The production process of construction industry is different from thing of the general manufacturing, likewise various participants make temporary teamwork for success of the project through sharing of information. But, the each role of participants is Individually changed to step in construction process stage and moreover it has complicated, entangled interests. The CM(so it called Construction Management as an abbreviation word) system was inducted for the effective management and operation of construction project. The key of the CM success depends on the cooperative relationship relation to major participants. There are lots of studies and efforts for the performance measures of the CM, however existing performance index is only measured as the viewpoint of project owner. Therefore it needs to make up for balanced view through combination of the four-way view of participants. In this study, we should search for cooperative relationship of project participants, and then we should suggest to define the difference of project in their viewpoints.

분쟁은 팀이 형성될 때 일어난다. 그것은 일반적으로 건설현장에서 다양한 형태로 일어난다. 따라서 건설현장의 일반적인 분쟁의 원인은 긍정적이거나 부정적인 특징들을 포함하고 있다. 그러나 과도한 분쟁은 팀의 작업에 있어서 큰 장애가 된다. 따라서 함께 일하는 문화를 증대시키는 것이 필요로 한다. 이 논문의 목적은 프로젝트 팀워크 효율요인을 규명하고 이러한 요인들 사이의 중요한 관계를 밝혀내는 것이다. 설문조사는 전문가들로부터 자료를 수집하여 사용되었다. 요인분석은 21개의 팀워크 요소로 분류하였고, 주요 3개 건설부분 즉, 시공자, 설계자, 발주자에 종사하는 169개의 응답에 의해 평가되었다. 요인분석은 그 아래 3그룹 즉 팀워크 문화구축, 참여자간 유대관계 구축, 신뢰 형성으로 분류할 수 있다. 이 논문의 결과는 건설사업의 프로젝트 참여자들 사이에서 유대관계를 증진시키기 위한 도구로 사용될 수 있다.

Construction clients are the key player in that they initiate construction projects and are in a position to influence the efficiency and productivity of the projects. Construction projects by nature require team-working so clients's leadership is the crux of project success. The objective of this paper is to suggest characteristics of construction clients' leadership in terms of best practice based on the analysis of project success cases. Four key elements of construction clients' leadership are identified and best practice from the case studies were related to the elements.

국내 해상교량에 건설에 있어서 일반적인 절계 기준에 대한 제도가 정착되지 않아 항만을 이용하는 관계자와 해상교량을 건설하는 주체와의 갈등이 지속적으로 반복되고 있는 실정이다. 이는 항만 이용자 측면에서는 항만의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 선박 통항에 지장을 초래할 수 있는 해상교량에 대해 보다 엄격한 설계 조건을 요구할 수밖에 없고, 반면 해상교량 건설자 입장에서는 교량 건설에 따른 경제성을 고려해야 하므로 일정 규모 이상의 교량건설이 현실적으로 불가능하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 해상교량 관련 기준 및 절차 등에 대한 분석을 기초로 설계 기준 초안을 작성하여 해상교량 건설 관계자(항만협회, 건설교통부, 건설회사, 지차체 등)와 항만 이용자(도선사협회, 선박회사 등), 그리고 해양계열 대학 전문가의 의견을 충분히 수립하여 국내 실정에 적합한 해상교량 설계 기준안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Correlation Analysis between Awareness of the Serious Disaster and Safety Consciousness of Construction Workers under the Act on the Punishment of Serious. A survey was conducted on construction workers, construction managers, and safety managers. The results of this study were as follows; The correlation analysis conducted among the three groups indicated a significant correlation, with safety managers demonstrating the highest correlation, followed by construction managers and construction workers, and all three groups exhibited a moderate correlation. The correlation analysis conducted for the entire group also revealed a significant correlation, and as the number of participants increased, higher correlation coefficients were observed. Furthermore, to ascertain the significance of the correlation coefficients, a comparison was made between the p-value and the significance level (α). Consequently, a p-value smaller than the significance level of 0.05 was obtained, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of awareness of the serious Accidents Punishment Act and the level of Safety Consciousness of Construction. One limitation of this study is that it relied on a subjective indicator through a survey, which may introduce variability in the difficulty level of the questionnaire items.

