Methodological Issues in Socio-Economic Assessment of the Hydrogen Economy Development (수소경제로 이행을 위한 사회경제적 영향평가 방법론)

  • 우리나라는 에너지의 안정적 공급과 에너지이용 과정에서 발생하는 환경적, 안보적 외부성을 최소화하는 에너지수급 구조를 마련하기 위해 2003년 12월 '제2차 신재생에너지 기술개발 및 이용보급 기본계획(2003-2012)'을 발표하였다. 이 계획에서는 2011년까지 전체 TPES의 $5\%$를 신재생에너지로 공급하는 것을 정책목표로 수립하고 수소, 태양광 그리고 풍력기술을 중점적으로 추진하기로 하였다. 특히 수소부문에서는 주택 및 건물용, 발전용, 수송용 연료전지의 개발을 중심으로 개발하여 세계 기술시장의 $20\%$를 확보한다는 계획을 발표하였다. 이러한 기술 잠재력을 기반으로 우리 정부도 미국이나 일본과 같이 수소경제로의 전환을 준비하고 있으며 2020년대 이후 우리나라의 에너지부문은 새로운 국면에 접어들 것으로 전망된다. 에너지나 환경기술의 효과적 인 개발을 위해서는 이들 기술의 직접적인 비용측면에 대한 분석 즉 경제성 평가와 새로운 기술변화로 인한 중장기적인 사회경제적 영향평가가 선행되어야 한다. 이러한 평가는 대상 기술의 사회경제적 파급효과가 광범위할수록 더욱 복잡한 분석이 요구된다. 본 연구의 주제인 수소에너지기술은 지금까지 이용되던 것과는 전혀 새로운 에너지캐리어(carrier)를 개발하는 것으로 에너지부문 및 여타 다른 산업부문이 공유하고 있는 에너지 관련 인프라의 전면적인 조정이 요구되며 에너지 이용과 관련된 사회경제적 측면의 급속한 변화를 수반한다. 본 연구는 수소경제로의 이행에 대한 사회경제적 영향평가의 방법론적 요소들과 기법을 제시한다."중등도 독성"으로 나타났다 이상의 결과는 전기도금을 이용하여 교정용 선재의 직경을 증가시키는 방법이 임상에 적용되기 위해서는 세포독성을 줄이기 위한 추가의 연구가 필요함을 시사하였다.의하게 가장 낮은 정지. 운동 마찰력을 보였고 브라켓-호선 각도가 증가함에 따라 유의하게 정지, 운동 마찰력도 증가하였다 (P<0.001)%$ 낮추지만(p value=0.260) 평균 $D_{max}$는 거의동일 하여($0.3\%$ 감소, p value=0.867), 전통적인 방법보다 우수성이 크게는 없는 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 환자의 체곡선이 보상체와 잘 일치하는 경우에는 DII가 $18\%$까지 감소하였다. 결론 : Multistatic field 방법은 모든 환자에 대하여 선량분포의 균일성을 전반적으로 향상시키는 효과적인 방법으로 평가되는 반면 공용보상체의 사용은 보상체의 크기가 환자의 체 윤곽과 잘 일치하는 경우만 효과적으로, 적용의 범위에는 한계가 있는 방법으로 평가되었다.비교하여 계통에 따르는 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 가임기 여성의 방사선 진단 및 치료시 Rugh의 10일 법칙을 적용하여 착상전기 방사선 조사로 인한 부작용들을 적극적으로 예방하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 생각한다.equirements of the prematured infants during the early weeks of life. 모든 치근단 수준에서 비표준화 medium 크기 master cone 사용군이 ISO 표준화 규격의 master cone 사용군에 비해

  • The purpose of this study is to define U-Eco City services and to analyze the possibility and easiness of application in urban space. The most significant meaning of this study is that these results could be used as the design and planning guidelines for integrated U-Eco City. This study progress as follows; First, U-Eco City concept and their services were defined and the spatial units of U-Eco City were distinguished through literature review. Second, U-Eco City spaces are classified into four levels such as building, street, facility and district. Finally, the application of U-Eco city services was analyzed together by the statistical technique of cross-tabulation. 35.7% of U-city services was serviced in urban district and 38.8% of Eco City services was applied to Building. U-City and/or Eco city services were adapted differently according to the urban spatial hierarchy. Those services should be applied in terms of the characteristics of urban space in designing and planning U-Eco City.

