 직장인이 투잡(two-job)을 통한 수익창출 기회는 증가하였고, 고용불안과 은퇴이후를 고민하는 직장인들이 우회 창업하는 경우도 적지 않다. 이러한 Hybrid창업 현상은 조기은퇴, 고령화의 영향으로 계속 증가할 것으로 예상됨에 따라 관련 연구를 축적할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 Hybrid 창업의도에 미치는 영향요인을 탐색하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 직장인의 창업가 특성, 창업역량, 경력지향성과 Hybrid창업의도간의 관계와, 직장인의 조직불안 인식의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다.

This study examined the relationship by empirically analyzing whether the suitability, importance, frequency, and difficulty of the job depends on the practical experience of medical skincare workers. The purpose of the project is to help efficiently perform the duties in the field. As analysis methods, frequency, factor, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA analysis were conducted. After looking at the suitability of the job according to the working experience of medical skincare workers, it was confirmed that skin beauty education was being used appropriately in the skincare job in medical skincare. The higher the frequency at the actual site of the job, the higher the importance, and the more difficult it was depending on the working experience. As the medical beauty industry grows, various studies on the jobs of medical skincare workers should be conducted to systematize them into professional jobs.

Korea is one of low-ranked countries in women's economic participation rate among OECD nations because well-educated females are not participating in economic activities. Regardless of current state of our society, opening a business is being considered as a effective method for job creation. Also, increasing the number of female business founders can lead to female job creation which promotes even growth of foundation and job creation and augments women's economic activity rate. Therefore, this study suggests the direction of foundation and inspires foundation factors and aims at increasing social re-participation through vitalization of business foundation by women in career discontinuity. For this study, I carried out a survey targeting career interrupted women who have attained entrepreneurial education using five- point scale by Likert and analyzed with SPSS Windows 18.0. The analysis set up 3 hypotheses with independent variables of psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment and the dependent variable of entrepreneurial intention of the career interrupted women. Also, I looked if there is the modify effect when psychological traits and entrepreneurial education affect the entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial environment as a moderating variable. To summarize the positive analysis result, Firstly, all psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment had similar positive affects on career interrupted women's entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, when psychological traits and entrepreneurial education affect the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial environment had similar effects as a moderating effect. This study implies that psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment are all important for the career interrupted women's entrepreneurial intention. There are so many women who are going through both professional experience and personal network's severance. Therefore, optimized entrepre neurship education must be provided to help those women return to economic activity considering their psychological traits. Additionally, we should put emphasis on producing the entrepreneurial environment that can positively convert others' perceptions and construct those women's personal network. There seems to be more productive information for the strategies which can induce those women's actual business foundation if the social problems of the women who have highly willing to open a business are treated in the future. Also, considering that psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment all have effect on entrepreneurial intentions, there should be more related follow-up study on this.

이 글은 체육 및 운동과학 연구에서 각종 통계적 방법의 출현을 역사적으로 개관하고 이들 통계적 방법의 출현시기를 미국의 경우와 비교함으로써 한국 체육학연구의 학문적 성장을 확인하고 이들 방법 적용과정에서 나타난 문제점을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 통계적 방법 관련논문을 분석하고 통계적 방법이 체육 현장에서 어느 정도 중요하게 다루어 질 수 있는지를 확인하기 위해 측정,평가 담당교수의 학문적 배경과 교육적 경력을 조사하였다. 전공자의에 대한 의 체육학이 아직 학문적으로 자리를 잡기 전인 최초 태동 시기에 적용된 통계적 방법을 미국의체육학회지(RQES)와 비교해 볼 때 동일한 통계적 방법의 적용시기는 약 30년 차이가 있다. 이러한 차이는 미국에서 1980년도에 나타나기 시작한 진보된 다변량 통계기법을 1990년대에 적용하기 시작하면서 급속도로 좁혀졌으며 현재는 동일한 시기에 나타나고 있다. 그러나 진보된 통계적 기법의 출현에도 불구하고 이들 기법을 적용하는데 필요한 기본가정이 충족되었는지에 대한 검토 없이 적지않은 논문이 보고되고 있다. 담당교수의 학문적, 교육적 배경이 통계학과 거리가 있는 교수가 47%로 나타남으로써 가르치는 내용과 범위에서 적지않은 제약이 따르고 있다. 또한 전문가에 의한 평가체제가 확립되지 못함으로써 적용된 통계적 기법의 적절성을 평가하는데 장애가 되고 있다.

