The competition for telecommunication-broadcasting bundle is under full steam. Even large mobile OS companies like Apple and Google are showing signs of moving into the telecom and broadcasting industry, and it is expected that competition for bundle will become even fiercer. In the light of this situation, this study will show which factors can heighten purchasing intention for bundle and lower expected-discounting rates, seeking its answer in the quality, satisfaction, and brand loyalty to core product. The results of the study show that the brand loyalty to core product affects the customer's purchasing intention positively while lowering expected-discounting rates. This conclusion suggests the importance of a marketing strategy that heightens satisfaction of existing customers who use a single item, which is just as important as strategies to induce switching behavior of the customers of other companies through competitive pricing. Also, the results suggest that rather than appeal to loyal customers through discounts, it is more effective to offer them different benefits or value.

교통신호제어는 교타로상에서 유입 차량들을 관제할 뿐만 아니라 교통사고를 예방 하는 역할을 하고 있다. 또한 최근에는 네트워크의 최적화 도구로도 활용되는 추세에 있다. 1950년대 후반 신호제어에 대한 Webster의 제어전략이 발표된 이후 관련 학자들에 의해 몇 개의 신호제어 전략들이 발표되었지만, 이들 전략들은 대부분 비포화시를 반영하는 전략 들이었다. 그러나 최근의 도심 가로망들은 근포화나 과포화 등 극심한 교통혼잡을 겪고 있 기 때문에 이에 부합하는 새로운 신호제어전략이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 차원 의 신호제어전략을 수립하기 위한 첫 번째 연구로서 혼잡시를 고려한 2가지의 새로운 교통 신호제어전략을 제시하였다. 첫 번째 신호전략은 과포화시 차량들의 대기행렬을 수용할 수 있는 접근로의 수용용량을 고려한 전략이며, 두 번째 전략은 overflow에 의한 차량들의 지 체시간을 최소화시키는 전략이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 2개 신호전략과 새로운 전략들을 예제 가로망을 대상으로 서로 비교, 평가하였으며, 신호제어전략이 통행배정모형(traffic assignment)과 결합하는 경우 유일해(unique solution)가 존재하는지(monotonicity condition)도 검토하였다.

This study examined the types of abduction and the thinking strategies by the mathematics problems posed by students. Four students who were 2nd graders in middle school participated in problem posing on four tasks that were given, and the problems that they posed were classified into equivalence problem, isomorphic problem, and similar problem. The type of abduction appeared were different depending on the type of problems that students posed. In case of equivalence problem, the given condition of the problems was recognized as object for posing problems and it was the manipulative abduction. In isomorphic problem and similar problem, manipulative abduction, theoretical abduction, and creative abduction were all manifested, and creative abduction was manifested more in similar problem than in isomorphic problem. Thinking strategies employed at abduction were examined in order to find out what rules were presumed by students across problem posing activity. Seven types of thinking strategies were identified as having been used on rule inference by manipulative selective abduction. Three types of knowledge were used on rule inference by theoretical selective abduction. Three types of thinking strategies were used on rule inference by creative abduction.

지지 벡터 기계(Support Vector Machine; SVM)는 기본적으로 이진분류를 위해 고안되었지만, 최근 다양한 분류기 생성전략과 결합전략이 고안되어 다중부류 분류에도 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OVR(One-Vs-Rest) 전략으로 생성된 SVM을 NB(Naive Bayes) 분류기를 이용하여 동적으로 구성함으로써, OVR SVM을 이용한 다중부류 분류 시스템에서 자주 발생하는 동점을 효과적으로 해결하는 방법은 제안한다. 이 방법을 유전발현 데이터를 이용한 다중부류 암 분류에 적용하였는데, 고차원의 데이터로부터 NB 분류기 구축에 유용한 유전자를 선택하기 위해 Pearson 상관계수를 사용하였다. 14개의 암 유형과 16,063개의 유전발현 수준을 가지는 대표적인 다중부류 암 분류 데이터인 GCM 암 데이터에 적용하여 제안하는 방법의 유용성을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 사례기반추론, 인공신경망, 선형계획법 모형을 결합한 새로운 개념의 지능적인 경영전략수립 및 상충관계 해결 추론메카니즘을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 경영전략추론 메카니즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 (1) 과거 문헌조사 결과와 (2) 비쥬얼 베이직 언어로 구현한 프로토타입인 CANNIE-SP (CAse-based Neural Network Inference Engine for Strategic Planning)를 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서 제안하는 인공신경망은 순방향 추론과 역방향 추론이 가능하도록 설계하여서 What-If분석 및 Goal-Seeking분석이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 사례기반추론기관은 마이크로 소프트사의 데이터베이스 엔진인 엑세스(Access)를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 추론 메카니즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 우리나라 화장품 시장의 실제자료를 가지고 실험하였으며 그 결과 매우 의미가 있음을 확인하였다.

