A Study on Vacant House Distribution and Management of Urban Declining Area (도시쇠퇴지역의 빈집 분포현황과 관리체계에 관한 연구)

  • Recently people are starting to pay attention to the vacant house. Vacant house across the country are expected to be a Million. Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has created a new legal provisions regarding maintenance to Vacant on the Construction Law. But Vacant house information systems in government are not available Other countries to clarify the role each entity to manage these Vacant and manages the Vacant. The national government has made the operating budget support program for the Vacant management. The local government has made legislation of self-government to create a DB for the Vacant management. A non-profit corporation is developing a program operated by the Vacant, and the Vacant intermediaries to consumers. Therefore, our country is also to expand the national budget for the Vacant administration, local governments should establish a comprehensive management system for managing and providing Vacant house research and DB.

Geochemical Comparison Study on the Amphibolite in the Central Gyeonggi massif and Southeastern Okcheon metamorphic belt (중부 경기육괴와 동남부 옥천변성대의 각섬암에 대한 지화학적 비교 연구)

  • The Precambrian amphibolites in the central Gyeonggi massif, Yangsuri, Gyeonggido and southeastern Okcheon metamophic belt, Mungyeonggun, Gyeongsangbukdo, Korea, were studied on the geochemical characteristics of major and trace elements, and discussed petrogenetically and geotectonically. The characteristics of major elements of the amphibolites in these study areas are igeous origin such as tholeiitic-, subalkaline and alkaline basalt. Geotectonic distinction diagrams of trace elements such as Ti-Zr-Y and Zr-Nb-Y show basaltic igneous activity of island arc and mid ocean ridge environment at central Gyunggi massif, and within plate environment at southeastern Okcheon metamorphic belt. This result shows that genetic environments of study areas are different. Especially, origin of amphibolites in central Gyeonggi massif is similar with that of western Gyeonggi massif but different with the amphibolites of Chuncheon area. Genetic environment estimated of fractional crystallization of plagioclase has no particular effect on the origin of magma because value of LREE is higher than that of HREE and Eu anomaly definitely don't be exposed.

  • 경기개발연구원이 'ESCO 사업 활성화 방안'에 관한 연구용역을 추진했다. 이번 연구용역은 ESCO 사업에 관한 인식조사에 대한 설문을 실시하고 경기도의 ESCO 활성화 방안을 제시해 현재의 ESCO 산업을 돌아보는 계기가 되었다. 경기도는 인구 증가 및 개발 압력이 높고 전국에서 에너지 비중이 높은 도시이자, 에너지 절약 투자에 대한 잠재적 수요가 높은 지역이다. 이번 연구는 ESCO에 장애가 되는 요인을 살펴보고 경기도 에너지 효율 향상을 위한 ESCO사업 활성화 방안과 지자체의 역할을 알아보는 시간이 되었다. 이번 연구를 주도한 경기개발연구원의 환경정책 연구부 연구위원인 고재경 박사에게 이번 연구의 성과와 ESCO의 나아갈 방향에 대해 심도있는 얘기를 들어보았다.

  • 부모세대 낙농인들은 아무린 정보 없이 낙농업을 시작했기에 다방면의 시행착오를 겪으며 쌓아 온 소중한 '경험'을 가지고 있고, 후계낙농인들은 낙농과 축산에 대한 이론 교육은 물론 수많은 정보 속에서 알아낸 '지식'이 있다. 일반적으로 경험과 지식이 한데 모이면 큰 효과를 내기 마련이지만, 세대가 다르다는 이유로 갈등을 겪다 보면 시너지 효과를 제대로 얻을 수 없다. 그러나 경기 화성지역에는 소통을 통해 세대 간의 벽을 허문 모임이 있다. 바로 박홍섭 전(前)지회장을 축으로 지역 후계낙농인들이 모여 꾸려나가고 있는 '젖소개량 스터디그룹'이다. 목장에 필요한 경영노하우를 연구 토론하는 것은 물론 경험과 지식을 함께 나누고 있는 박홍섭 전(前)서울우유연합지회장과 후계낙농인들을 만나봤다.