  • The government has made a lot of efforts to realize 'low-carbon green growth', one of the national policy agendas, throughout the whole industries. The construction sector is not an exception, and technological developments are active to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission. In particular, buildings occupy more than 20% of the total national energy consumptions. Thus, it can be said that increasing energy efficiency of the residential buildings and reducing CO2 emission are the urgent national agenda. Moreover, as ordinary people find it more and more difficult to get a lease on housing, which has become an important social issue recently, a housing production system that can actively respond to market demands is in urgent need. To build an eco-friendly system that can maximize efficiency in construction, this study attempts to examine and analyze the modular housing production system in the county and to find its problems. By suggesting the ways to improve the system, it aims to prepare for the base to revitalize the unit modular housing production system.

난방운전의 최적제어방안 중심 공동주택의 열성능 향상 방안

  • 현재 범국가적 차원에서 지속적인 국가 경제 발전과 국제수지 개선을 위하여 추진되고 있는 정부의 에너지 절약사업에서 건물부문이 차지하는 에너지절약 효과는 막중하다. 특히 전체주택에서 공동주택이 차지하는 비율은 1990년에 32.1$\%$, 서울시의 경우 51.3$\%$로 전체 주택의 과반수를 넘어섰으며, 수도권의 대단위 아파트단지의 개발과 함께 공동주택의 증가추세는 당분간 지속될 전망이다. 본 연구는 공동주택의 최적난방 운전기법 개발을 위한 1차년도의 연구로서 현행 공동주택의 난방운전 실태를 조사, 분석하고 각 난방법에 따른 문제점 및 최적제어 알고리즘의 개발을 위한 자료 도출을 주 목적으로 진행되었다. 1차년도에 수행된 연구의 주요 내용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 공동주택의 난방에너지 소비현상은 단지에 따라 최대 3배이상의 열사용량에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 열사용량의 차이는 건축의 기본 열성능, 설비시설의 수준 및 노후화정도에 영향을 받으나 동일 연대의 단지들에서도 최대 80$\%$이상의 열사용량이 차이를 보이고 있었으며 이는 기계실 및 각 세대의 난방운전방법 및 제어수준에 따른 것으로 평가되었다. 세대의 층별, 위치별 열사용량 분석에 의하면 층별 열사용량차이가 큰 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 최상층부와 최하층부의 열사용량이 뚜렷이 많이 나타나 단열성능의 강화가 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 샘플단지에 대한 측정 데이터를 통해 적정 열량공급시간대의 설정과 외기온의 변화에 따른 적정 온수공급온도의 설정조건 및 유량제어 효과등에 대한 분석 및 검토를 하였으며, 이를 통해 2차년도의 개발목표인 최적운전제어 방안의 제시를 위한 자료를 구축하였다. 또한 각 세대의 기밀성능이 공동주택의 열성능에 미치는 영향을 도출하기 위하여 샘플단지에 대해 트레스가스 측정법과 Blower Door법에 의하여 환기 및 기밀상태를 평가 하였으며 측정주호에 대한 환기를 예측할 수 있는 환기예측평가식을 제시하였다.

Deriving Priorities Based on Combination of Green Remodeling Application Elements in Old Public Libraries (노후 공공도서관의 그린리모델링 적용 요소 조합에 따른 우선순위 도출)

  • The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport has been promoting strengthening energy efficiency of old buildings through public green building remodeling projects since 2020. Green remodeling includes both essential and optional construction of passive and active elements. However, there is a lack of integrated designs of passive and active systems and no standards for prioritizing these systems according to the building's age. Therefore, this study examined six public libraries in central region 2 that were expected to be high energy consuming. Remodeling strategy priorities were selected based on potential energy reduction. The libraries were divided into three groups based on their year of construction, completed in the 1980s (Model 1), 1990s (Model 2), and 2000s (Model 3). ECO2-OD, based on ISO 13790 and DINV 18599, was used as the primary energy consumption analysis tool. Simulation results indicated Model 1 and Model 2 benefited most from higher insulation and replacement of mechanical equipment. Model 3 benefited most from upgrading to more energy efficient windows.

  • In this paper, there are several analysis on G-SEED, Building Energy Efficiency Rating System, Energy Performance Index, Energy Saving Plan about how they are applied by classification and planning standard. The analysis result found out that G-SEED has low select percentage by having difficulties to managing and additional cost when the each class is selected. And also, Building Energy Efficiency Rating System in school is planed in comparably simple design and similar size and also mostly uses high efficient machines, which was in high lever comparing to the system in facilities in other uses. In the case of EPI, there are differences on acquiring grades by each region. Especially, Gyung-gi region has a low grade on architecture part comparing to other parts, which seems to acquire more grades by strengthen insulation performance. By the result from the three standards, many facilities has only formal plan to pass the required standard without considering specialities of each buildings, which has a tendency to have a pattern to have a minimum criteria. However, School has a symbolic building which has a obligation to be the base of the aim for growing green energy buildings and green education for students. Therefore, planning with understanding of specialities of the facility, having various and rational evaluation standards from the planning of the building is necessary.