사회적 문제로 떠오르고 있는 건설산업에서 늘 만연한 산업재해 발생을 막기 위해서는 다양한 이해관계자들의 노력을 투자해야 한다. 특히, 이해 관계자들 사이에서 주문자는 프로젝트의 의사 결정 구조의 최상위에 있다. 따라서 주문자의 안전과 건강에 대한 인식은 전체 건설 현장의 안전을 확보하는 과정에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 최근에 도입된 고객에 대한 의무적인 안전 및 건강 조치에 관한 각 이해 관계자의 인식 차이를 확인하는 것을 목표로 한다. 또한 한국적 맥락에서 구체적인 이행 계획을 제시한다. 분석에 사용된 데이터는 주문자, 안전 관리자, 현장 관리자와 같은 이해 관계자를 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 통해 수집되었으며, 수집된 데이터는 분산 분석과 같은 다변량 분석 방법을 사용하여 정량적으로 검토되었다. 분석 결과, 소유자에 대한 안전 및 건강 의무의 도입이 필요한 것으로 판명되었으며, 안전 및 건강 전문가를 행동 계획으로 지정하고 운영하는 것이 합리적이라고 간주되었다. 저자들은 이번 연구 결과가 한국의 관련 규제 개정을 위한 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또한, 추가 연구로서, 규제 개선 후 효과에 대한 검토는 도메인에 크게 기여할 것이다.

Normally there is a one-time relationship between stakeholders in the construction projects. Thus, project participants are easily exposed to opportunistic behavior. According to the theory of transaction costs, a contract effectively influence the behavior of counter-party. The important role of contracts in limiting opponent opportunistic behavior has been academically acknowledged and studied in inter-firm relationships. The purpose of this study is to reveal the mediating effect of the contract on the power of the contractor in the contractor's behavior. Power is divided into mediated and non-mediated power. We surveyed construction companies' employees who have conducted construction projects. Based on the questionnaire response, we examined the influence of the Employer's power on the behavior of the contractor. Both non-mediated power and mediated power were significant for in-role and out-role behaviors. Both non-mediated power and mediated power were found to have a significant effect on the control and coordination function of contracts. The results show that the control function of the contract is significant for the in-role behavior and the extra-role behavior. Finally, the mediating effect of the contract function was significant only in the control function.

최근 건설현장에서는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 전 산업에서 건설업 재해율은약 50%로 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 중대재해처벌법 시행(22년 1월 27일)과 4차산업 발달에 따른 IOT기반 안전관리 등 안전규제와 안전관리기술이 현장에 적용되고 있지만 건설현장 안전관리의 접점에 있는 실무자 및 근로자가 실효성 있게 안전관리활동을 하고 실질적으로 안전행동을 강화시키는 안전사고 예방적 안전관리가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 시행되고 있는 안전보건활동, 안전교육, 안전행동강화, 안전성과와의 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 제시하고 관계 분석하였다. 건설현장 실무자 및 근로자의 설문조사 데이터를 구조방정식에 적용하여 관계를 분석한 예측결과, 분석결과에 의해 검증된 가설이 시사하는 부분을 해석하고, 가설검증을 기반으로 외생변수로부터 안전행동강화에 도달하는 경로를 탐색하고 주요 논점을 논의한다.

올해부터 건설현장의 직접시공 및 하도급 위반 여부에 대한 발주기관 점검이 강화될 전망이다. 국토해양부는 이를 위한 '발주자 현장점검 조치요령'을 마련해 전국 지자체 및 발주기관에 통보, 시행한다고 밝혔다. '발주자 현장점검 조치요령'은 개정 건산법령상 건설공사 점검 및 확인사항을 발주기관이 알기 쉽게 조치할 수 있도록 짜여졌다. 국토부 관계자는 "발주기관이 점검사항을 정확히 파악해 충실히 조치할 수 있도록 한 가이드라인"이라며 "최근 바뀐 건산법령에 따라 의무하도급 등 폐지된 내용을 빼고 직접시공의무제, 동일업종 간 하도급금지 의무 등을 새로 담아 점검과정의 혼선도 없앴다"고 설명했다.