  • 본 연구는 비타민 C와 비타민 E의 보충 급여가 항산화 비타민 수준 및 항산화 체계에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였으며, 경기지역 남자대학생 60명을 대상으로 조사하였고 항산화 비타민 보충 급여의 효과를 관찰하기 위해서 비타민 C 보충군, 비타민 E 보충군, 비타민 C와 E 보충군으로 각 군별 당 10명씩 나누어 2주간 보충 급여하였다. 비타민 급여량은 비타민 C 500 mg, 비타민 E 400 IU이었다.(중략)

Analysis on Determinants of Residential Location Choice for the Intra-Urban Migrants in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (수도권 주거 이동 가구의 주거입지 선택 요인 분석)

  • This study aims to analyze the determinants of residential location choice for the inter-urban migrants in the Seoul metropolitan area. In doing so, we have built a discrete choice model, using household sample data from the 2010 Korea Population and Housing Census. We classified households, which made a intra-urban movement during the last five years, into four groups: 1) movers from Seoul (central city) to Gyunggi-Incheon (suburban), 2) movers from Gyunggi-Incheon to Seoul, 3) Intra-Seoul movers, and 4) intra-Gyunggi-Incheon movers. The analysis findings can be summarized as follows. First, significant differences in the determinants of residential location choice were found among different types of movers. Second, movers from Gyunggi- Incheon to Seoul were likely to choose small housings with fewer rooms, indicating that their housing choices were forced rather than voluntary due to high housing prices in Seoul. Third, all types of movers have a high preference for the neighborhood with a good accessibility by public transit including subway. Lastly, neighborhood amenity was also an important attracting factors for the intra-urban migrants in Seoul.

  • This research aims to diagnosis regional science as culture and propose plans for improvement. The study was performed based on a framework for analyses presented by existing literatures. Science culture is divided into two dimensions(individual and social), Each dimension is expected to represent citizen literacy of and regional infrastructure of science culture respectively. Gyeonggi region of Korean metropolitan area has been analyzed for the case study. As a result of the case study, the level of science culture of Gyeonggi region is weak compared with others areas. To improve, we propose some plans such as budget extension, long-term view on investments, strengthen network and organizational system for regional science culture.

Occurrence of Sweet-potato Whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) and Its Response to Insecticide in Gyeonggi Area (경기지역에서 담배가루이의 발생 및 약제반응)

  • This study investigated the occurrence of sweet potato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci affecting cucumber, eggplant and red pepper, as well as sweet potato species, and its response to insecticides in Gyeonggi province from 2010 to 2011. Sweet potato whitefly is widespread throughout the southern part of Gyeonggi province. Most regional populations of B. tabaci belong to biotype Q having been reported in the south Korea since 2005, but in Goyang mixed populations of two biotypes (B and Q) were found. Survey results of Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV) disease that was vectored by B. tabaci indicated that this virus disease was not spread throughout the Gyeonggi province. Biotype Q of B. tabaci was found to be resistant to neonicotinoid insecticides, whereas biotype B was highly susceptible to them.

Effects of Early Planting and Polyethylene Mulch on Soil for Early Maturing Soybean in Kyeonggi Area (경기지역에서 대두콩에 대한 피복재배효과)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of early planting and polyethylene film (P.E) mulch on early maturing soybean of Korean native cultivar Kyeonggi No. 114 in the Kyeonggi area. It was planted four times at the ten days interval from April I to April 30 in 1985 and 1986. The average soil temperature was 1-5$^{\circ}C$ higher under the polyethylene film mulch condition than the conventional cultural practice condition. Soil moisture content also was higher under P.E mulch condition. Days to emergence was shortened 5-16 days and days to flowering was shortened 3-5 days. The fresh pod yield was increased 12% more at the planting date of April 1 and April 10. Income was increased 70, 83, more at the planting date of April 1 and April 10 under the polyethylene mm mulch conditions.