A Study on Supportive State for Disabled Students of University Libraries in Seoul and Kyonggi (서울.경기 소재 대학도서관의 장애학생 지원 실태 조사)

  • This thesis investigated disabled students' actual status of applying for university libraries. This thesis investigated how many times the university disabled students utilized the libraries, if facilities, apparatuses, materials, and regular employees were operated properly, and if they were established actually on the target at thirty private university libraries located at Seoul and Gyeonggi regions in operation of specially screening the objective students for special education in 2008. The investigation found that the general operation level of university libraries for disabled students were less than "medium"(average 2.38). As for utilization ratio, the most university students responded that "they didn't utilize libraries so many times(60%)". As for the response ratio of university library facilities and services, the most university students responded, "very insufficient", 99 items(32.27%), and the least university students responded, "very excellent", 28 items(7.0%). On the other hand, as for the analysis of each field, building facilities, in all of the items, were established more than "medium"(average 3.26), but material preparation level(average 1.8 point), employee education for softly supporting disabled students, and library utilization education on the target at disabled students(average 1.87) were less than "insufficient". Especially, the field of service was "insufficient level"(average 2.48), and standard deviation was more than 1.4. Manpower stationing and material delivery services have the biggest standard deviation between universities. So, this investigation found that university libraries reformed access to facilities a lot, but that its level of fundamental policy for library, such as materials, manpower, and the education on utilization, were in insufficient level.

A Study on the Carbon Neutrality Scenario Model for Technology Application in Units of Space (공간 단위 탄소중립 기술적용 시나리오 모형(CATAS) 연구)

  • 'Carbon-neutrality Assessment based on Technology Application Scenario (CATAS)' provides an analysis of greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction effectiveness when applying carbon-neutrality technology to areas such as energy conversion, transportation, and buildings at certain spatial levels. As for the development scope of the model, GHG emission sources were analyzed for direct GHG emissions, and the boundary between direct and indirect emissions are set according to the spatial scope. The technical scope included nine technologies and forest sinks in the transition sector that occupies the largest portion of GHG emissions in the 2050 carbon neutral scenario. The carbon neutrality rate evaluation methodology consists of four steps: ① analysis of GHG emissions, ② prediction of energy production according to technology introduction, ③ calculation of GHG reduction, and ④ calculation of carbon neutrality rate. After the web-based CATAS-BASIC was developed, an analysis was conducted by applying the new and renewable energy distribution goals presented in the 「2050 Greenhouse Gas Reduction Promotion Plan」 of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. As a result of applying solar power, hydrogen fuel cell, and hydrothermal, the introduction of technology reduced 0.43 million tCO2eq of 1.49 million tCO2eq, which is the amount of emissions from the conversion sector in Seoul, and the carbon neutrality rate in the conversion sector was analyzed to be 28.94 %.

Analysis of Heat Transfer Characteristics by Materials in Closed Conditions Using Acrylic Hemisphere (I): Comparison of Interior Finishing Materials (아크릴 반구를 이용한 밀폐 조건에 따른 재료별 열 이동 특성 분석(I): 실내마감재 종류에 따른 비교)

  • Global warming has increased interest in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. And a policy has effort to reduce energy consumption as a greenhouse gas reduction plan. In Korea, 25% of total energy is consumed in the building sector. In order to reduce energy consumption of buildings, it is possible to expand the utilization of wood as a structural material or thermal insulation materials with low thermal conductivity. It is also reported that when used as an interior finishing material, the energy consumption of the building is reduced by up to 7% by insulation performance. In this study, the heat transfer characteristics and the heat capacity were compared according to the three type of finishing materials(cement, paulownia coreana, medium density fiberboard) normally used as indoor finish materials. Through this study, most of the heat transfer volumes are transferred in the form of radiant heat, and the result was derived from the highest amount of energy and heat transfer in the use of paulownia coreana. When indoor finishing materials are used as wood, it is deemed that energy efficiency inside the building will be improved.

Thermal Environment Around the Outdoor Unit Installed in the Space between Buildings in the Commercial Area (상업지역내 건물 사이 공간에 설치된 실외기 주변 열 환경 분석)

  • In commercial areas, outdoor units are typically installed close to one another in the narrow space between buildings due to insufficient regulations. This makes it difficult to ventilate the discharge airflow, which may lead to deterioration of the performance of outdoor units. This study conducted CFD simulation to analyze the thermal environment according to the installation distance of the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit was installed in the space between buildings, and the thermal environment was analyzed by changing installation distance and wind speed. The performance of the outdoor unit was evaluated by measuring the on-coil temperature. The results show that the closer the distance between outdoor units, the higher the condenser on-coil temperature. Also, the on-coil temperature appeared to rise dramatically at lower wind speed.
