  • 외산 캐드가 대다수를 차지하는 국내 캐드 시장에서 고군분투하고 있는 국산 캐드 제품이 있다. 기술독립의 가치와 국내 기술의 세계 표준화를 목표로 삼고 있는 마이다스아이티의 MidasCAD(마이다스캐드)는 건축사를 위한 'ArchDesign(아키디자인)' 제품을 출시하고, 사용자와의 소통을 통해 제품을 보완하며 국내 시장을 공략하고 있다. 아울러 9월 중에는 '마이다스캐드 2022' 버전이 출시 예정이다. 지난 8월 24일, 김기봉 마이다스아이티 국내사업그룹장을 직접 만나 마이다스캐드의 개발 방향, 마케팅 전략과 목표 등에 관한 이야기를 들어보았다.

A Study on the Analysis of Residential Environment based on Object-oriented 3D CAD System (객체지향 3D캐드를 이용한 공동주택 환경(일조, 조망)분석에 관한 디지털적 분석방법 연구)

  • The analysis system has been needed to pre-evaluate and analyze the right for sunlight and the right for view in a residential environment since the urban high density and high rise residentinal building types have been prevailing these days. The purpose of this study is to propose an digital analysis method to evaluate sunlight and view conditions in a residential environment to improve the system performance in the sense of speed and accuracy. The digital analysis method using the object-oriented 3D CAD system and parametric library is studied and applied in the system and the various outputs of the analysis system makes possible to modify the design with the speed and accuracy as a result of the analysis. The study includes the evaluation for a daylight and view condition of each unit, and the interruption degree to a vicinity environment in terms of sunlight and view conditions comparing before and after construction.

  • 오랜만에 지난 작업들을 뒤돌아 볼 기회가 생겼습니다. 누구에게나 인생의 큰 흐름에 영향을 미치는 사건이 일어나기 마련인데요, 저의 경우는 지난 근 십년간 함께 해온 파라메트릭 디자인을 접하게 된 일이 그러한 사건들 중 하나였다고 생각이 됩니다. 그런 의미에서 트레이싱지 위에 로트링펜으로 선을 처음 그었던 그 강렬했던 기억 이후로 건축 설계를 해오면서 가장 기억에 남는 한 사건을 꼽으려고 한다면 단연히 Cornell 건축 대학원 재학 당시 처음 접하게 되었던 GenerativeComponents 수업을 이야기 하고 싶습니다. 연재를 시작하면서 잠시 언급한 바가 있었던 것 같은데요, 파라메트릭 디자인이라는 미지의 영역을 알게 해준 것이 바로 Bentley 사에서 만든 GenerativeComponents 라는 파라메트릭 디자인 툴 입니다. Microstation은 Autocad와 함께 건축설계 시장에서 많은 사용자층을 확보 하였던 캐드 툴 중 하나 이었으며 자체적으로 BIM 및 파라메트릭 툴을 위한 패키지가 Rhino의 Grasshopper의 출현 이전부터 존재하여 왔을 정도로 발전된 자동화 설계 플랫폼이었습니다. 현재도 특정 건축사사무소들이 Microstation을 꾸준히 사용하고 있으며 특히 Infra structure, plant나 civil engineering 등의 건축 외 설계 분야에서는 여전히 폭넓은 사용자층을 확보하고 있습니다. 하지만 건축 시장에서는 Rhino를 바탕으로 하는 플러그인 패키지 및 Autodesk의 건축설계 통합 패키지 등에 밀려서 사용자층이 얇아진 편입니다.

  • To design a drawing at construction sites or ship yards, generally, they exploit CAD program, such as AutoCAD. They also carry the printed drawings in the fields in order to refer the designs. However, the printed designs are easy to be damaged. In this paper, we propose the design of a management system for the CAD drawings on top of the smart operating systems of a smart device. The proposed system exploits the index file based on the Fixed GRID file in order to improve the display speed of the drawings.

