  • Hacking damage is increasing year by year in the Internet payment service credit card applying the digital signature method of PKI-based first domestic, secure payment, was 180 million won in 2012. Revenues have soared for phishing that Smishing using smartphone after entering 2013. Hacking accident to the secure payment system using Smishing has occurred took over personal information and financial direct damage. In this paper, we analyzed for Smishing, to prevent the damage of secure payment using Smishing to study the hacking attack of secure payment. In addition, it would be studies to allow through the smartphone, online payment safer and more convenient.

  • Knowledge management strategy has become a one of the most important factors creating and maintaining the business opportunities. In this paper, I present a KM-ePAY typology to investigate the role of knowledge sharing strategy in the electronic payment domain. Specifically, I examine the characteristics of four types of electronic payment systems based on the confidence and efficiency that characterize the feature of electronic payment media and identify appropriate knowledge sharing approaches for each component. In conclusion, my findings indicate that knowledge sharing approaches which are align with the characteristics of electronic payment give a way both to increase relationship commitment and to optimize process over electronic payment transactions.

  • 최근 개인정보 노출에 의한 다양한 사건, 사고 발생에 의해 개인정보보호에 관련된 많은 이슈들이 문제시 되고 있다. 특히 과금, 결제에 활용되는 금융정보 노출 문제는 사용자들의 금전적인 피해를 발생시킬 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 높은 암호학적 강도를 가진 암호알고리즘을 적용한다 하더라도 다양하고 끊임없는 공격에 의해 결국 사용자의 신원 또는 금융 결제 정보가 노출될 가능성을 가진다. 최근 한국인터넷진흥원에서 발표한 "NFC 개인정보보호 대책 최종보고서"에 따르면 개인 정보 암호화를 부분적으로 미지원하거나 불필요한 개인정보의 과도한 수집 및 저장 등이 문제점으로 제기되었으며 Google사의 Google Wallet 서비스의 개인정보 유출 사고 또한 이러한 문제점을 뒷받침하는 근거가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 서비스되고 있는 NFC 모바일 결제 서비스 상에서 결제정보의 이동 경로 별 결제 기술을 분석한다. 또한 가장 높은 등급의 모호성을 제공하는 환 서명을 이용하여 결제정보를 직접적으로 사용하지 않고 결제자를 증명할 수 있는 NTRU기반 환 서명 인증 기법에 대해 제안한다.

Analysis of the Safety Payment in Second-hand Transactions Using Text Mining (텍스트마이닝을 활용한 중고거래 안전결제 실태분석)

  • The secondhand market in Korea has been showing steady growth. However, the number of fraud cases and the amount of damages from fraudulent activities in secondhand transactions are also increasing. As of 2021, the size of the secondhand market reached 24 trillion won, but the total amount of fraud-related damages reached 360.6 billion won. In order to prevent fraud between individuals, secondhand trading platforms have implemented a safety payment system. However, new types of fraud methods exploiting the safety payment system have emerged, undermining the security of secondhand transaction safety payments. In this study, we aim to utilize text mining to examine the current state of the safety payment system in secondhand transactions and propose improvement measures by analyzing the system through text mining and network analysis.

  • Mobile payment service is a new innovating technology in the micro payment industry. Although it emerged only one or two years a9o in Korea, it is now highly used and prospered by many online companies. Traditional studies concerning the electronic payment system are usually about the payment process itself, so they stressed the security or the robustness of the process. The study from the angle of behavioral science seldom exists. This article describes the phenomenon of technology adoption with a particular focus on telephone Payment service. The article identifies which characteristic of the telephone payment service affects to the user status (user, non-users). To do this, this article mainly used Roger's Technology Acceptance Model and some characteristics are added to the model. The most important perceptual characteristic that affects to the user status was not security, but ease of use-the telephone payment service had to enhance continuously for the competitive advantage over the other payment service. Observability and convenience are also noted as important.

