김광배 한국오리협회 경기도지회장은 낙농업을 하던 아버지 밑에서 자라서 연암대에서 축산학을 전공하고 양돈장을 운영했었다. 소 유통업은 물론 수정사로 일하는 등 거치지 않은 축종이 없을 정도다. 18년째 오리를 키우고 있는 그는 경기도의 오리산업이 점차 줄어드는 것을 가장 안타까워하고 있다. 경기도의 오리산업 육성을 위해 평생을 바칠 것이라고 자신있게 말하는 김 지회장을 만나러 안성으로 가 보자.

This research studies voter's value and attitude reflected by the politician's overall image and scrutinizes the separate structures of the voters' subjectivity on the matter. Objective of the research is to explain the influence that exercises on voters' political actions through this procedure. On this research, there were 32 Q samples that are selected, and they were categorized by a pool of 20 people. Result showed total of 3 different categories of cognition patterns towards Gyeonggi-do Governor Lee Jae Myeong. Of the 3 categories, category 1 (N=4) was a reformer with apparent principles and initiatives, category 2 (N=12) was an efficient tactician with executive ability, and the last category 3 (N=4) was a populist that strives to achieve his political ambition. Opinion of the samples in the first category was that Governor Lee is the right guy for demolishing the barrier between vested class and the non-vesting in the society. Voters in the second category showed expectation for Governor Lee's executive policies that satisfy the voters, given his abilities proven while he was in mayor's office for Seongnam city. People in the pool of category 3 worried that Governor Lee is busy increasing his approval rating and popularity by asserting unrealistic opinions and impractical policies.

본 연구는 진도개, 풍산개 및 잡종견의 혈액학 및 혈액화학치의 차이를 비교하고자 본 실험을 수행하였다. 총 80두가 본 조사에 이용되었으며 경기도지방, 제주도, 서울 및 전남지방을 대상으로 실시하였다. 각각 진도개 30두, 풍산개 20두 및 잡종견 30두로 구성되었으며 성비는 각 군간에 차이가 없었다(진도개: 수캐=16, 암캐=14, 풍산개 : 수캐=9, 암캐=11, 잡종견: 수캐=15, 암캐=15). 연령은 진도개, 풍산개 및 잡종견 각각 1.3$\pm$0.9(년), 1.3$\pm$1.0(년), 1.3$\pm$ 1.6(년)이었다. 체종분포는 진도개, 풍산개 및 잡종견은 각각 9.0$\pm$4.5 kg, 9.8$\pm$4.0 kg, 8.4$\pm$4.7 kg이었다. 잡종견의 백혈구와 호중구수가 다른 두품종에 비해 유의성있게 높았다 (p<0.05). 풍산개의 림프구와 호산구수는 진도개와 잡종견의 수보다 높았다(p＜0.05). 하지만 풍산개의 단핵구 수는 진도개와 잡종견보다 유의성있게 낮았다(p<0.05). 진도개의 콜레스테롤과 무기인 수준은 풍산개와 잡종개의 수준보다 낮았다. 잡종견의 중성지방(triglyceride)의 수준은 진도개와 풍산개의 수준보다 낮았다. 잡종견의 나트륨 농도는 진도개와 풍산개의 수준보다 낮았으며 진도견의 칼륨농도는 풍산개와 잡종견의 농도와 비교하여 높았다. 바베시아 검사에서 모든 품종에서 음성이었으며 심장사상충 검사결과 양성율은 잡종견, 진도견과 풍산견 각각 20%, 10%, 10%이었다.

Recently, following the opening of the Gyeongsangnam-do Archives and the Seoul Archives, work to establish local archives management institutions in cities and provinces is being actively carried out. In this process, there is an institution directly or indirectly affected by the records management work following the emergence of metropolitan·provincial office of education records management institutions. Article 11 of the current Public Archives Act is centered on cities and provinces, such as giving only the mayor and provincial governor the duty to establish a local record management institution. When a management agency is established, only the obligation to transfer the records with a retention period of 30 years or more among the records under its jurisdiction is specified. This is not appropriate when considering that each metropolitan·provincial office of education and each metropolitan·provincial perform their own duties and roles at the metropolitan·provincial level in accordance with the Constitution and laws. Therefore, in this study, legally, institutionally and historically, the fact that metropolitan·provincial offices of education and metropolitan ·provincial are the core institutions that realize local educational autonomy and local autonomy, and are equivalent administrative agencies independently in charge of their own affairs in their respective jurisdictions. We compared and examined the need to revise Article 11 of the current Public Archives Act, which is overly composed of cities and provinces, and presented the expected effects of the establishment of local records management institutions by cities and provinces of education.