  • This study is aimed to analyze present states of computer education in interior design dept. and therefore to offer basic data in order to establish middle and long term plan on computer education. According to results of analysis, computer education course accounts for 10.1 percent in total curriculum. But this component ratio has great difference between university and jumopr college. Namely computer education course of college is much more weighter than that of university. It seems to be results from college's characteristic strategies. But this results to unsuitable curriculum allocation. To solve this problem, further examination of linking computer's course with drafting and drawing course should be required. And to heighten more effect of computer education, other circumstance as well as educational facility should be improved and common CAD laboratory should be produced.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the design by using digital media the general hospital. The important result and advantage of the study are as follows; At first, applicability and maintenance of form and function design are enhanced and the digital media could be used for development of better and economical design. Secondly, the 3D CAD system useful for communication media and instructional tool for hospital planners and designers. Thirdly, fast and economical evaluation are obtained through the study of experimental simulation. Finally as a new tool in architectural field, the system helps to enhance the relationship between digital media and human. New concept and tools of hospital design are being developed in terms of its function, environment, and psychology. The computational design system should be improved for user friendly in the future.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비디오/오디오 프로토콜 분석 방식을 이용해서 텍스타일 디자인 프로세스 중 모티브 개발 단계에서 디지털 나염(DTP : Digital Textile Printing) 전용 캐드(CAD)와 같은 디자인 저작도구를 설계할 때 어떤 요소에 중점을 두고 개발 할 것인지에 대한 향상된 지침을 마련하는데 있다. 텍스타일 디자인 프로세스에 대한 프로토콜 분석을 위해 선행 연구를 고찰하여 디자인 행동 범주의 틀을 하향식(top-down)방식으로 설정하고 실제 행동 프로토콜 (action protocol) 분석을 통해 상향식(bottom-up)방식으로 세부 디자인 행동을 도출하였다. 텍스타일 디자인은 선행연구의 건축디자인과는 다른 특징을 지니기 때문에 프로토콜 분석에서도 새로운 디자인 행동 범주(action category)가 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위하여 모델 휴먼 프로세서(Model Human Processor)이론을 근거로 디자인 행동을 모터 행동(motor action), 지각 행동(perceptual action), 인지 행동(cognitive action)의 세 가지 범주[4]로 나누었으며 텍스타일 디자인 프로세스에 적합한 코딩 스킴(coding scheme)을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 이 새로운 코딩 스킴을 토대로 디자인 저작도구에 대한 디자이너의 인지적 모형(Cognitive Model)을 개발하였다. 이렇게 개발된 디자이너의 인지적 모형은 디지털 나염을 기반으로 하는 모티브 개발 단계에서 스케치와 렌더링에 대한 디자인 저작 도구의 향상된 설계지침 뿐만 아니라 방향도 시사하였다.

  • It is known that to automate the quantity take-off process enables you to increase the productivity best among the construction business field. However, the limitation of 2D(Two-dimension) CAD System prevented a cost-estimating system which makes the great effects on the quantity take-off process from being developed. This study aims that you can automate both the itemized statements and the quantity take-off process by using commercially available object-oriented CAD system. The commercially available CAD system today does not give us entire satisfaction. This study shows the deduction of the old boundaries of the object-oriented CAD system and the solution of those problems. And it also studied about the quantity take-off process and the automated cost-estimating system that can be used in the simple and plain repair-maintenance work such as the execution drawing which doesn't need the complicated drawings.

  • The death from suffocation due to the gas from various disaster is frequent very and it occurs. Specially only from the company which treats the gas and only the enterprise which maintains the gas the many greeting accident occurs. Also accidents could occur when working around the toxic gas without one's noticing Therefore a development of the portable gas ditectoror is very essential. Specially with development of design and the new product of the electric chemical sensor might help reducing the many accidents. From the side which protects a worker's life, it isn't just simple equipment but also it must be connected directly to life saving is very important. Therefore, the key technical contents of development must be focused on sensor which is simple and easy to carry and able to detect varieties of toxic gas. So, this study is about the product design which is simple and easy to carry and to use.

  • In this paper, it was tried to prove the possibility and effect of coordinate measurement by using MEP layout equipment at the construction stage, and to propose a method to improve measurement accuracy during construction. For this study, the passenger terminal site, which is a long span structure, was selected and compared with three dimensional CAD drawings and construction measurement results using MEP layout equipment for the precise construction of long-span irregular curved roof layers. As a result, it was found that it is possible to construct three-dimensional curved roof layers using MEP layout equipment through measurement and analysis.