  • 지속적으로 변화하는 무역관습의 흐름은 결제관습에 있어서도 새로운 변화를 초래하고 있는데 최근의 국제결제시스템중 가장 두드러진 변화는 전자적 방법에 의한 결제시스템의 대두이다. TradeCard는 이러한 전자결제시스템으로서 가장 대표적인 예로서 1994년 처음 사업이 시작된 이후 10년도 되지 않아 새로운 무역결제관습으로 정착되기 위한 상업적 활동에 나서고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 TradeCard의 상업적 활동이 과연 순조롭게 추진되어 신용장을 비롯한 기존의 무역결제시스템에 추가 또는 대체되는 새로운 무역관습이 탄생할 수 있을지를 검토하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 먼저 TradeCard가 갖고 있는 특징을 몇 가지로 분류하여 살펴보았다. 즉, 무역절차의 전자화 과정에서 기능적 접근방법을 채택하였다는 점, 타 기관이나 조직과의 활발한 제휴, 비용과 시간을 절감시킬 수 있는 방법의 제시 등이 그것이다. 이러한 특징을 통해 TradeCard는 새로운 무역관습으로 자리잡을 수 있는 충분한 가능성을 갖고 있다는 것이 논자의 생각이다. 그러나 다음의 몇 가지 문제점 역시 갖고 있기 때문에 이를 해결하는 것이 그러한 가능성의 전제조건이 된다. 첫째, TradeCard를 통한 거래의 법적 안정성 확보이다. 이는 모든 전자거래가 공통으로 갖는 문제점이지만 TradeCard의 경우 거래조건의 이행여부에 대한 전자적 판단이라는 요소를 지니고 있어 이를 어떻게 법적으로 수용할 것인가의 문제가 제기된다. 둘째, TradeCard를 통한 거래에서 발생되는 피해에 대한 구제방법의 제시이다. 이는 아마도 보험을 통해서 해결할 수 있으리라 생각되지만 현재 TradeCard는 이부분에 대한 명확한 입장이 명시되지 않은 것 같다. 셋째, 국제적 전자거래를 안전하게 할 수 있는 방안으로 전자서명의 활용이 절실한데 이에 대한 상호인정의 해결이 필요하다는 점이다. 물론 이는 TradeCard의 역할이라기 보다는 우리 정부를 비롯한 각국의 정부당국의 몫이다. 그러나 이러한 모든 문제는 결국 얼마나 빨리 많은 사용자를 확보하여 시장의 힘을 통해 국제상관습으로 정착시킬 수 있는가의 문제로 귀착된다고 본다. 따라서 TradeCard는 처렴한 요금체계 및 사용자에 대한 인센티브의 제공 등을 통해 조기에 다수 사용자를 확보하는 것이 시급한 것으로 생각한다.

Fraud Detection System in Mobile Payment Service Using Data Mining (모바일 결제 환경에서의 데이터마이닝을 이용한 이상거래 탐지 시스템)

  • As increasing of smartphone penetration over the world, various mobile payment services have been emerged and fraud transactions have drastically increased. Although many financial companies have deployed security solutions to detect fraud transactions in on/off-line environment, mobile payment services still lack fraud detection solutions and researches. The mobile payment is mainly comprised of micro-payments and payment environment is different from other payments, so mobile-specialized fraud detection is needed. In this paper, we propose a FDS (Fraud Detection System) based on data mining for mobile payment services. The method of this paper is applied to the real data provided by a PG (Payment Gateway) company in Korea. The proposed FDS consists of two phases; (1) the first phase is focused on classifying transactions at high speed (2) the second is designed to detect abnormal transactions with high accuracy. We could detect 13 transactions per second with 93% accuracy rate.

  • Untact marketing emerged as one of the top 10 marketing in 2018. Since then, the scale of the mobile payment market has expanded, and the ratio of payment through mobile is melting into life even offline. Various mobile apps such as Samsung Pay and Smart Order are already popular systems, and various other mobile payment systems are increasing. For such mobile payments, this paper aims to comprehensively design a general-purpose untouched offline payment system by designing a mobile payment system that applies a short-range wireless communication method along with a study on the currently available mobile payment-linked API. We propose an offline payment system with an untouch method to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and contribute to a healthy society by solving the problem and minimizing contact with others in the current situation like the Corona 19 Incident.

  • A mobile phone has became as a payment tool in e-commerce and on-line banking areas. This trend of a payment system using various types of mobile devices is rapidly growing, especially in the Internet transaction and small-money payment. Hence, there will be a need to define its standard for secure and safe payment technology. In this thesis, we consider the service types of the current mobile payments and the authentication method, investigate the disadvantages, problems and their solutions for smart and secure payment. Also, we propose a novel authentication method which is easily adopted without modification and addition of the existed mobile hardware platform. Also, we present a simple implementation as a demonstration version. Based on virtual machine (VM) approach, the proposed model is to use a pseudo-random number which is confirmed by the VM in a user's mobile phone and then is sent to the authentication site. This is more secure and safe rather than use of a random number received by the previous SMS. For this payment operation, a user should register the serial number at the first step after downloading the VM software, by which can prevent the illegal payment use by a mobile copy-phone. Compared with the previous SMS approach, the proposed method can reduce the amount of packet size to 30% as well as the time. Therefore, the VM-based method is superior to the previous approaches in the viewpoint of security, packet size and transaction time.

  • In this paper, we find out about the effort and status of GwangJu metropolitan city to reinvigorate traditional market. And we propose the micro payment model based on Android NFC and tokenization technique to support the small trader's micro payment in aspect of information technology more than the physical infrastructure and environmental improvement projects to reinvigorate the traditional market. The micropayment model supports facilities of payment using smart phone based on NFC, and the encryption and tokenization support the indirection authentication and privacy of users.