Small business start-up competition in the market has become overheated. It is effected by early retirement and unemployment, specially youth employment. It is a research on small business owners' satisfaction of SEMAS(Small Enterprise and Market Service) based on the funding policy, education and consulting program. It has surveyed 272 small business owners living Gyeongsangnam-province from January 2013 to September 2015. In addition, it analyzes some factors such as motivation, business model, item, owner's experience, sales and demographic by small business owner. Analysis results, the satisfaction of small business that uses support system is shown to be significantly related with education degree, entrepreneur motivation, and business kind is partly related. It will conduct a decision-making governor to help small business owners entered the start-up market and.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of background variables, development stage, and perception of accountability on kindergarten teachers' adaptation to the teaching profession. The researchers surveyed 224 teachers in public and private kindergarten. The results of the study are as follows: First, in terms of age, the older they were, the better teachers adjusted to the teaching profession. As for their teaching career, the more teaching experience they had, the better teachers adapted to the teaching profession, but there were no significant differences between 6-10 years and more than 11 years. As to the level of education, four-year college graduates or graduate school graduates adjusted better than two-year college graduates. Second, teachers in the Capability Development Stage and Growth-Enthusiasm Stage showed a higher degree of adaptation than those in the Entrance-Acceptance Stage. Finally, the higher perception of accountability they have, the better teachers could adapt to the teaching profession. Among the categories of accountability, the professional accountability affected most highly the teachers' adaptation to the teaching profession.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the nursing teacher in vocational high school operates the class and examine various perceptions about the operation education. Moreover, This is to comparing the difference between nursing experience and education major about the operation the class. Based on the above findings, First, the nursing teacher should be recognized as a professional subject teacher and should have a qualification system that is appropriate as a professional subject teacher. Second, a formal education program should be established so that those who worked in the nursing field can become teachers of nursing education. It is recommended that nursing education within the graduate school of education be newly established and operated only for nursing graduates who are majored in the same country as developed countries. Third, if the establishment of qualifications and qualifications system can not be realized in a short time, it is necessary to systematically prepare the training for specialization nursing teachers only.

The purpose of this study is to analyze motivations, benefits, and satisfactions of the college student volunteers. We carry out the pre-to-post survey with 615 college student volunteers (male 245, female 367) who have participated in the mobile education program for the elderly funded by a Telecom. The instruments consist of VFI (Volunteer Functions Inventory) developed by Clary & Snyder (1999), including 30 items for motivations, 12 items for achievements, and 5 items for satisfactions of volunteering. The items for motivations and achievements are comprised of 6 subcategories: career, value, understanding, protective, enhancement, and social. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Enhancement motivation is the highest, followed by understanding, value, career, protective, and social motivation. (2) Social benefit is the highest, followed enhancement, career, understanding, value, protective benefit. (3) The difference between motivation and benefit in social category is the largest, followed by career, enhancement, value, protective, and understanding category. While benefit is higher than motivation in all other categories, motivation is higher than benefit just in value category. (4) High motivation-high benefit, high motivation-low benefit, low motivation-high benefit, and low motivation-low benefit groups are dichotomized by the median of each motivation and benefit. In all six categories, high motivation-high benefit group shows the highest satisfaction, but low motivation-low benefit group shows the lowest. In short, benefit shows stronger correlation with satisfaction than motivation does. Finally, we suggest several implications for future research and policy of college students' volunteering based on these results.

This study aims to suggest a way to improve the professional abilities of the principals of meister high schools by analysing their perception of the standards of performance of their duties. To carry out this study, we have developed the standards of performance of the duties of the principals of meister high schools through the systematic research on the realm of the duties of the principals of meister high schools, and analysed the principals' perception of their duties using the developed standards of performance of their duties. The results of this study are as followed. First, In the stage of planning the school management, the school management plan, the ways to get budget, the plan for evaluation and feedback of the accomplishment of the performance of school management plan should be included. Second, The area of the school management is subdivided into securing school budget, reviewing and arranging the budgets demanded by teachers, executing school budgets, obtaining school equipments and facilities, maintaining school equipments and facilities, managing school feeding, organizing and operating school steering committee, reflecting the opinions of school steering committee. Third, The school curriculum should be developed by a job analysis and the teaching should reflect the analysis. Fourth, The area of the career path and the management of the career for young meisters includes the analysis of the demand of students, parents, and companies, the development of meister growth route and program for managing their career, and the analysis of meister growth route and reflection of the results of the analysis. Fifth, The field of guiding students includes supporting the students counseling service, and managing a variety of school events. 6th, In the realm of cooperation with communities are included designing programs for collaborating and training students with companies, building cooperation with companies, and obtaining supports from communities and related organizations. 7th, In the area of supporting teachers to improve their professional competence, it figured out that supporting teachers' voluntary learning and studying should take a top priority. In conclusion, it is necessary for meister high school principals to have capability to deal with meister growth route and career management, supporting collaboration with other organizations, building and managing laboratories, encouraging teachers' professional improvement, and operating school curriculum and teaching activities.

The purpose of this study was to develop a mentoring program to support the professional growth of new nurses and to check the effectiveness. This mentoring program was developed by research teams and mentoring professionals based on Benner's theory. The data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The average of satisfaction of mentoring program in the mentees is 4.31 higher than mentor as 3.77. The highest scored item was 'need of mentoring program', the lowest one was 'mentoring program period and number of meetings'. Finally based on the results of the research, the duration of the mentoring program was changed to the six months. A steady support of the organizational policy about mentoring program is required to secure an outstanding nursing workforce.
