기술기준의 국제표준화 동향과 우리의 대책-2

  • 유럽은 국가마다 KS와 같은 공업표준이 있다. 예를 들면 영국에는 BS, 프랑스에는 NF, 독일에는 DIN이 있다. 이들 국가가 유럽 경제의 3대 축이고, 그들의 표준은 오랜 역사를 갖고 있으며 또한 각국이 자기의 표준만을 적용할 것을 고집하면 유럽역내에서 자유로운 물류의 실현을 어렵다는 결론에 도달하였다.

Effect of Different Exercise Intensity in Sleep Disorder (운동 강도별 수면장애에 미치는 영향 비교)

  • Objective : In this study, we tried to know what kind of exercise was more effective in sleep disorder by comparing melatonin in blood after applying low, median, with high intensity exercise in sleep disorder. Methods : We divided 90 into 3 groups and performed low, moderate, and high intensity exercise, respectively for 8 weeks in K city. Results : As a result, first, there was a significant change of global PSQI score in moderate intensity exercise comparing with before and after exercise. Second, there was a significant change of global PSQI score in moderate intensity exercise comparing with low and high intensity exercise. Third, there was a significant change of melatonin in blood in moderate intensity exercise comparing with before and after exercise. Forth, there was a significant change of melatonin in blood in moderate intensity exercise comparing with low and high intensity exercise. Conclusion : In this study, we observed change of EEG and melatonin in blood to know how did continued exercise according to intensity of exercise have effect on sleep disorder. In conclusion, it was more effect to apply moderate exercise. It can help progress of life of quality through improvement of sleep disorder and they stay healthy during the rest of time.

An Evaluation of Workload Limited Order Release Strategies considering Planning Stage in a Job Shop (생산계획 단계를 고려한 Job Shop 환경에서 Order Release 정책의 유효성에 관한 연구)

  • Order Review/Release(ORR) 시스템은 생산계획 시스템과 작업현장간의 연결고리로서, 작업현장으로의 작업투입을 조절하여 작업현장에서의 체류시간과 공정중재고, 리드타임의 변동을 줄여주는 역할을 한다. 그러나, 지금까지의 ORR에 관한 연구들은 ORR의 유효성에 관하여 명확한 결론을 내지 못하고 있다. 일부는 ORR이 작업의 전체 리드타임을 증가시키는 악영향이 있음을 주장하고, 일부는 ORR을 도입함으로써 작업현장에서의 리드타임과 공정중재고가 줄어들고, 안정화될 수 있다고 주장한다. 본 연구는 어떠한 환경에서 Order Release 정책을 도입하는 것이 시스템의 성능향상에 기여할 수 있는 지 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하고, 가상의 Job Shop을 대상으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 작업장가동률 수준과 생산계획 단계에서의 계획오더 이송간격을 환경분수로 설정하고, 작업현장의 부하를 고려하여 작업투입을 통제하는 다섯 가지 Order Release 정책과 세 가지 우선순위 규칙을 적용하여 실험하였으며, 리드타임, 납기, 공정중재고 등과 관련된 8가지 척도에 대해 각 정책을 평가하였다. 그리고, 계획시스템의 부하평준화 기능이 존재할 때, Order Release 정책의 도입으로 인한 효과가 더 크다는 기존의 연구결과를 검증하기 위해, 부하평준화를 적용하였을 때 Order Release를 통제하지 않는 정책과 통제하는 정책간의 성능향상 차이가 있는지를 확인하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, ORR 보다는 우선순위규칙이 시스템의 성능을 결정하는 주요 통제정책으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나, 생산계획시스템에서 1주 간격으로 계획오더를 이송할 때는 Order Release 방법을 적용하여 작업현장에서의 평균 리드타임과 리드타임의 변동, 공정중재고가 줄어드는 결과를 보였고, 가동률 수준이 높을수록 ORR 방법간의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 부하평준화 기능은 Order Release 정책의 유효성에 별 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, Order Release 방법은 우선순위규칙간의 성능차이를 줄이거나, 대체할 수 통제 기법이라기보다는 우선순위규칙을 보완하여 공정중재고와 작업현장에서의 리드타임, 리드타임의 편차를 줄여주는 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고, 계획시스템이 존재하여 계획오더가 일정기간간격으로 이송되는 환경에서 특히 유용하다는 결론을 얻었다.

  • This study is to investigate the causality of participation motivation, self-efficacy, self-respect and ceaseless participation intention of college students who joined mind growth program. Based on the outcome of previous studies, hypothesis and research model of this article was designed, and subjects of authentic analysis were 88 college students in mind growth program. The conclusion of this survey thru fitness levels of path model and analysis of covariance with hypothesis verification is as follows. The higher participation motivation of college students who joined mind growth program is, the higher self-efficacy and self-respect are getting. The higher participation motivation and self-efficacy thru self-respect are, the higher ceaseless participation intention is getting.

