정보화 시대에서 노트북을 도난당하는 것은 금전적인 손해 뿐만 아니라 작업 내용, 기밀 정보와 같은 금전적으로 환산할 수 없는 중요 정보들을 잃어버리는 점에서 그 피해와 손실이 크다. 본 논문에서는 노트북 도난에 의한 피해와 손실을 최소화 할 수 있는 도난 방지 부트로더 시스템을 제시한다. 시스템은 사용자 노트북의 부트로더 레벨에서 사용자 인증과 전방 사진 및 위치 정보를 수집하고 전송하여, 노트북 내 정보가 유출되는 것을 방지하는 동시에 범인 검거 및 노트북 회수를 위한 정보를 사용자에게 제공한다.

주로 방범용으로 사용하는 폐쇄회로 TV(CCTV : Closed Circuit Television)는 범죄 발생 시 범인검거와 증거 확보에 유용하게 사용된다. 하지만 CCTV는 지형지물로 인해 영상 확보가 어려운 영역, 즉 사각지대가 존재하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 증강현실(AR : Augmented Reality)을 이용하여 CCTV 카메라의 방향을 주기적으로 변경한다. 변경된 카메라의 방향에서 확보한 영상으로, 기존 CCTV와 달리 보다 넓은 반경의 영상을 확보하여, 모니터링할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

강력 범죄의 심각성이 사회적 이슈가 되면서 효과적인 범죄자 검거의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 범죄자의 정보 중에서 가장 많이 알려지는 것은 얼굴이다. 따라서 등록되어 있는 범죄자의 얼굴을 자동으로 인식할 수 있는 기술의 연구가 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 범죄자 얼굴 인식 시스템에 관한 것이다. 우리는 기존 얼굴인식 알고리즘의 단점인 조명을 개선하여, 범죄자 얼굴 인식률을 향상시키는데 연구를 집중하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 유용성은 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

As the need for anti-terrorism legislation has been continuously argued, Anti-terrorism act has been enacted and enforced. On the other hand, there still remain a lot of points to be discussed regarding the definition of the concept of terrorism, matters of human rights violations, strengthening authority of the investigation and intelligence agencies, and mobilization military forces for the suppression of terrorism. Also, reviewing Anti-terrorism act and its enforcement ordinance draft, this legislation seems to regulate terrorist groups like IS. If so, in the case of terrorism of North Korea or domestic anti-government organizations, whether this law would be applied could become an issue. In the case of terrorism of North Korea, Ministry of National Defense has a right of commandership in the military operations, however, it is also possible to apply the article 4 of Natural Security Act a crime of performing objective-or a crime of foreign exchange on Criminal law as legal grounds for not military terrorisms but general investigations. Therefore, it is necessary to involve consideration about this matter. Furthermore, in the view of investigation, Anti-terrorism act and its enforcement ordinance draft do not mention Supreme Prosecutors Office and Ministry of Justice that conduct investigations. In the case of terrorism, the police and prosecution should conduct to arrest criminals and determine crimes at the investigation stage, however, any explicit article related to this content in Anti-terrorism act and its enforcement ordinance draft was unable to be found. Although Anti-terrorism act is certainly toward preventive aspects, considering some matters such as prevention, actions on the scene, maneuver after terrorism, arresting terrorists, investigation direction, cooperation, and mutual assistance, it is necessary to reflect these contents in Anti-terrorism act. In other words, immediately after terrorists attacks, it is possible to mobilize the military operations by Integrated Defense act in order to arrest them in the case of military terrorism. Nevertheless, because both military terrorism and general one are included in the investigation stage, it needs to begin an investigation under the direction of the prosecution. Therefore, above all, a device for finding out the truth behind the case at the investigation stage is not reflected in the current Anti-terrorism act and its enforcement ordinance draft. Accordingly, if National Intelligence Service approaches information at the prevention level in this situation, it may be necessary to come up with follow-up measures of the police, the prosecution, and military units.

We often find that we, as a social group, share stereotypes of criminals. For the present study we investigated the stereotypes of rapists, and examined if they match their characteristics on the national crime statistics in Korea. Collecting data from 82 college students and 91 police officers, we compared stereotypes about rapists with the characteristics of those reported on the national crime statistics. As a result, we found that both college students and police officers have distorted stereotypes of rapists which are not consistent with their characteristics. More specifically, both college students and police officers believed that rapists came from broken families and that they were likely to have more previous criminal convictions than they actually did. In addition, both college students and police officers believed that rapists tended to recidivate within a short period of time, e.g. 1-3 months, which is much shorter than the time that actually took for them to recidivate. Finally, suggestions for future research were made.

The attractiveness of the gingiva is determined by its color, shape, and the shape and location of the boundary between the teeth and the gingival tissue. The standards beauty, balance, and health of the gingiva are all different, but the general public would agree that a coral pink gingiva is more beautiful than black or brown gingiva. Hence, one would be able to smile more confidently in public if he or she receives a gingival pigmentation removal surgery that changes the color of black or brown gums to a beautiful pink color with relative simplicity. The color of one's gingiva varies from pale pink to deep bluish purple, depending on many health components. The most prominent among these include the vascular supply, epithelial thickness, the degree of keratinization, and the presence of pigment in the epithelium. Melanin, carotene, reduced hemoglobulin, and oxyhemoglobulin are the main pigments contributing to the normal color of the oral mucosa. The health of one's gingival tissue are essential for an attractive smile. Excessive melanin deposits in the basal and early basal layers of the epithelium stored in the form of melanosomes frequently cause pigmentation. Although there are many different procedures to remove this pigmentation, the it was removed using the Er;YSGG laser. It is my wish that, through this case study, many people

A lot of individuals of Mythimna loreyi have been attracted to the sex-pheromone traps of Spodoptera frugiperda during recent few years. However, there is no information about this pest. Thus, an efficient mass-rearing method of M. loreyi is demanded to study this pest. In this study, we compared the effects of artificial diets and rearing methods on its larval development and oviposition to suggest an efficient mass-rearing method of M. loreyi. Between S. frugipera and Agrotis ipsilon artificial diets, A. ipsilon diet showed more rapid larval development with higher survivorship, and decreased pupa weights and oviposition numbers compared to S. frugipera diet. Moreover, a grouping rearing caused more rapid larva development, decreased pupa weight and survivorship compared to an individual rearing. Therefore, for mass-rearing of M. loreyi, it is considered efficient to rear the newly emerged larvae in groups using A. ipsilon artificial diet and then rearing them individually after second or third larval stadium.

In case of the crime occurrence preliminary investigation is very important. Police perform on-site first responders throuth the First Responders Manual and 112 information system. But recently the failure cases of preliminary investigation happened. Social criticism was castrated for the police that roundup succeeded but failed to protect the victims of crime. Avoiding these accidents, improvement of preliminary investigation is required. Accordingly local police personnel system improvement, improvement of reporting systems, Integration of 112 information and 119 information, improvement of seizure search regulations, victim care, crime response exercises reinforcement is required for the protection of criminal victims in preliminary investigation.

In order to reproduce the traffic accident, It must save the data automatically which traffic accident 30 seconds before using black box. The Black Box can detect traffic crash accidents automatically, and record the vehicle's motion and driver's maneuvers during a pre-defined time Belied before and after the accident. But it is not easy for the police to catch running away criminal. Because, criminal can remove proof if it is 2 hours or 3 hours at least. Therefore, in this paper, in order to catch a hit and run driver in the traffic accident road, it developed an structured Query Language Server and made parts database algorithm.
