최근 스마트폰을 비롯한 스마트 디바이스의 급격한 보급화가 이루어짐에 따라 추천가 시스템과 같은 개인화 서비스에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 서비스는 활용 방안이 광범위함에도 불구하고 마케팅 등의 특정 분야에 한정되어 있거나 저수준의 QoS를 제공하는 정도에 머물러 있어 국내의 추천가 시스템은 아직 도입단계에 불과하다. 추천가 시스템은 추천할 물품과 같은 객체의 기본 및 평가 정보를 텍스트 형태의 메타 정보로 나타낸다. 이러한 메타 정보 기반 필터링에 의해 주변 경로 및 취향이 고려되지 않은 결과를 사용자에게 제공하고 있다. 이에 사용자와 상호작용하여 건강이나 취향, 식사 이력, 통계 등을 고려해 메뉴를 추천해주는 최적화된 알고리즘 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 최적화된 내용 기반 필터링을 활용해 사용자의 입력 패턴과 취향을 파악하여 메뉴를 추천해주는 시스템인 UBRS을 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, the need for telemedicine services and user's service requirements are increasing, the research for more convenient telemed service is underway in various fields. In this paper, we propose that Integrated telemedicine system possible to regular health care. unlike the existing telemedicine system, we combine the voice communications systems and biometric information based on CPS (Cyber Physical System) using wireless communication sensor and elderly people who disabilities are transmit the information comfortably, Also doctors in correspondent site are able to improves the accuracy of the medical treatment by received information about biometric and audio communication. In addition Health status information is stored selectively and then doctor can check the elders status everytime and everywhere. In this paper, we designed the telemedicine system suitable for korea aging society situation, therefore we could offer the Elderly-friendly medical service for seniors who live in silver town.

Urbanization and industrialization have led to a severe deterioration in urban air qualities. As an air pollution is closely associated with human health, citizen has a growing concern about the air quality policy to improve their residential environment. Due to the recently advance in web- and mobile computing technologies, citizens can easily access various air quality information and public authorities utilize the social media service to communicate citizens with air quality issues. Also citizens' participation and role has been increased to improve urban air qualities. Thus, to meet the technical and societal changes, a GIS-based air quality information system is developed based upon the Ubiquitous Public Access (UPA) model in ISO19154. The proposed system employs the context information model to provide air quality information depending on citizens' health conditions and locations. Also, citizens can present their perceptions of an air quality at their current location Public authorities can thus utilize the citizens' perceptions when establishing new air quality policies.

Internet of Things(IoT) using a variety of technologies in combination provides a convenient, elevated range of services to users. IoT has been noted in combining the fields of medical service in particular. However, with the advent and growing of IoT, the more medical services are evolving, security problems caused by leakage of personal health information will become more serious. U-Health and medical devices, which deal mainly the personal health information, is required to a high level of privacy and security of health information. Therefore, the introduction of the IoT in the healthcare industry requires the medical information security as a prerequisite. This study analyzes security status and trend of IoT, personal medical information leakage cases, the health information protection measures in accordance with the life cycle of medical information, and the standardized protection technologies.

This study was conducted to investigate the stress and temporomandibular joint disorders that can affect the oral health level of college students and to identify the relationship between oral health-related quality of life. Data survey was conducted from June 3, 2021 to July 8, 2021, targeting 227 college students in some areas of Daejeon, and was analyzed using independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, temporomandibular joint disorder showed a positive correlation with all stress sub-factors, and oral health-related quality of life showed a negative correlation with all stress sub-factors and temporomandibular joint disorder. Also, it was found that temporomandibular joint disorder, interpersonal stress, and values stress had an effect on oral health-related quality of life. Based on the above results, it is required to find a systematic way to improve the quality of life related to oral health by preventing stress and temporomandibular joint disorder among college students.

In medical area, lots of information has been digitized and the desire of personnel health became a matter of primary concern. To satisfy this desire it requires the high-speed handhold Healthcare monitering platform for building U-health system. This paper represents that the implementation of s3c6000 platform with s3c6400 CPU using up-to-date ARM11 technology. This parer also represents building of network system with wireless LAN based on 802.11 in order to transmit medical data. Transmitting and monitoring personnel medical data will be possible in any place with wireless LAN network.