  • TSK(Takagi-Sugeno-Kang) fuzzy models with linear equations consequents, which represent complex nonlinear systems very well with a few rules, can be easily identified systematically by using input-output data. Many algorithms designing TSK fuzzy controllers based on TSK fuzzy models, which guarantees the stability of the closed system, have been suggested. On the contrary, singleton fuzzy models with singleton consequents can be easily understood and adjusted. In this paper, in order to utilize the merits of TSK fuzzy systems and singleton fuzzy systems, an algorithm transforming a TSK fuzzy model into a singleton fuzzy model having the same input-output relation is suggested. The suggested algorithm is applied to a fuzzy modelling example and a fuzzy controller design example.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the experiment-based problem for evaluating scientific ability of elementary scientifically gifted students, and to examine its potential of application for them. The problem for evaluating scientific ability was related to the plant vascular structure of 'the structure and function of plants' unit of elementary school science, and consisted of three components such as observing and inferring, designing an experiment, and concluding. In order to apply for scientifically gifted students, scoring criteria were detailed. For the observing and inferring domain, the arrangement and structure of vascular bundles of the dicotyledon and the monocotyledon, xylem position, reason of putting plants in ink were included. Those of designing an experiment domain were method of dissecting stems of plants, and design experimental procedures, those of concluding were the prediction of experimental results, and comparison and verification with prediction and results. Finally, the scientific ability evaluation problem was applied for 22 scientifically gifted students, who had been taught in the Science Education Institute for the Gifted adjacent University, and we had found the potential of utilization for scientifically gifted students.

  • This study has observed the influence of green advertisemen on the attitude of consumers in relation to its message effect. The analysis has been conducted in the perpective of awareness-emotion -behavior targeting housewives based on the message structure of the advertisement(conclusion omission type/ conclusion offer type). Results of the analysis are as follows : 1) Green advertisement was more effective for the attitude toward advertisement and products than non-green advertisement and in the case of high involvement the conclusion omission message was more effective than the conclusion offer message. 2) Green advertisement was more effective also for the emotion side than non-green advertisement and the conclusion omission message was found more effective than the conclusion offer message. 3) Green advertisement was found more effective for purchasing activities than non-green advertisement and the conclusion omission message was found more effective than the conclusion offer message in the case of high involvement. 4) In case of the conclusion offer type structure of green advertisement the awareness side influenced purchasing activities and in case of the conclusion omission type structure of green advertisement the emotion side influenced purchasing activities. Besides that in case of the conclusion offer type structure of non-green advertisement both the awareness and emotion sides were found to influence purchasing activities. No difference was found in the conclusion omission type structure of non-green advertisement.

A Study on the Adoption of Korean Register of Shipping Rules through the Analysis of Pile Driving Boat Capsizing (침몰된 항타선 분석을 통한 한국선급 규칙 적용에 관한 연구)

  • In December 2012, a pile driving boat sunk off the coast of Ulsan port in Korea. The cause of capsizing of these boats was considered a complex problem. Although Korean Ship Safety Technology Authority concluded that leaders (cranes) of the vessel were designed with sufficient safety factors, National Forensic Service concluded that the capsizing was caused by the failure of leaders. This study reviewed the related laws, strength calculations, and structural analysis methods used by the Korea Ship Safety Technology Authority. In addition, numerical simulations were carried out on hydrodynamic analysis and structural analysis to analyze the cause of vessel capsizing based on the rules of the Korean Register of Shipping. The results were similar to those found by National Forensic Service. In conclusion, the study suggested that inspection especially for a pile driving boat subjected to the Korean Register of Shipping rules should be carried out to prevent the similar accident.

Analysis of Error Types on National Science Fair's Students' Research Reports (전국과학전람회 학생 과학탐구 연구보고서의 오류 유형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the errors in science inquiry research reports written by students who won the encouragement award at the National Science Fair, and analyze the frequency of error types by school levels. The framework for analysis was constructed based on the table of contents of the students' science inquiry research reports, and the reports were analyzed for errors in six stages: Research question/hypothesis, prior research, experimental procedure, results, conclusions, and references. The study identified several types of errors at each stage, such as unreasonable research questions and wrong hypotheses in the research question/hypothesis stage, and limited considerations under certain conditions and selection of inappropriate experimental instruments in the experimental procedure stage. The study found that the frequency ratio of experimental procedure error was the highest across all school levels, and the order of errors varied by school level. Frequency ratio of error types of school level was: in the elementary school students' reports, errors were analyzed in the order of experimental procedure (36.88%), prior research (17.02%), conclusions (16.31%), research question/hypothesis (13.48%); In the middle school students' reports, experimental procedure (42.86%), conclusions (20.00%), prior research (14.28%), results (11.43%), research question/hypothesis (10.01%); In the high school students' reports, experimental procedure (45.16%), research question/ hypothesis (16.13%), conclusions (16.13%), and prior research (11.83%). The findings could be used to guide teachers in helping students conduct scientific inquiry research or write reports.
