To improve the performance of the building construction project, it is important for the site managers to manage effectively so that they can do their best to the site organization. In addition, making decisions are constantly done in site organizations of building construction project, so whether decisions are made appropriately in the organization has a great impact on performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between decision making participation and organizational commitment of site managers to improve the performance of site organizations. The results of this study showed that the site managers tend to be more task oriented than people oriented when making decisions. Also, there was a difference in affective commitment according to decision making type, and there was a weak correlation between decision making participation and organization commitment. This study will help to improve the managerial ability of site organization in building construction projects.

It is very important to measure the displacement of a structure to evaluate the safety of the structure. This study shows a methodology to measure the displacement to determine the stability of a structure when it is damaged by loads. The methodology used Moiré's phenomenon and was verified through experiments. The experiments utilized pipes to simulate the pipe supports in the construction site and measured the vertical displacement of the Moiré interference patterns according to the horizontal displacement of the pipes. Experiments confirmed that the linear relationship between horizontal displacement of pipes and vertical displacement of Moiré patterns and derive a relational expression. In conclusion, the methodology presented in this work allows us to simultaneously measure a number of vertical members' displacements regardless of distance and determine the safety of the structure.

This study suggests a method predicting at-rest coefficient of earth pressure ($K_0$) in order to evaluate the effect of stress history of granular soil. The method is based on the relation $K_D/K_0={\chi}(E_D/{\sigma}_m{^{\prime}})^{\delta}$, which is developed by combining two previously published relations such as $E_D/{\sigma}_m{^{\prime}}-{\psi}$ and $K_D/K_0-{\psi}$. As $K_D$ and $E_D$ are observed to be sensitive to the pre-stress, both indices are adopted for the estimation of $K_0$ value of granular soil. It is shown that the proposed $K_D/K_0-E_D/{\sigma}_m{^{\prime}}$ relation is insignificantly affected by the stress history. It is concluded from the comparative study that the proposed method, which uses only dilatometer test results to predict the $K_0$ of granular soil, provides more convenient and reliable prediction than other methods which use both CPT and DMT results.

최근에 전통건축에 대한 우리의 관심이 높아지면서 한옥마을 조성 등으로 인한 관련 산업의 수요가 활성화 되고 있으며 이에 따라 전문가 육성에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 설계전문가라 하더라도 전통건축을 처음 접하는 경우에는 부재간의 연결 관계를 명확하게 인지하는데 많은 어려움을 겪게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위한 방안으로 현재의 발달된 인터넷 환경과 급속히 확산되고 있는 모바일 단말기의 장점을 충분히 활용할 수 있는 교육용 콘텐츠 개발에 관한 것이다. 부재의 결합규칙을 분석하고 이를 토대로 전통건축의 목구조 방식을 이해할 수 있는 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발한다. 디지털화된 전통건축 정보를 활용하여 부재간의 연결과 이음방식을 점진적으로 이해할 수 있도록 단계별 인터페이스를 제공하며 플랫폼에 자유로운 교육용 콘텐츠를 제작한다.

90년대 이후 국내에는 국립중앙박물관을 포함하여 많은 박물관 관련시설이 건립되었거나 건립 중에 있으며, 앞으로도 지역적 여건과 특수성에 부합하는 미술관, 전시관, 홍보관 등 다양한 전시 관련시설들이 요구될 것으로 예상된다. 양적인 면에서 보더라도, 아직 선진외국의 수준에는 미치지 못하지만 현재 약 400여개(등록,미등록 포함)의 박물관이 전국적으로 개설되어 있다. 이러한 현상은 우리가 다양한 사회문화적 욕구를 수용해야 하는 시기에 이르렀으며, 동시에 단순히 보여주기만 하는 소극적 자세의 박물관으로부터 보다 다양하고 의미 있는 경험을 제공해주는 적극적 자세의 공공박물관으로의 인식전환이 요구되는 시점에 이르렀다는 것을 의미한다. 특히 현대적 개념의 박물관은 시대적 변화에 따라 그 사회적 역할이 달라지고 있다. 즉 과거 고전적 의미의 박물관이 수집과 보존을 중심으로 이루어져서 사실상 일반대중과의 관계는 그다지 중요하게 고려되지 않았던 것이 사실이다. 반면에 오늘날의 박물관은 이러한 기본적인 기능과 함께 전시와 문화적 교육에 보다 중점이 주어지는 방향으로 전환되는 진정한 의미의 공공문화시설로서의 역할이 강조되고 있는 것이다. 이 글은 박물관건축의 세계적 성공사례들의 특성을 파악하고 분석하여 국내의 박물관건축의 발전에 도움을 주고자 한다.