This study was carried out in order to identify oral health knowledge according to police officers' oral health behaviors. The questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 237 police officers in Gwangju. A tool used general characteristics, oral health knowledge, oral health behavior and oral health education needs. The analysis was processed with descriptive statistics, t-test, Anova and regression analysis. As a result, the oral health knowledge was high in a person of using oral hygiene products and in a person of experiencing a visit to dental clinic(p<0.001). The desired the oral health education were a specialist's direct verbal explanation and the correct tooth-brushing method. Also, marital status, educational level, smoking status, using oral hygiene products and Dental visit experience were identified to have influence upon a oral health knowledge (explanatory power, 40.5%). Hence, the results of this study will be able to be applied to basic data in case of developing an oral health education program and planning a dental health project for enhancing oral health in police officers.

목적: 의료수준의 발전과 더불어 대중들의 건강요구와 건강증진에 대한 기대 수준도 점점 높아지므로 간호사는 대상자의 요구를 이해하고 양질의 간호를 제공하여 환자의 건강상태를 바람직한 방향으로 변화시켜야 한다. 따라서 이 연구는 환자가 인지한 간호에 대한 경험과 대상자가 경험한 간호에 대한 만족도를 파악하고, 그 관계를 규명함으로써 환자 간호의 질향상과 간호 만족도 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 일 종합병원의 127명의 입원 환자가 간호 경험정도와 제공받은 간호에 대한 환자 만족도 정도를 규명하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구결과: 첫째, 입원환자의 간호 행위에 대한 간호 지각도의 정도는 각 항목별 비교 분석한 결과 신체적 간호행위에 대한 지각도가 평균평점은 2.74로 가장 높았으며, 또한 환자가 지각한 간호행위에 대한 만족도는 기술-전문적 간호행위(M= 3.55)의 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 일반적 제특성과 전체 간호행위의 지각도와 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과 연령(p< 0.1)에 따라 유의한 차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 연령이 높을수록 간호행위에 대한 지각도가 높게 나타났다. 그리고, 간호행위에 대 한 지각도의 하부영역 분류중 신체적간호행위에 대한 지각도는 입원과(p< 0.05)에 따라 유의한 차가 있는 것으로 보였다. 또한 일반적 제특성과 전체 간호행위의 만족도와의 관계에서는 입원과(p< 0.05)에 따라 유의한 차가 있었다. 일반외과 환자가 내과 환자보다 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 입원환자의 간호 행위에 대한 환자의 지각도와 만족도간의 관계(r= 0.39, p= 0.00)는 서로 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 대상은 1개 종합병원에 국한된 것이므로 연구결과를 일반화 할 때는 신중을 기해야 한다. 연구결과에서 보여주듯이 정신적 간호행위가 가장낮은 지각도로 나타났듯이 간호사는 환자들의 정신적 지지의 간호가 잘 이루어 지도록 노력해야 할 것이며, 또한 교육적 간호행위의 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났으므로 보다 더 환자와 간호사간의 정보교환이 잘 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 연구결과를 기초로 하여 전 진료과 병동으로 확대 반복 연구를 제언하며, 환자의 간호 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 전문적 지식 및 긍정적 의사표현등을 포괄하여 간호사의 적극적 간호행위가 수행되어야 할 필요가 있다.

To realize the healthy life of human, mental, physical, and environmental factors must be managed continuously and stably. In order to manage human health, the 21st century healthcare field is essential ongoing interactions and convergence with ICT technologies. Such demands have created a convergence of technologies (fusion technology) in combination with the heterogeneous technologies. And, with the convergence of medical technology and ICT technologies, the development of personalized therapy environments is created. Advances in ICT-converged healthcare services are progressing due to the development of diverse wearable devices. Such ICT fusion system is exponentially increasing the complexity of the ICT convergence healthcare system and is resulting in various technical, institutional, environmental, and cultural issues. This study explores the status of developments in ICT healthcare technologies from the past to date, identifies major technology and policy issues to address these challenges. Finally it will recommend healthcare policies and a future road-map.

Due to the growth of people's use of the Internet as well as interests in health, people's needs of health information have rapidly increased in public libraries. Nevertheless, there are few studies in Korea about users' needs for health information and services that public libraries can offer to support these user groups. In the current study, a comprehensive literature review was conducted in order to understand the role of public libraries and librarians in serving users with health information and to identify the types of consumer health information(CHI) services available to users in public libraries. As for the CHI services that public libraries can offer for users, the current study emphasizes and discusses the directions and guidelines for improving the following six approaches: 1) CHI collection and information resource building, 2) CHI reference services, 3) CHI user education and training program development, 4) CHI services for minority/disability/cultural diversity groups of users, 5) CHI outreach program development, and 6) CHI network development with medical libraries, academic libraries, hospital, and medical institutions and associations. Although most of the discussion in the current study centers on cases and services provided in the United States or other countries, findings would be used to inform the importance of CHI services in public libraries, and to design and develop CHI services in Korea.
