A Study on the Official Building Register of Korean Traditional Temple - Focused on the Official Building Register of Beomeo-sa - (한국불교 전통사찰의 건축물공부(建築物公簿)에 관한 연구 -범어사 건축물대장을 중심으로-)

  • This thesis is to analyze the origin and transformation of the official building registers of Korean traditional temples, and also to suggest the amendment of their wrong archives. Especially, this study is to examine these subjects focused on Beomeo-sa which has maintained fine registers. The results are as follow; 1. In Chosun Dynasty, the Ip-an had been used, and in the period of Daehan-Empire, the Ga-gei had been used as each official registers for the common buildings. The other hand, the lists of properties and the legal registers had been used as official registers for the temple buildings between 1911 and 1962. 2. The current official building registers have been firstly recorded under in 1962. At that time, the current official registers have been also recorded for the Buddhist temple buildings. 3. Most of the official building registers of Buddhist temples are incomplete. Especially, these have usually the indistinct building names and wrong building areas. These were mainly caused by direct copying of the old registers recorded in 1956, the period of Buddhist confusion. Furthermore, the registers have been poorly operated by monks and offices. 4. Therefore, the registers has to be corrected as follow; The omitted buildings have to be added and the duplicated buildings have to be removed in the summary heading registers. The indistinct building names recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual proper building names. The wrong building areas recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual measurement building areas.

A Study on the Building Height Estimation and Accuracy Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (무인비행장치기반 건축물 높이 산출 및 정확도에 관한 연구)

  • In order to accommodate the increase in urban population due to government-led national planning and economic growth, many buildings such as houses and business building were supplied. Although the building law was revised and managed to manage the supplied buildings, for the sake of economic benefit, there have been buildings that are enlarged or reconstructed without declaring building permits. In order to manage these buildings, on-site surveys were conducted. but it has many personnel consumption. To solve this problem, a method of using a satellite image and a manned aircraft is utilized, but it is diseconomical and a renewal cycle is long. In addition, it is not utilized to the height, and although it is judged by the shading of the building, it has limitations that it must be calculated individually. In this study, height of the building was calculated by using the unmanned aerial vehicle with low personnel consumption, and the accuracy was verified by comparison with the building register and measured value. In this study, spatial information was constructed using a fast unmanned aerial vehicle with low manpower consumption and the building height was calculated based on this. The accuracy by comparing the calculated building height with the building register and the actual measurement.

  • Damage occur frequently around the world on climate change and the main cause of greenhouse gas emissions regulation is growing. To this end, the government has built integrated management system for national building energy. The building energy information is total 6.8 million complex. Integrated management system for national building energy database are matched building registers information and energy information of the supply agencies. However, the matching process has its limitations so advanced work is in progress continuously. This study analyzed integrated management system for national building energy database quality and limitations and deduce improvement plan to increase system reliability and availability. The existing database matching average rate is 85.6%. 58.2% of the total non-matching data type has no building information. To ensure the ease of new database matching and the accuracy of the existing database matching, address standarization and building properties system are needed between building information and energy information. Also, The system construction is required to include information on other energy sources like petroleum energy which has high proportion of non-urban areas and small residential areas and renewable energy which has high potential in development and utilization.

  • The proportion of old buildings over 30 years old increased from 29.0% in 2005 to 37.8% in 2019. These old buildings were created during the absence of building-related safety standards such as fire safety performance. In the process of use, illegal changes and extensions were made, making them more vulnerable to safety. In the 1st Basic Plan for Fire Safety Policy, among the 12-Key Tasks, one is to ensure the safety of residential living spaces. Fire safety investigations are being conducted to prevent large-scale disasters such as multi-use buildings, but no investigation has been conducted at the regional district level where small-scale old buildings are concentrated. Therefore, in order to derive fire risk factors in the old building district where old buildings are concentrated, the composition characteristics of the buildings were first analyzed.

