한국주택협회는 ''92년도 전국의 건설경기 및 건자재 수급전망을 토대로 ''92. 2. 21 신도시건설기획관 주행로 경기도$\cdot$부천시$\cdot$토개공$\cdot$주공$\cdot$주택사업협회등 관련기관회의를 개최하여 분당, 일산등 수도권 5개 신도시에 대한 자체적 건자재 수급대책을 수립하고, 신도시건설이 계획된 공정대로 차질없이 추진될수 있도록 할 방침이다.

2009년을 나타내는 사자성어로 직장인들은 口腹之累(구복지루:먹고 살 걱정)를 꼽았다. 그만큼 지난 해는 그 누구에게도 순탄치 않았다. 우리 설비건설업계 역시 그 삭풍을 피해가지는 못했다. 하지만 2010년은 苦盡甘來(고진감래: 고생 끝에 즐거움)의 시기가 되리라 확신한다. 2010년 설비 자재 가격은 아래 월간 및 연간 동향에서도 알 수 있듯이 미국과 중국을 비롯한 세계 경제 그리고 그에 따른 국내 건설 경기의 활성화 여부가 그 목줄을 쥐고 있다고 할 것이다.

The objects of this study are to increase the efficiency and competitiveness for construction management and field supervision by using IT technology which is a trend of construction industry thesedays. Using RFID technology can play an important role to achieve the goal, but it is necessary to research a standard of using frequency, specific, protocol, package method and reading method because it is hard to apply RFID to physical, chemical, environmental specifics. In this study as a part of planning research to standardize, a limitation item Is conducted with RFID tag attached building materials, and RFID Tag goods which solve the restriction are produced to conduct a field application test. From the result, available reading distance is different according to physical and environmental specifics. Furthermore because the different application method and attaching method make a various management efficiency, the current management of construction materials is analyzed and applied to a construction field to provide to various limitation items and recovery plan.

사회가 복잡해지고, 개인의 삶의 질 향상에 대한 욕구가 높아지고 있는 현실에서 노력과 시간, 경비를 절감할 수 있는 인터넷 쇼핑은 가 장 보편타당한 구매 수단이 되고 있다. 대상 품목도 생필품에서부터 기업에서 필요로 하는 원자재에 이르기까지 모든 분야로 확대되고 있다. 설비건설업계도 예외는 아니다. 이제 설비업체의 자재담당자들은 필요한 자재 구매를 위해 공급사를 찾아 이리저리 전화하고 판매자를 만나 금액을 협의하는 절차가 없어지게 됐다. 인터넷에 들어가면 대부분의 자재와 그 자재를 공급하는 양질의 공급사를 만날 수 있고, 여러 공급사의 단가와 서비스 등을 어렵지 않게 비교할 수 있기 때문이다.

This study has been conducted to present reform recommendations for Standardization of Construction Materials, based on a study on the Investigation of Demander's Consciousness for Construction Materials Quality and Information Standardization in Korea. Upon investigation, it was found that the quality of Korea Industrial Standards (KS) was given 67 points (out of 100) by respondents. In addition, 38% of the respondents showed that they had problems with a lack of Standardized Information. Good examples were found to be non-standardized materials, e.g. admixtures, waterproof agents, reinforcing fibers, concrete, aggregates, adhesives, wood, temporary materials, thermal-insulating materials, etc. Upon results from the investigation of demander's consciousness for infrastructure of standardization of information, 71.2% of respondents thought that it is necessary to informatize construction materials. They made following demands on the informatization to be, in order: Quality, Standard, Price (Cost), Operation, Drawing, Law, and Information.

Effectiveness of Just in time managing system can be obtained by removing unexpected lead-time and maintaining consistency on the physical transportation of construction resource. Construction resource management is essential on checking on load data from production of shop to field, and it is based on building resource life cycle information. In this study, production, transportation, and assembly disciplines of concrete construction should real time communications exchanging information related to shop-field with each other, Establishing information support system is an important initial step for promoting active cooperations among these resource life cycle on data flow. To achieve this, on suitable using management point, we suggest a concrete construction control model.
