This study is to investigate determinants of the private security agents' career choices. Random sampling of newly agents working at the private security firms in Gyeonggi-do and ChungChong-do was used. The period of under review was from May, 2010 to June, 2011 and the total number of interviews was 382. For this study using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis(EFA/CFA), reliability analysis, discriminant analysis and descriptive statistics. The followings are conclusions. The first factor is' the value of job'. It consists of public security, contributions to our society and nation, protection public safety, spirit of sacrifice, crime prevention, and maintenance security. The second factor is 'ease of career choice'. Qualifying conditions are not particular and it is easy to get the job, as a result, this job is easy of access, they chose this job. The third factor is 'occupational stability'. They think this is a good job because the job is future-oriented so they chose this job. The fourth factor is' curiosity'. They became interested in this job, so they wanted to know about this job and then they chose this job.

LCD Enterprises introduce quality management strategy to survive in rapid change of production situation. Especially in LCD industry, competitiveness is more needed ever before in the decrease of investment resulted from frequent business fluctuations and in the appearance of the third competitor. In order to overcome this situation, the quality cost system should be implemented as it is suited to a company, but few companys introduce and apply the quality cost system in LCD industry. Thus, Critical factors for outstanding LCD company to apply successfully quality cost system are studied in this paper. The level of importance of the factors is measured be weighted value analysis and a way to maximize the effect of applying quality cost system in LCD industry is proposed by the order of importance.

이 연구는 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 정보기술수용모형(technology acceptance model) 관련 선행연구를 토대로, 스마트교육 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 잠재모형을 개발하였다. 잠재모형의 예비타당성 검증절차를 거친 후, 이를 통해 수정된 모형을 검증하기 위해 경기도 A 연구소의 스마트교육 체험학습프로그램을 이수한 초 중 고등학생 132명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구결과, 다음과 같은 가설들이 채택되었다. 상호작용성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 I). 상호작용성은 지각된 사용용이성에 영향을 미친다(가설 II). 상호작용성은 지각된 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 III). 사회적 영향은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미친다(가설 IV). 사회적 영향과 상호작용성은 서로 영향을 미친다(가설 V). 지각된 유용성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VI). 지각된 사용용이성은 수용의도에 영향을 미친다(가설 VII). 또한 연구모형의 적합도 검증 결과, $x^2$값은 6.600, 유의확률은 .086으로서 유의수준 .05에서 모형과 자료가 일치한다는 영가설이 채택되었으며, GFI, CFI, TLI 값은 각각 .98, .99, .99로 높은 적합도 수준을 보였다. 다만, RMSEA 값은 .09로서 다소 높은 값을 보이지만, 수정된 연구모형의 적합성을 해하는 수준은 아닌 것으로 판단되었다.

The main objective of this study is to empirically analyze the relationship among the major variables of viewing motivation, audience satisfaction, and behavioral intention in the esports spectatorship based on the uses and gratification theory. Through the exploratory factor analysis, we have identified major motivation measures of esports. Regression analysis also showed key motivation factors on audience satisfaction and behavioral intention.

This study empirically analyzes the effect of a sports club's performance and social media operations on online information search volume, reflecting fan engagement. Additionally, it confirms that such effect can vary depending on the issuance of sports fan tokens. The analysis of the data resulted in the support of all four hypotheses presented in this study. The team's goal differentials during the games exhibited a significant and positive effect on the online information search volume by fans. Furthermore, the quantity of a team's social media posts also showed a significant and positive effect on the online information search volume. The aforementioned effects of the team's game-related performance and social media activity on the online information search volume appeared to be strengthened when the sports fan tokens of the team were issued. This study conducts an empirical analysis of fan engagement in sports clubs and delves into the marketing dimensions of sports fan tokens. By doing so, it broadens the research scope within sports marketing and offers practical insights for the development of marketing strategies by sports clubs.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Roche technique performed by three male subjects in 2003 Taegu World Students Game. Conclusions are as followed. If the angular momentum was increased to counter-clockwise on voulting, the momentum acted like an interrupting factor of body spinning force. The biggest body angle was at VTD phase and the smallest was at BTO phase. At the phase of contacting on vaulting board and taking off from the vaulting board, the biggest personal angle difference between VTD and BTO was found. As the Roche technique was needed not only to fly high but also to increase body spinning rate, the projection angles of Roche technique were showed smaller than those of Cuervo technique. The angular velocity was peak during 2 times forward turn phase. The angular momentum was influenced by angular velocity from BTO and VTD phase.

최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

This study examined the influence of communication between families and self-esteem on the depression mood of the elderly, and provides basic data for a depression care program. For those purposes, a questionnaire was developed based on the literature regarding the depression mood. To achieve the research aim, the surveys were conducted in Seoul, Gyenggi-do for 420 elderly people from April to May 2014. The results of the hypothesis testing were as follows. The degree of depression was increased significantly in the elderly with economic factors, factor in family relationships, health factors, and social factors. According to hierarchical regression analysis, a significant mediating effect was found with communication between families and self-esteem on the depression mood of the elderly. Therefore, the characteristics of the elderly individual communication between families and the increase in self-esteem, which can be specifically institutional, social and administrative unit and financial support should be considered.

This study is to verify and analyze the influencing factors of successful aging with social support, self-efficacy and subjective health status on middle-aged women from an aesthetic point of view. The survey was performed to the women between the ages of 50 and 64 in Seoul and Kyunggi province, Korea. 321 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 18.0 program. Multiple regression was used to identify significant predictors of successful aging. The most influencing factor for successful aging was social support, the second was self-efficacy, the third was subjective health status. This regression model explained 56.7% of the variance in successful aging. The result shows it can be an important consideration in intervention and program of successful aging for middle-aged women. Our investigation of this study may provide the basic data for the knowledge system of aesthetic theory including the arena of physical, psychological and social health.

Using Spradley's ethnographic method, the study was designed to describe and understand the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians. Three in-depth interviews and one observation were conducted with each of the sixteen participants who have practiced for longer than 5 years in libraries and were selected by theoretical sampling. Eight factors emerged from the data: education in universities, social changes, work, human relationships, users, the library organizational climate, social perception, and striving to enhance the professional. 'Overcoming a lack of understanding about the profession' was the cultural theme for describing and integrating the factors contributing to the occupational socialization of librarians.
