인터넷의 발달과 스마트 디바이스의 등장은 기존의 쇼핑구조 및 쇼핑방식에 큰 변화를 가지고 왔으며, 소비자의 일상생활에도 주목할 만한 질적 성장과 발전을 이루게 하였다. 특히, 쇼핑구조는 소매점에서 대형 쇼핑몰로 오프라인 구매에서 인터넷과 스마트 디바이스를 통한 온라인 구매로 변화하고 있고, 쇼핑방식도 오프라인 매장에서 인터넷, 모바일 등 복수 채널을 종합해 고객경험 관리를 최대화하기 위한 옴니 채널의 형태로 급격하게 변하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 옴니 채널은, 고객의 상품 구매 경험을 극대화 시키는 데 중점을 두었기 때문에, 고객 입장에서 보면 채널별 제품정보(가격, 환불정책, 배송정보, 공급점포의 위치 등)의 부족 및 일관성이 결여되어 있어 최종 구매결정까지는 시간이 걸리고, 구매한 제품에 대한 만족도가 낮아서 반품 비율이 상당히 높은 것이 현실이다. 마찬가지로, 유통업체 입장에서 보면 제품의 유효기간, 재고 관리 등 유통과정에 있어서의 제품정보의 일관성이 결여되어 있어, 완전하고 정확한 최신 제품정보의 제공을 통한 소비자의 구매 유도에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어(영상 및 음성) 식별기술을 이용하여, 기존(고객중심)의 옴니 채널이 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결하여, 소비자 및 유통업체에게 구매 및 관리에 충분하고 일관성이 있는 "제품정보 중심의 옴니 채널" 유통모델 및 구현에 관한 방법을 설명한다.

In some cases of u-health services, it is important and then required to pursue the location of users in real time because users could occasionally be in the situation beyond self-regulation. Location positioning has used two such typical techniques as trilateration and fingerprinting. A trilateration technique is usually based on three resident coordinates to identify the location of the target node. Ranging that measures distances between coordinates and the node is essential for applying the trilateration technique. Users especially in u-health services could be out of reachability in any such reasons as out of propagation ranges, fault of a communication counterpart, non-existence of possible communication facility, etc. This paper proposes a real-time locating method which can improve to identify and track the location of mobile objects. The method is based on references of identified mobile nodes as well as resident coordinates even though they may be partially out of communication reachability.

Three lipoxygenase isozymes in soybean seeds are thought to be a major contributor to lipid peroxidation and generation of free radicals which may result in seed deterioration. This study was conducted to get the basic information for changing lipoxygenase activity during seed germination in lipoxygenase-lacking soybeans. Fresh weight of soybean seedling of Jinpumkong 2 and Taekwangkong increased more rapidly than that of Jinpumkong. Hypocotyls of Jinpumkong and Jinpumkong 2 were longer and thicker than that of Taekwangkong. Type I lipoxygenase activity (pH 9.0) in cotyledon of Jinpumkong lacking lipoxygenase-2, 3 showed higher than that of Taekwangkong, and Type I lipoxygenase activity of two cultivars decreased continually. On the other hand, Type II lipoxygenase activity of Taekwangkong began to increase continually two days after germination, reached to the maximum between 4 days and 5 days, and began to decrease continually five days after germination. Type I and II lipoxygenase activity in hypocotyls was not detected in all soybean cultivars.

There are a lot of causes of under-achievement in elementary mathematics, one of which may be lack of previous learning elements. We focus on the understanding of place value. The purpose of this study is to analyze underachievers' levels of understanding of place value concepts and to find the types of place value tasks that they have had special difficulty. For this purpose, an individual test called as "the Six Tasks of Place Value(SToPV)"was applied to ten third grade mathematics underachievers in elementary school. The test is a type of place value concept tests and requires one-on-one interview with some preparation materials. The participants' reactions were analysed according to the framework by Berman(2011). The result of analysis shows that third grade mathematics underachievers tend to have a great difficulty understanding the place value concepts. Also the types of difficult tasks were various from individual to individual. Based on the test results and discussion, we suggested some implications for diagnosing place value concepts of mathematics underachievers.

