Most engineering tasks require collaboration between many users in major hospital construction projects that have many reconstructions. Loss and change orders occurred in factors such as information exchange, misunderstandings, advanced technology in hospital projects. Moreover, changes in context, costs, requirements, deadlines, etc. require negotiation of issues that may modify important project characteristics. The objective of this paper is to reduce reconstruction for the pre-construction process of hospital projects, reconstruction factors were analyzed in recent hospital construction project the system was established in order to solve reconstruction factors, and this system was validated through applying to the real project. Therefore it is a major challenge to make high level of communication and to have mutual understanding.

외산 캐드가 대다수를 차지하는 국내 캐드 시장에서 고군분투하고 있는 국산 캐드 제품이 있다. 기술독립의 가치와 국내 기술의 세계 표준화를 목표로 삼고 있는 마이다스아이티의 MidasCAD(마이다스캐드)는 건축사를 위한 'ArchDesign(아키디자인)' 제품을 출시하고, 사용자와의 소통을 통해 제품을 보완하며 국내 시장을 공략하고 있다. 아울러 9월 중에는 '마이다스캐드 2022' 버전이 출시 예정이다. 지난 8월 24일, 김기봉 마이다스아이티 국내사업그룹장을 직접 만나 마이다스캐드의 개발 방향, 마케팅 전략과 목표 등에 관한 이야기를 들어보았다.

The Burj Dubai Project will be the tallest structure ever built by man; when completed the tower will be more than 700 meter tall and more than 160 floors. While the early integration of aerodynamic shaping and wind engineering considerations played a major role in the architectural massing and design of this multi-use/residential tower, where mitigating and taming the dynamic wind effects was one of the most important design criteria, the material selection for the structural systems of the tower was also a major consideration and required detailed evaluation of the material technologies and skilled labor available in the market at the time Concrete was selected for its strength, stiffness, damping, redundancy, moldability, free fireproofing, speed of construction, and cost effectiveness. In addition, the design challenges of using concrete for the design of the structural system components will be addressed. The focus on this paper will also be on the early planning of the concrete works of the Burj Dubai Project.

강화학습은 에이전트(agent)가 주어진 환경(environment)과의 상호작용을 통해서 상태(state)를 변화시켜가며 최대의 보상(reward)을 얻을 수 있도록 최적의 행동(action)을 학습하는 기계학습법을 의미한다. 최근 알파고와 같은 게임뿐만 아니라 자율주행 자동차, 로봇 제어 등 다양한 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 상수도관망 분야의 경우에도 펌프 운영, 밸브 운영, 센서 최적 위치 선정 등 여러 문제에 적용되었으나, 설계에 강화학습을 적용한 연구는 없었다. 설계의 경우, 관망의 크기가 커짐에 따라 알고리즘의 탐색 공간의 크기가 증가하여 기존의 최적화 알고리즘을 이용하는 것에는 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구는 강화학습을 이용하여 상수도관망의 구성요소와 환경요인 간의 복잡한 상호작용을 고려하는 설계 방법론을 제안한다. 모델의 에이전트를 딥 강화학습(Deep Reinforcement Learning)으로 구성하여, 상태 및 행동 공간이 커 발생하는 고차원성 문제를 해결하였다. 또한, 해당 모델의 상태 및 보상으로 절점에서의 압력 및 수요량과 설계비용을 고려하여 적절한 수량과 수압의 용수 공급이 가능한 경제적인 관망을 설계하도록 하였다. 모델의 행동은 실제로 공학자가 설계하듯이 절점마다 하나씩 차례대로 다른 절점과의 연결 여부를 결정하는 것으로, 이를 통해 관망의 레이아웃(layout)과 관경을 결정한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론을 규모가 큰 그리드 네트워크에 적용하여 모델을 검증하였으며, 고려해야 할 변수의 개수가 많음에도 불구하고 목적에 부합하는 관망을 설계할 수 있었다. 모델 학습과정 동안 에피소드의 평균 길이와 보상의 크기 등의 변화를 비교하여, 제안한 모델의 학습 능력을 평가 및 보완하였다. 향후 강화학습 모델을 통해 신뢰성(reliability) 또는 탄력성(resilience)과 같은 시스템의 성능까지 고려한 설계가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

It became clear that Korean peninsula is not a safe region anymore from an earthquake disaster after Gyeongju and Pohang Earthquake in 2016-2017. Unfortunately, building industry in Korea has not been well prepared for an earthquake disaster and the following problems exist. First, the rate of buildings with proper seismic performance is relatively low. Second, the number of piloti buildings which are vulnerable to earthquake and fire disaster has increased recently. Third, the proportion of small-scale buildings excluded from the application of the building law for securing safety is too high. Fourth, widespread corruption and poor construction impede safety. Therefore, measures to prepare for earthquake disaster are as follows. First, methods of reinforcing building structures and reducing the seismic load acting on a building should be utilized in order to secure the insufficient seismic performance of buildings vulnerable to earthquakes. Second, whistleblowers should be encouraged and protected to prevent defective construction due to corruption. To this end, whistleblowers should be recognized as an effective means of protecting public interest not the traitor to the organization.

