정부와 방산업체의 관계에서 원가계산과 계약제도가 중요한 문제이듯이 방산업체 내부에서는 원가관리가 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 중요한 요소이다. 방산업체의 원가관리상의 문제점으로는 원가관리에 대한 정부의 동기부여 미흡, 체계적인 원가관리 체제의 부족, 원가회계시스템의 결여 등을 들 수 있다. 원가관리를 통한 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 방안으로는 사전적 원가관리 기법의 채택, 전문적인 원가관리팀 확보, 전사적 원가관리 전개, 최고경영자(CEO)의 전폭적인 지원, 조직구성원에 지속적인 동기부여 등을 들 수 있다.

토마토는 세계적으로 경제성이 높은 작물로서 품종개량과 재배기술의 개선에 관한 연구가 다른 채소보다도 많이 되어져 있는 작물이다. 품종개량에 대해서는 주로 내병성 품종과 성력재배형 품종육성이 주요한 육종목표였으며 칼슘결여에서 기인하는 생리장해의 일종인 배꼽썩이에 저항성을 갖고 있는 품종은 아직 육성되지 않고 약간의 토마토계통이 칼슘의 이용율의 비교선발에 머무르고 있다. (중략)

OMG에서 제안된 CORBA는 표준 개방 분산환경의 플래트폼을 제공하며 객체지향적인 방법으로 최근 주목을 받고 있다. 일반적으로 CORBA는 원격 데이터베이스 질의 등과 같은 요구/응답형의 응용에 잘 적용이 된다. 그러나 과도한 처리부담, 실시간 처리 기능과 QOS 지원 등의 결여로 멀티미디어 스트림과 같은 연속미디어의 처리에는 부적합하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 제약을 갖는 멀티미디어 스트림의 효율적인 전송을 위하여 기존의 CORBA를 확장하여 멀티미디어 서비스를 설계한다.

이동 ad-hoc 네트워크(mobile ad-hoc network : MANET)는 유선 기반 망 흑은 액세스 포인트 없이 이동 단말기들로 구성된 망이다. 기존의 기반망을 사용하지 않으므로 유선 기반망이 구축되어 있지 않은 곳이나 유선 기반망이 파괴된 지역에 사용한다. 그러나 HANET에서는 노출된 매체와 동적인 토폴로지, 중앙의 감시와 관리 결여, 자원의 제약성 등과 같은 이유로 인해 유선망보다 더욱 않은 보안 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이동 ad hoc 네트워크에서 노드의 신분 보장을 제공하기 위하여 기밀성에 중점을 둔 공개키 기반 구조에서의 노드 간 인증 기법을 제안한다.

1. 서론 : 폴리이미드계 고분자는 기계적 성질과 내열성이 우수한 고분자 소재이다. 일반적으로 기체분리막으로서의 유리상 고분자는 기체의 투과성은 결여되지만, 고분자쇄의 동결속박에 의한 자유부피에 따라 기체의 선택성이 높게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 고분자로서 polyetherimide(PEI) 를 이용하여 제막조건(고분자 농도, air gap, 용매, 내부응고제 주입량 등)을 달리하는 중공사막을 제조하여, 제막변수에 따른 막의 구조 및 기체투과 특성을 검토하였다.

기업의 원활한 활동에 필수적인 요소는 살아 있는 정보의 공급이며, 기업 데이터 베이스는 데이터의 보관/흐름/활용 입장에서의 정보 인프라를 기반으로 하고 있다. 최근 기업 Knowledge Base 구축은 정보의 품질이 좌우하나 기업 정보의 양은 비대해져 데이터의 일관성이 결여되고 DB 의 성능은 점점 저하되고 있다. 본 고에서는 데이터 Hub 의 적용을 통해 얻을 수 있는 DB 성능 향상에 대해 정성적/정량적 관점으로 논의한다.

This paper tried to identify the impacts of job stress on burnout and organizational commitment in the casino industry. Prepared questionnaires were distributed to 300 sample employees working in domestic casino, then used for data analysis 283. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, dissimilarity have a positive effect on emotional exhaustion. Secondly, role conflict and dissimilarity have a positive effect on lack of accomplishment. And role ambiguity have a negative effect on lack of accomplishment. Also role conflict and dissimilarity have a positive effect on depersonalization. And role ambiguity have a negative effect on depersonalization. Thirdly, role ambiguity have a positive effect on affective commitment. But, job stress have not effect on continuance commitment. This study will be able to contribute raising competitiveness of casino corporate and efficiency of human resource management.

The component-based development methodology becomes famous as the new way for reuse. The goal of the reuse is improvement of quality, productivity and independence on the software development. For the improvement in the quality of a component-based system, it is necessary to research component metrics in the early phase of a component development. Hence, in this paper, we propose new component metrics using the information of a component analysis phase. Those are CCI(Complexity of Component Interface) and LCC(Lack Cohesion of Component interface). CCI indicates a difficulty about comprehension, modification, management, use of interface. LCC indicates a functional independence about how strong the elements are related with. Therefore, it is possible to predict and manage the quality of a component to be developed. Predicting a lowness of complexity and highness of cohesion as an independent functional unit by a component interface in the early phase of a component development, we can expect the improvement in the quality of a system.

An Avabidofsis thaliana gene encoding phosphoribosyl anthranilate transferase is shown to be the gene that is defective in blue fluorescent trp 1 mutant plants. This gene, named PAT1, coding region is homologous to those for the phosphoribosyl anthranilate transferase from many microorganisms. This is due to a defect in tryptophan biosynthesis that leads to an accumulation of anthranilate, a fluorescent intermediate in the tryptophan pathway. PAT1 is a single-copy gene that complements all of the visible phenotypes of the different trp1 mutants. Experiments to determine the regulation of the PAT1 gene are in progress. The wild-type PAT1 promoter and several promoter deletions of PAT1 gene have been transformed into Arabidopsis tryptophan mutants. These constructs might identify promoter elements that control this patterns. We have isolated the homozygous lines in T3 seeds and analysed the protein levels using PAT antibody and PAT protein level increased two fold in pHSl07. Finally, the potential of using PAT1 as a selectable marker or visible reporter of gene expression is being explored.