Analysis of Factors Affecting Rail Transit Ridership at Urban Rail Stations (도시철도역별 이용수요의 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • This paper analyzes factors affecting rail transit ridership at urban rail stations of the Daegu Metropolitan City in 2011. Rail transit ridership is analyzed by dividing weekdays and weekends in order that their differences may be observed. The data used in this study includes various explanatory variables, such as floor area which was collected from building ledger and GIS cadastral map, number of bus routes(line) possible to transfer from urban rail transit, number of students enrolled in middle and high schools, and universities located in access areas of rail transit. For this study, multiple regression models are estimated including various explanatory variables affecting rail transit ridership of weekdays and weekends. From the study, the number of statistically significant explanatory variables and the relative effect of each variable are shown to be different between weekdays and weekends.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of analyzing land uses to utilize GIS in the field of urban planning. The Busan Land Information System was built in early 2000s. The building data were used by digital map(1:1,000). And building register data in 2001 were utilized as the attribute data. Also, by calculating specialization factor, we distinct the characteristic of every land use of the city, and it compares every land use zone. This study calculated and compared an observation frequency and an expectation frequency of every building use and land use zone. We found that the use of the building tend to be controlled and guided by the land use zone.

  • This paper proposes potentialities of constructing the information system for earthquake hazard management which can manage and analyse earthquake risk and hazard systematically. The experimental results as well as architectural structure investment data for seismicity assessment are built in database and connected with GIS for assessing earthquake safety of building in urban area. For earthquake-resistant performance assessment, we collected and classified building structural data according to assessment criteria using building register, architectural map, digital map, and then complemented database with field survey data. We also suggest GIS-based information system can cope with and manage earthquake hazard effectively, as evaluating earthquake risk by performing detailed earthquake-resistant assessment and determining final assessment scores. The assessment should be processed quickly and accurately by integrating the earthquake hazard information management system with modularization of assessment procedure and method in the future.

A Study on the Fire Safety Measure of Pumped Storage Power Plant (양수발전소의 화재안전 대책에 관한 연구)

  • Pumped storage power plant is a system of generating electricity with hydroelectric power, in which at times of low electrical demand such as during nights, excess generation capacity of many power plants is used to pump water into the higher reservoir, and when there is higher demand, water is released back into the lower reservoir through a turbine, generating electricity. As pumped storage power plants across the nation are not on building registry under "the Article 6 of the Special Act by the Development of Power Resources", they are classified as a structure, not as a building. As a result, permit of fire protection facility is unnecessary, and fire protection administration is excluded from approval to completion of construction. Therefore, this study is to improve problems in accordance with the application of "he Article 6 of the Special Act by the Development of Power Resources", repair of facilities and problems with safety control to effectively prevent similar damages from repeatedly happening to pumped storage power plants in operation or under construction nationwide during a fire.

  • 도시 계획의 중요성이 부각되면서 다양한 도시 통합 모델의 개발이 이루어져왔으나 기존 모델들은 거시적 측면의 토지이용의 변화만 다루는 한계점이 있다. 본 논문은 토지이용 변화뿐만 아니라 다양한 사회 경제 지표를 반영하여 미시적인 분석이 가능한 UrbanSim 모델을 사용하여 사례연구를 통한 국내 도입 가능성과 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수치지적도, 건축물 대장, 개별 공시지가 등 다양한 시공간 데이터를 이용하여 $150{\times}150m$ 그리드 셀 기반의 입력 데이터베이스를 구축하고 UrbanSim의 Land Price Model에 적용하였다. 향후 보다 현실적인 모델 수행을 위한 다중 스케일 및 Synthetic 데이터 구축 방안과 접근성 측면의 교통 통합 모델로 확장이 요구된다.

  • 본 연구는 도시계획 및 설계에 범용되는 그래픽관련 어플리케이션을 활용한 3차원 공간정보의 구축 방법과 신규 도시개발이나 도시경관계획에서 3D 공간정보를 이용한 컴퓨터시뮬레이션 활용 방법을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 3차원 공간정보 구축은 기 구축된 GIS DB(수치지형도, 건축물 대장 등)와 위성영상을 활용하여 도시경관계획에 필요한 3D 공간정보를 구축하였다. 그렇게 구축된 공간정보의 활용 방안으로 도시경관 측면에서 계획 및 개발 시나리오에 대한 컴퓨터 3D시뮬레이션을 통한 좀더 사실적이고 직접적인 경관시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 특히 3D 공간정보의 구축과 활용에 있어서 공간적 위계에 따라 광역적 차원, 도시적 차원, 지구차원에서 경관 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 연구를 통해서 도시경관계획 등 다양한 공간계획 및 개발에 대한 시뮬레이션을 위한 효율적이고 간편한 3D 공간정보의 구축 및 활용이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.