건축문화창달의 구심체로서 건축계 발전과 공익에 이바지하고 건축사 회원의 권익옹호 및 업무개선에 앞장서 온 대한건축사협회는 36년의 오랜 역사가 말해주듯 7천7백여 회원과 산하 16개 시도건축사회와 84개 지역건축사회로 구성된 조직력을 갖춘 전문자역사단체로 당당히 자리매김했다. 그러나 국내 여타 전문자격사단체들과 마찬가지로 지난 경제성장기 동안 제도의 틀 안에서 안정을 누려온 협회에 대해 그 기능과 역할을 재정비해야 한다는 건축계 안팎의 목소리가 점차 높아지고 있으며, 회원들의 요구 또한 적극적이며 다양해지고 있다. 여기에다 장기간 계속된 건축경기의 침체는 건축사사무소들의 경영상태를 크게 악화시켜 회비 수입에만 의존해온 협회의 재정상태를 어렵게 하므로써 향후 협회재정 자립의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 더욱이 최근 정부의 규제개혁정책에 의해 설계도서신고제가 폐지되는 등 회원들의 의무규정이 상당부분 완화되었으며 또한 임의단체로의 전환과 함께 회원가입이 자유화됨에 따라 협회로서는 회원 결속력 강화와 자생력 확보라는 두 과제를 시급히 해결해야만 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 특히 WTO에 의한 건축서비스시장 개방이 가속화되고, 이러한 무한경쟁시대에 대비해 정부가 각종 규제완화 정책들을 지속적으로 추진하는 등 앞날에 적지 않은 변화가 불어닥칠 것으로 예상됨에 따라 우리 건축사의 이익과 주장을 대변하는 창구로서의 기능 또한 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 전환기에 선 협회의 발전적 앞날을 위해서는 보다 다각적인 방향에서 그 위상을 재정립하고 또한 국제화ㆍ개방화ㆍ정보화시대에 제 기능과 역할을 다할 수 있는 전문조직으로 거듭나야 할 것이다. 이에 본지에서는 이번 좌담을 통해 협회의 기능과 역할을 재조명해 보고 아울러 사회적 요구에 부응하는 전문자격사단체로서의 위상을 확립해 나가기 위한 다양한 의견을 듣는 자리를 마련하였다.

This study has certified green school facility into a target of 10 cases, and obtain a certificate of our own sector application, and scoring rate of Green Building Certification Analyze problems is derived. In this paper, we propose virtual building construction plans. For this, we compose the construction materials with components and assemble components in pattern. When we change assembled constructions, we can design the building efficiently with patterns if the parts are selected. Also through information analysis of material components or patterns, we can provide information which is necessary to a reconstruction to the designer. Using steal house method, the assembly functions were comprised of a wall, a room, a window, a door, roof etc. Also We explained the materials automatic extraction method which applies steal house.

최근 들어, 국내외에서는 화재안전 분야에서 성능기준이라는 개념이 중요한 토의 주제가 되고 있으며, 성능기준 화재안전 설계 기법을 적용한 건물들이 주요 선진국에서 들어서고 있다. 따라서, 기존 법률 기준으로 적용하기 어려운 새로운 건물이 들어서고 있으며, 이에 대한 화재안전의 중요성으로 말미암아 건축기술자, 화재안전 기술자와 건물에 대한 이해 관계자들 사이의 기술적, 법적인 이해 관계아래 건물의 미관을 살리며, 인명 및 재산의 보호를 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 기술적 기준을 마련하고자 나타난 것이 성능기준화재안전에 기초한 설계기법이다. 원자력발전소의 건설은 부존 에너지원이 한정되어 있는 한국의 현실에서 볼 때 당연히 필요하다 할 것이다. 원자력발전소 건설의 특징은 높은 건설비와 장기간의 건설기간으로 설명 될 수 있 는데 이러한 건설사업을 순조롭게 운영관리하고 고도의 기술과 지식을 활용하여 원자력발전소의 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 필수적으로 전문용역업체인 A/E회사의 사임운영과 설계엔지니어 링에 적극 개입하도록 하여야 한다. A/E회사는 사업의 운영관리에서부터 시작하여 설계 및 엔지 니어링과 구매관리등 전분야에 걸쳐 전문기술자들을 동원하여 전력회사의 요구에 상응하게 일을 처리할 뿐 아니라 발전소 소유주인 전력회사에 부당성과 가치성을 평가하여 줌으로써 적절한 사업계획과 목표관리를 수행하도록 돕는다. 특히 원자력발전소 설계 및 엔지니어링은 광범위한 기술분야가 합쳐서 이루어지는 결정체로써 기계, 전기, 토목, 건축, 핵공학등의 관련기술자들이 사업책임자(P.M)와 기술책임자(P.E)의 통솔하에 일관성 있게 일을 수행해 나간다. 본 해설에서는 이러한 A/E의 복잡하고 다양한 설계 및 엔지니어링의 내용을 상술하였으며 현재 원자력발전소 A/E회사의 기능과 역할을 알리고 이러한 기술업무의 조속한 국산화를 위해 경주되고 있는 노 력들을 단편적으로 소개하였다.