CORBA IDL and RMI, the representative of distributed object model, support different approaches for distributed computing environments. CORBA approach does not support the application generated by RMI, even though it supports multiple programming languages. Object translation system between RMI to CORBA is designed and implemented for interoperability of distributed objects on the two different distributed programming environments. Suggested system is considered binding, inheritance, polymorphism, object passing, and callback which are key properties on the distributed objects. To validate the usefulness of the proposed system, we adopt a model for distrubuted objects and implement it as an application on the RMI environment. And, we translated it to an application on the CORBA environment. We observed the performance of translated application in the respect of inheritance, object passing, polymorphism across the machine boundary. Experiments showed that performance of distributed objects, those generated by translation system and those implemented on the CORBA environment, is equivalent.

In 2005, descriptive assessment was introduced to increase students’ higher mental ability like problem-solving ability and creativity. Every year the ratio of descriptive assessment increases and it is regarded as an alternative evaluation to a multiple-choice item which measures simplicity knowledge. Externally the descriptive assessment took a root in school, but we can’t say definitely that it meets its original goal. In this paper, science descriptive assessment items of 5 middle schools in Gyeonggi-do were analysed; examiners was interviewed about how well they understood the characteristic of the assessment items. According to the analysis, characteristic of the items are ① unequal distribution of unit, ② difference of item’s type by unit, and ③ disappearance of measuring higher mental ability. It is considered that there are several factors of these characteristic - the lack of teachers’ ability to make assessment item; understanding of assessment instrument. These factors can be explained by the lack of assessment expertise. So the society’s effort is needed to raise teacher’s ability for the descriptive assessment.

Innate immunity is the first line of host defense consisting of various molecules against infectious challenges. Mannose-binding lectin (MBL) belongs to the collectin protein family which takes part of innate immunity and is able to recognize specific carbohydrates on the surface of a variety of infectious agents acting as a pattern recognition molecule. In this way, MBL differentiates self from non-self and interacts with other molecules of the immune system. MBL genotype shows various MBL2 polymorphisms which are responsible for MBL deficiency in a substantial portion of the entire human population and for susceptibility to infectious disease. Therefore, it has been highlighted in the relationship between genetic variants and clinical significance. Here we focus on presenting anoverview of our understanding of MBL structure and functions.

Recently, the participation, opening and joint ownership of the users are important issue. The users want professional and accurate information from web. But users often suffer from retrieving accurate information. Even though the users find information they want, it is not guaranteed that the information is reliable since there are too much information placed on the web. Thus, we propose the novel rank metric to promote reliability and efficiency in information retrieval. In order to verify our approach, we implement a web site based on the proposed rank metric for nonofficial medical science information. The proposed rank metric based on user's level. This is to give score of text through differential rate depending on the user's level. The proposed rank metric enhances the reliability of text which is reflecting the user's mental factor. Thus, this method can be used for enhancing the reliability of text.

This study searches an improvement scheme of auditing on international financial environment since enforcing IFRS in order to secure transparency and reliability in corporate accounting and credibility in external audit from 2011 K-IFRS. As improvement schemes for the issue of the audit on K-GAAP are: First, the guarantee of the auditor's qualities of duties and talents about the lack of accountability and awareness and independence of auditor are needed. Secondly, the free acceptance or certified public accountant is adopted. Third, the non-Executive Director shall be granted. Fourth, the external auditor CPA and Auditor's remuneration should be increased. Fifth, the auditor's shares shall be limited. Sixth, the external audit to supervise and the ratio of supervision should increase. Finally, the foreign corporation for the time being limited to increase our competitiveness.

Root gravitropism was investigated in the pea (Pisum sativum L.) mutant ageotropum lacking normal gravitropic response. Exogenous ethylene treatment inhibited gravitropic response in the normal (wild type) pea rook, but had no significant effect to restore the unresponsiveness in the mutant Neither inhibitors of ethylene biosynthesis nor antagonists of ethylene action were able to bring about the development of gravioopic curvature in the ageotropum roots. Auxin action seems to be normal since asymmetric application of agar blocks containing auxin to the mutant roots caused normal gravitropic response to occur. Endogenous as well as auxin-induced ethylene production in tissue segments of the mutant root was about equal to that of the wild type. However no appreciable lateral transport of labeled auxin was observed in glavistimulated mutant roots whereas typical auxin asymetry was apparent in the wild type roots under the same conditions. It is concluded that the mutant has a defect in either gravity perception or its transduction, but not in the effector system involving auxin action.
