Purpose: In this study, the characteristics of hazardous chemical transport vehicle accidents during the last six years from 2014 to 2019 was analyzed. This study is to prevent chemical transport accidents. Method: Using statistics from the Ministry of Environment, chemical transport vehicle accidents were classified into accident type, accident cause and vehicle type. Result: Of the total 506 cases chemical accidents, 105 cases were caused by transport vehicle. More than 20 percent of total accidents were reported. Most of the accidents were caused by spill·leak. The main causes of the accident were traffic accidents(49 cases) and management negligence(29 cases). This was more than 74% of all transport vehicle accidents. By vehicle type, 57 cases(54%) were most common in tank lorries, followed by trucks (39 cases, 37%) and trailers (9 cases, 9%). Conclusion: In order to prevent accident of transport vehicle, thorough inspection of the transport vehicle is required and safe operation of the driver. In addition, the government needs to expand real-time monitoring of transport vehicles and comprehensively manage different systems by the relevant ministries.

This study attempts to identify users' potential information needs in a medium-sized academic library by analyzing reference questions raised by library users for 64 days from October 10th to December 13th, 2000. A total of 474 reference questions were analysed of which only 10.1% were pure reference questions that dealt with the professional knowledge of reference librarians. 71.0% had nothing to do with professional knowledge, being directional(29.3%), mechanic(23.8%), and library policy related(l7.9%). Improvements in sign system and guiding materials in the library should be made to deliver reference services of good quality to academic library users.

It was performed to survey bacterial distribution on 72 salted fermented fishery products in Seoul Garak wholesale market from April to May in 2002. In average values of biological aspects, salts were 17.2%, in microbiological aspects (Unit: CFU/ml, bacterial cell count 4,900, coliforms 44, Vibrio spp., 160, Staphylococcus spp., 3,000 respectively. Of 93 isolated cells, coliforms were 35.5% (33/93), Vibrio spp. 8.6% (8/93) and Staphylococcus spp. 12.9% (12/93). E. cloacae was the highest (15/33) in coliforms, V. alinolyticus were the most (each 5/8) in Vibrio spp., In case of Staphylococcus spp., S. lentus was the best (5/12).
