유럽에서 지어진 플로팅 건축물을 중심으로 상부 시설에 적용된 모듈러 시스템을 분석하여 이를 유형에 따라 분류하였다. 플로팅 건축 상부시설에서 모듈러 시스템 적용 유형은 단위 공간 모듈러를 적용하는 경우와 단위 건축물 모듈러를 적용하는 경우로 나누어 볼 수 있었고, 단위 공간 모듈러의 경우 동일 형태의 반복에 의한 유형과 서로 다른 형태의 결합에 의한 유형으로 구분될 수 있었다.

This study is about the case study on the application of modular system to the superstructure of floating architecture in Europe. There are many restraints in the onsite construction of floating architecture. Then, various industrialized construction methods are needed to reduce the portion of the onsite construction in floating architecture. Among the various industrialized construction methods, the modular system can be more suitable for floating architecture. At this background, this study analysed the European cases of the application of modular system and classified the types of applied modular system. As a result, this study could classify the three types of modular system, such as, building unit modular, space unit modular and planning concept modular, and define the characteristics of three types by comparing with each other.

플로팅건축물은 최근 지구온난화에 따른 해수면의 상승, 소득 증대 및 관광행태 변화에 따라 급증한 해양 레포츠 수요에 대응하는 효과적인 건축물이다. 플로팅건축은 프로그램, 형태, 건축규모, 층수, 위치, 접근방법, 이동성, 에너지 자립도 등 8가지 기준에 따라 유형 구분이 가능하다. 또한 시공된 주거시설을 대상으로 분석한 결과 플로팅건축의 디자인 특성은 (1) 2층 규모, (2) 면적 비율이 높은 데크, (3) 장방형의 균형감 있는 매스, (4) 조망 극대화, (5) 친수공간 확보, (6) 공간의 통합적 사용 및 합리적 면적 배분의 평면계획, (7) 수면 반사를 고려한 단면계획, (8) 모듈화 및 유닛화 등으로 정리할 수 있다.

우리나라 주거양식의 근대화는 단순히 전통한옥에서 현대의 주택, 아파트로의 교체가 아니라 일련의 연속적인 변화과정 속에서 시대를 살아온 사람들의 생활양식과 문화를 담고 있다고 볼 수 있다. '주택이란 삶을 담는 그릇'이라는 표현에서 볼 수 있듯이 주택이란 거주자의 가치관을 포함한 주생활양식과의 대응 속에서 주거환경의 질적 향상이 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 주거양식의 변화에 관한 연구 또한 이러한 삶과 문화에 대응하는 방향으로 이루어져야 바람직할 것이다. 이상의 배경 하에 과거 전통주택에서부터 근대화 이후의 여러 주택유형에 이르기까지 다양한 유형을 포함한 우리 나라 주택이 가지는 공간구조의 변천을 시대적으로 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 전통사회의 양반주택, 도시형한옥, 표준주택, 일반단독주택, 작가주택, 아파트에 이르는 다양한 주택유형을 포함하여 총 104개의 주택평면을 대상으로 공간구조의 변화에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 다양한 주택유형들이 보여주는 공간구조와 그 통시적 변화를 객관적이고 계량적인 방법론을 이용하여 관찰하고자 공간구문론의 분석방법을 이용하여 주택형식에 따른 기능적 형상학을 뛰어넘는 사회학적 형태학의 관점에서 우리나라 주거의 변천과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 상기한 바와 같이 개개의 주택형식에 대한 고려보다는 시대적 상황과 배경을 설명해주는데 용이한 대상을 중심으로 전반적인 변화의 양상과 그러한 변화에 내재한 사회적 동인과 배경을 파악하고 이해하고자 하였다.

플로팅 건축물은 현장 시공에 제약 조건이 발생할 가능성이 높아 현장 시공을 최소화할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 현장 시공을 최소화할 수 있는 모듈러 설계를 플로팅 건축물 상부공간에 적용하기 위하여, 먼저 프로젝트 초기 단계에서의 고려 사항을 검토하였고, 소규모 레저용 플로팅 주거공간을 대상으로 모듈러 설계를 적용하는 방안을 시도하였다.

The visual, sensible and social situation that the modern digital technologies create became the background for the works of architects in extreme modernism and their space modeling suggested another possibility that was emancipated from the restriction of a property of matter and gravity in the existing space. The architecture design process using the digital technology has been attempted in diverse ways and summarized with several characteristics such as displacement, nonlinear space, flexibility of space and non-Euclidean geometry system. However, the conceptual and very technical design process that is called as digital architecture has been indiscriminately used with mixed meanings and the common features and differences between works and theories are not studied. This study aims to classify and identify the digital architecture by type as analyzing the non-linear composition process that is common in the digital architecture.

The primary school library make high using convenience of teachers and students and support work of teachers efficiently because of transmission education and information fundamentally. Generally, the main purpose of space composition is economic Lay-out of space and furniture to connect faculty of between space and space. Therefore, to convenient for users and high effect of education, Lay-out of space and furniture, we survey and analyze Lay-out type of faculty space in primary school library. To this aspects, the purpose of this study is to understand state and analyze the occupancy character of space for students that user of primary school library then when we plan primary school library, accomplish more efficient space plan that specialization, pluralistic, individuality of primary school library and cope with environment of education and change of society actively.
