  • The cadastral administration is centered around cadastral maps. It is increasing that demand of the public for effective administration and higher quality of service through the development of application program of cadastral maps maintenance. Geo-Spatial Information System which is based on the graphic database of Yuseong-ku, Daejon City and the attribute database about cadastral information has been developed for effective maintenance and use in the part of map editing, public land price management and multi-parcel based work. In this pi-lot study, pointing out difficulties of database implementation and many experiences in the development of application program will be used effectively for further expansion of the automation of the cadastral administration.

이슈&이슈 - 도시가스 매립(매몰)배관, '특정가스시설'에서 제외 및 코드기준 일부 폐지 건의

  • 대한설비건설협회는 지난해 7월 개정된 도시가스사업법 시행규칙 제20조의2 '특정가스사용시설' 규정과 관련 코드기준(KGS FU551 등) 등 세부기준이 건설업계와 설비시공업계에 규제 강화로 적용됨에 따라 민원이 속출하고 있어, 이를 제외 및 폐지하여 줄 것을 지난 3월 14일 산업자원통상부와 한국가스안전공사에 건의했다. 현재까지 단 한건의 가스누출사고도 없었던 매립(매몰) 배관에 대해 안전성을 강화한다는 명분으로 고가의 다기능가스안전계량기를 설치토록 하고, 추가로 한국가스안전공사의 완성검사 및 기술검토까지 받도록 하는 것은 이중규제로 지적되고 있다. 또한 점검구의 경우 천정높이와 현장여건에 따라 설치 개수도 달라지며, 설치 후 실질적인 수리 보수를 할 수 없는데다 미관상 많은 민원을 초래할 수 있어 무용지물이 될 수 있다고 업계는 지적하고 있다. 이에따라 대한설비건설협회는 ${\triangle}$건축물 내 도시가스 매립(매몰)배관 특정가스사용시설 제외 ${\triangle}$가스용 금속플렉시블배관용호스 은폐(천정) 설치 시 점검구 또는 다기능가스안전계량기 설치 의무화 Code기준의 개선을 촉구했다. 또한 지난 3월 13일 제도 홍보를 위해 개최된 '건축물내 매립배관 제도개선 현황과 과제' 세미나에서도 대한설비건설협회는 이같은 문제점을 지적하고 보완책 마련을 건의했다.

  • 1960년대 후반부터 시작된 경제개발계획과 주택정책으로 좁은 국토면적에 많은 주택을 보급하기 위하여 다세대 주택인 고층 아파트가 많이 신축되고 있으며, 고층 건물의 규모 및 그 수가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 인근 건축물과 근접하여 시공하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 구조물의 신축.증축 및 지하철 공사나 통신선로 등의 지하공간의 활용에 따라 타 공법보다 공사의 진행속도가 빠른 발파작업이 크게 증가하고 있으며, 도심지에서 인근 고층 구조물 및 건축물에 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음 등의 민원을 일으키는 직접적인 공해가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구지역은 부산 명장동의 "B초등학교 교지정지 및 교사 신축공사" 현장으로서 인근 고층아파트 103동, 104동 및 105동의 1층, 6층, 11층 및 16층에 계측기를 설치하여 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음이 층별로 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 하였다.검토하고자 하였다.

  • The purpose of the study is to derive maintenance items in dwelling unit of apartment after the liability period for defect security. In according with the Apartment Housing Management, the managers of apartment maintain facilities in public and develop a long-term repair plan. However, Apartment unit housing is a private area and is managed facilities individually by residents or owners. As the facility ages, it is necessary to derive items in dwelling unit of apartment that need to maintain performance. Therefore, this paper analyzed the history of repairing facilities through complaints about rental housing units.

  • As facilities in apartment unit by age, residents feel uncomfortable in their lives, but maintenance and management are not carried out properly. For the systematic maintenance of facilities, the derivation of facilities that require maintenance shall be preceded. This study aims to derive items that require intensive management among exclusive facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the history of repairing facilities through complaints about the exclusive use of public rental housing to identify the cause and to derive items that require intensive management of the exclusive use of apartment houses.

  • As the domestic housing supply problem has been resolved, the apartment construction market has shifted to a consumer-oriented market that wants high quality, and in particular, expectations in the area of finishing quality have increased. Looking at the status of complaints regarding apartment housing defects supplied by Korea Land and Housing Corporation, tile-related complaints are the type occurring the most frequently. While the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT) is making an ongoing effort to reduce complaints related to defects, through approaches such as drafting amendments to 「Investigation of defects in apartment houses, calculation of repair costs, and standards for determining defects」, the provision of preventive measures has been insufficient. In addition, by reviewing studies, there has been insufficient research to construct a classification system after deriving the characteristics of each type using the qualitative knowledge of experts, various quantitative indicators, and suggesting measures for reduction according to the causes of each type. Therefore, this study will reflect qualitative indicators to use the AHP analysis that makes it easy to identify the relationship between defects by surveying construction experts. Then, by visualizing the weight of 'Possibility of recurrence after repair,' 'Degree of difficulty in repairing defects' and 'Fault frequency' using a radial graph, we will analyze the characteristics of each type of tile construction defect and establish measures for reduction according to the cause. This will improve the quality of the living environment and contribute to the establishment of a system for smooth defect management and reduction of defects in apartment tile construction.

  • Recently as people's values are changing from development into quality of life, the needs of environmentally friendly construction are gradually increasing, also popular discontent about the construction pollution such as the noise and vibration cause by construction machinery is increasing. Even though it is impossible to eliminate construction pollution fully, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce construction pollution to a minimum. The first step solving these matters is that the necessary sum of expense must be secured as the environmental budgeting method regarding Environmental management costs. To provide an efficient budgeting method, a interview with the person in charge of environment management was conducted. and the environmental management costs were analyzed through the historical data.

  • Excessive complaints and traffic jams occurred as customers who visited the Drive-thru waited in a long line. Company S recommends DT Pass to reduce the queues. Therefore, this study confirmed the improvement in performance of the queue increasing the number of stores operated by two servers insteaol of one using a queue model. And then confirmed performance improvement by dividing them into DT and DT Pass. After that, the L value derived through the queue model and the number of queues in each store were compared to calculate the number of queues to be additionally provided. Through this, the validity of selecting the minimum number of queues in the future is verified based on the results derived in this study.

  • This paper presents the results of a case study of a dispute for the damage of the right to sunshine between B and W Apartment Complex in the N city. Recently a number of disputes for the right to sunshine increase in urban areas because the residents' demand for pleasant residential environment is getting stronger. In particular, problems related to sunshine, which were not recognized during the construction, have come up to the surface over time as people's concern over residential environment is growing. According to a recent interpretation of the right to sunshine in urban areas, moreover, there have been a series of legal decisions starting that damage of the right to sunshine to neighboring apartments must be indemnified for even if the violating apartment was designed and constructed legitimately according to relevant construction laws applied when the building was constructed. Thus this study examined the effects and the scope of damage on the right to sunshine through a case study in order to provide basic materials necessary to rope with related civil affairs.

  • Many buildings have been bolt in Korea. Because blasting operations and more efficient to make excavate rock than other methods, it's more extensively used for new construction, enlargement of buildings, subway work, etc. However, blasting vibrations and sound often create pollution. A study, 'The place of gathering earth and sand to construct a building site in Yangsan', has been done in Gyo-dong, in Yangsan. There are two high-rise apartment and buildings, beside a construction site. The blasting vibrations and sound were monitored on the 1st, 4th floors in building(4th floor), and the results of the analysis are as follows: The blasting vibrations decreased being transmited from 1st floor to 4th floor.