파이프라인 프로세서를 위한 이중 경로 전략의 성능을 개선하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 통합 신뢰 매커지즘과 적극적 이중경로 전략(EDPS)을 제안한다. 통합 신뢰 매커니즘은 동적 신뢰 매커니즘과 정적 신뢰 매커니즘을 결합한 것으로 기존의 신뢰 매커니즘보다 신뢰 예측 정확도를 높일 수 있고 제안하는 EDPS와 결합하여 사용한다. EDPS는 높은 신뢰 집합에 g속하는 분기 명령어도 가능한 경우에는 두 경로를 모두 사용하여 조건 분기 명령어로 인해 발생하는 분기 지연의 총합을 줄일 수 있다. 6개 벤치마크에 대한 추적 기반의 시뮬레이션을 통해, 제안된 통합 신뢰 매커니즘을 사용하는 EDPS가 기존의 선택적 이중 경로 실행에 비해 분기 지연의 총합을 22%을 줄일 수 있다.

세포 투과성 펩타이드(cell penetrating peptide; CPP)는 강력한 세포막 투과성을 보유하고 있어 난투과성 중거대분자 약물의 세포 내 전달체 개발에 있어 중요한 요소 기술로 부각되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 세포 투과성 펩타이드는 타겟 세포에 대한 선택성 없이 투과하므로, 전신 투여시 심각한 부작용이 발생할 수 있다. 이 글에서는 선택적 세포 투과성 펩타이드를 개발하는 최근 연구 전략 중, 타겟 세포 표면에 존재하는 수용체에 결합하는 리간드를 이용한 전략과, 타겟 세포 주변의 물리, 화학, 생물학적 신호 변화를 이용하는 전략에 대해 소개한다. 특히, 최근 논문에 발표된, 어피버디(affibody)와 세포 투과성 펩타이드 결합체를 이용하여 HER2 수용체를 지닌 유방암 세포에 선택적 투과성을 부여하는 방법과, 암세포 주변의 작은 pH 변화를 감지하여 양전하성을 조절함으로써 수용체가 없는 유방암 세포에도 선택적으로 투과성을 보이는 방법에 대해 자세하게 소개한다.

This study aims to propose three universal appropriate conditions, 'difference', 'planning', and 'freshness' for convergence products, and research their contents. 'Difference' means that combined functions have to be all different. 'Planning' indicates that combining different functions has to be proceeded in product development processes, so multiple usages human beings make in their daily lives have to be excepted. 'Freshness' explains that the values of combined functions are expanded by convergence. They are the elements to represent convergence products' functional characteristics and developing processes. They widen the range of convergence products by making in a number of various combining ways, and develop a lot of discourses based among social cultural backgrounds, concepts, and products. This study has shown that convergence is a product method that is managed by strict plans, strategies, and chosen functions. Convergence is a product development method with chosen functions, strict plans, and development strategies. Now, this study will lay the foundation for future works on product development strategies based on convergence.

복합화력발전은 여러 가지 장점으로 오늘날 많이 사용되는 발전방식이며, 가스터빈과 스팀터빈의 결합으로 여러 운전 Mode를 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 특성을 고려하여 복합화력 발전사와 시장운영자와의 관계를 분석하고, 복합화력발전사가 운전 Mode 선택을 전략변수로 사용하는 입찰전략 수립 모형을 제시한다.