제10차 아카시아 총회가 인도의 수도 뉴델리 소재의 그랜드 인터콘티넨탈 호텔 크리스탈 볼룸에서 2002년 12월 5일부터 7일까지 개최 되었다. 총회전 12월 3일, 4일 이틀간 아카시아 이사회와 교육위원회가 같은 장소에서 개최되었으며 총회 기간 중에는 학생 잼보리가 12월 4일부터 7일까지 동시에 진행되었다. 아카시아 이사회에는 이정근, 오근석 위원이 참가를 하였고, 총회에는 필자 1인, 학생 잼보리에는 최기현, 강혁진 두 사람이 참가 하였다. 아카시아 회원국은 총 2001년 네팔이 새로 가입하여 총 17개국으로 구성되어 있다. 금번 총회에서는 준비가 급하게 진행된 관계로 참여를 하지 못한 국가도 있으나 많은 현지 건축가들과 함께 성황리에 총회를 마쳤다. 개막식 행사는 비그얀 바완 회의장에서 인도 정부 도시계획, 빈곤 퇴치부 장관을 비롯하여 새로 아카시아 회장 임기를 맞은 홍콩의 배리 윌, 그리고 이번 회의를 주관하는 발비르 베르마 인도 건축사협회 회장 등이 참석한 가운데 행사를 성공리에 마쳤다. 금번 총회의 주제는 '인간 중심의 건축'(People Centric Architecture)으로 현대문명의 발달로 인하여 발생하는 비 인간적 건축에 대한 재고와 우리가 사는 건조환경에 대한 지속적 개선과 유지에 대한 아시아 건축사들의 생각이 담긴 프로젝트들이 발표되었다. 12월 5일, 6일, 7일 3일간 치루어진 행사는 다음과 같다.

The construction industry is in the process of changing from the existing labor-intensive production system to a construction automation system using advanced information and communication technologies. Accordingly, in order to identify key research areas and utilization technologies in the field of construction automation, this study collected the latest 17 years (2000-2016) of papers published in International Symposium on Automation and Robotics in Construction (ISARC) and conducted a correlation analysis between the construction management areas and automation technologies based on the keyword frequency. As a result, the BIM, WSN, and Augmented reality were extracted as the technology keywords with high correlation with various areas of construction management.

The purpose of this study was to measure and observe Memes of people in Korean modern architectural discourse. After extracting Memes from the text of 'SPACE' magazines, network analysis was used with the Memes which were obtained. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Korean modern architectural discourse field was influenced by people in order of American, French and Korean. 2. Korean modern architectural discourse field was influenced by people in order of Le Corbuiser, Mies Van der Rohe, Louis Kahn, Kim Soogeun and Gilles Deleuze.

This study is a basic study to establish the relationship between the conventional fluidity evaluation data of concrete and the rheology parameters. the slump flow and rheology parameters were measured according to the elapsed time after the concrete was mixed. The correlation between the slump flow and the rheology constant was analyzed and the effect of the elapsed time after concrete beating on the correlation between the two data was analyzed.

국가건설기술발전 기여를 목적으로 1987년 설립된 한국건설기술인협회(이하 건설기술인협회)는 약 90만 명의 회원이 속한 명실상부 국내 최대 건설분야 직능단체로, 건설기술인 위상 제고와 법·제도 개선, 건설기술인 경력관리, 복지, 교육 및 연구, 일자리 지원 등의 역할을 하고 있다. 건설기술인협회는 지난 2019년 3월 첫 직선제 회장을 선출하고, 회원을 중심으로 하는 협회 운영을 목표로 하는 등 대한건축사협회와도 유사점이 많다. 작년 12월에는 건축문화 발전과 건축기술 향상을 위한 협력관계 구축을 위하여 양 기관이 MOU(업무협약)를 체결한 바 있다. 임인년(壬寅年)을 맞아, 김연태 건설기술인협회장에게 협회의 주요 추진사업과 현안 과제 등을 들었다.
